• Luiz Carlos (10/5): Excelente apartamento de 4 quartos perto centro Roma. - Excelente apartamento de 4 quartos, sendo 2 suítes e 1 com banheiro completo e mais 1 chuveiro com pia ao lado. Muito espaçoso com quartos e salas grandes. Cozinha , sala de jantar e estar, muito bem decorado e bem localizado. 12 minutos de caminhada a Fontana di Trevi e outros pontos turísticos. Ao lado da Piazza del Popolo. Ideal caminhar no centro de Roma. Muito confortável e muito bem decorado. Com elevador. Excelente para famílias e grupos de amigos. Voltaria com certeza. A internet não funcionou a contento mas não foi um problema. O prédio está em reforma na parte externa mas não nos atrapalhou em nada.
• Oliver Griss (10/5): Zentral, gross, sauber, top organisiert! - Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, der Self check-in war unkompliziert, die Wohnung ist sauber und riesig und der Manager Andreas hat alles top organisiert. Er hat uns am Vortag der Abreise sogar darüber informiert, dass ein Streik der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel stattfand und hat uns schnell und zuverlässig ein Shuttle zum Flughafen organisiert. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es gibt rein garnichts zu beanstanden.

• Janse (8/5): Great place. Plenty of room Cold AC!! - Excellent location. Very cold AC. Plenty of space for our family. I would stay here again. All the windows were covered in scaffolding so you could not see out. This didn’t bother me bc we were only in the apartment at night.
• Juan (10/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment that gives you an idea of how some apartments are in Rome - Location is a little distance from the major attraction but it was still a great location, specially not being around where most tourist go. There is still things to see and do around the apartment that otherwise probably would not check out if it were not for staying in this area. Next to a major street and could be a little loud at night but was not a deal breaker at all for us.

• Marie (9/5): As we celebrated a 50th birthday whilst in Rome, the apartment couldnt have been better. - So considering the Hotel we booked in Nov 2024 recvd a host of negative reviews I decided to look elsewhere 2 days before flying to Rome. As it was my Wifes 50th birthday whilst in Rome, it had to be right for her and our adult kids. I paid half of what the Hotel wanted. The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped with all guest having a double bed, two bathrooms and an en-suite. Piazza Del Popolo along with bus and train stations plus the river within a stones throw. Totally blown away by size and price. Excellent comms with Andreas throughout the stay. Lift to 2nd floor great after a days walking. As our family only used the apartment for sleep. wash and breakfast I cant think of anything negative.

• Emily (8/5): Good apartment for a big family - - This apartment is huge and the kitchen is brand new with the ability to prepare meals. The bathrooms had a lot of wear and tear on them. They need renovation- the sink didn't drain. Unfortunately, there was not view from any window.

• Diana (10/5): Exceptional, well equipped apartment that made our stay in Rome unforgettable. - Very well equipped and clean. Very large to comfortably host an entire family. Close nearby to many tourist attractions. My family are all very happy with our stay. Staff communication and attentiveness was also exceptional. Thank you for hosting us, we appreciate your hospitality. Street noise, but I suppose that will be the case anywhere in Rome.
