- S E (8/5): Good value for money, especially during Canton Fair - Hotel is slightly away from the main business and shopping districts, and is in a residential location. short distance to the river, which is nice. Good view of Canton Tower! Rooms are very good size! A little dates, but well maintained. Would have been able to stay for more competitive rates if not for the Canton Fair.

- Margarita (3/5): Ужасно старый отель - Отель конечно расположен очень удобно и шикарные види из окна но на этом хорошее заканчивается( Такого старого отеля не видавшего реновации мы не видели давно, это прям треш- 70х годов все. Мы заселились, увидели комнату, офигели, попросили лучше, нам сразу показали- но особо лучше не было и мы просто сразу же ввписплись и в лобби искали другой отель. Из плюсов что персонал вежливый и оперативно без нареканий и деньги вернули и комнату другую показали. Ужасно старый отель, просто древний! Запази соответствующие, плюс запах сигарет везде. Соотношение уена качество конечно ужпсное, непонятно почему он так стоит за такое старье( за аналогичный прайс много новых отелей с отличным сервисом.

There is a bus going directly to the exhibition and the area is quite good for an evening walk as well. Rooms were ok, pricewise also ok. Canton Fair said that hotel could do the registration which was not true. Although I dont think that was the hotels mistake.

- PAOLO (3/5): I felt very unconfortable - Location only and the room view on Canton Tower. The heating system didn't work, it was not possible to choose the temperature inside the room. It was like to be in a fridge, 19 degrees when I arrived, I told the staff I want to go on another hotel and they provide me for a small heating appliance. One morning I had no water from the shower for some minutes. The spa doesn't exist, it was advertised as an existing facility. The same thing for the bar, never opened.

Room was perfect sized for my requirement with a pleasing view of the river and the Guangzhou skyline. Room service was efficient and kept the room spotless. Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate requests for a smooth stay. Hotel was situated a bit on the far side of places of interest. Central locations can only be accessed by taxi and it was a good 15 minute walk to the metro.

В 4 утра после длительного перелёта девушка на рецепшене предлагала оплатить сумму больше, чем была указана в брони, плюс вынуждала оплатить еще 3000 юаней как депозит. Спор продолжался где-то час. На моё предложение "я с дороги, пустите поспать, утром разберемся" реакции не было.

The hotel, its interior, and the room are reminiscent of older mid-range U.S. hotels — the kind that often have a casino, for example. - Kaien (10/5): - Our room was facing the Canton tower. You can't get a better view. Although the property itself seems dated, the room was very modern. My partner loved the fitness club. The cigarette smell from the lobby on the room floor. Although it did evaporate later on.

- Alexander (8/5): Nice stay at Ramada Guangzhou - Nice suite room , great view of the river ! Big confy hotel , nice pool and gym in the complex. Comfort shuttle service to Canton Fair. Maybe will be ok to have some coffee bar or lounge on the ground floor...!

El desayuno estaba muy bien, el personal muy amable. piso 11 mucho olor a cigarrillo en el pasillo y habitaciones, y habitacion de piso 22 mucho olor en la habitacion y de otra categoria.
- Olga (10/5): - Отель действительно уже устал для своей категории. Мебель и сантехнику уже стоит поменять. Однако проблем у нас не возникло. Думала под таким напором не смогу промыть волосы, но все было хорошо. Звезды снимать не буду потому что для своей цены вид из окна перекрывает все минусы. Это потрясающе 😍 Персонал очень дружелюбный. Полотенчики и постельное новое, кипельно белое. Отдельно хочу выделить европейский ресторан отеля - ооооочень все вкусно и по доступной цене. Мы даже когда переехали в другой отель возвращались в этот ресторан ужинать 🤭 Внутри шкафа был очень большой слой пыли на верхней полке и там где сейф. Передайте уборщицам что если туда большинство людей не кладут вещи, то пыль все равно нужно протирать

- Thomas (4/5): Absoluter Mist - Das ich nicht lange bleiben musste war das einzige Highlight Für den Preis grottenschlecht. Ich bin schon unzählige Male in China gewesen und habe in der Regel immer gute Hotels gehabt. Aber dieses Hotel war einfach nur Mist. Das Personal verstand absolut kein Englisch. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer war alt und abgenutzt . Das Badezimmer war alles andere als sauber. Frühstück eine absolute Katastrophe.

- Evgeny (9/5): - Расположен недалеко от метро, примерно 600м, рядом с рекой, по набережной которой вечером интересно прогуляться. Рядом много кафешек, ресторанчиков, продуктовых магазинов. Есть два бассейна, один внутри, второй снаружи помещения, но находятся в другом здании от гостиницы. Рассчитывал, что для выставочного центра буду добираться на автобусе, но сказали только непосредственно в день CANTON FAIR

- Julie (10/5): Grand hotel with a city view - Booked the king tower view room and my goodness the view was amazing! We caught the subway from the airport to the hotel - one transfer and a 10 min walk which was nice and simple. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were a little on the softer side. The reception is very grand, the staff are polite and helpful and you can feel the luxury the hotel exudes. Wish we could have stayed longer!
