• Magdalena (3/5): Poor - - Big terrace with beautiful sea view; - Well equiped kitchen - Bathroom - needs refurbishment, dirty and with bad smell; - No clear instructions on how to find the place. The reception where you pick up the key is not on the same street as provided on booking. A welcome message with detailed instructions would be match appreciated; - The host - when we arrived receptionist informed us that they are not aware of our reservation, the room is not ready and there isn't anyone available to clean it. Long story short we were able to enter the room at 21:00 (check in time was 15:00). We expected the owner to reduce the price for the first night as we couldn't use the room that we paid for but he got angry and told us (over the phone) that he wants us to cancel the reservation and that we can easily find another place. It was Easter time and the reservation was already fully paid by us and not refundable. This suggestion of the owner was completely detached from reality and rude. A really bad experience to start off our holidays.
• Elena (9/5): Superb - We loved our stay! The view from the balcony is amazing, and the flat has everything you need in it. We loved the pool area and there are many shops and cafes downstairs - super convenient. It's also quick and easy to get to a few great beaches in the area, it takes just about 10-15 mins by foot. Nothing to add here really, maybe just adding the WiFi would be a plus.
