- jesus (9/5): Stay the price and airport shuttle but far from everything! aomewhat middle of no where - LOCATION LOCATION! 15 min shuttle to airport. Nice clean comfy room THE PRICE 5 STARS Area is okay, a bit old country side
- Atieh (5/5): Choose another hotel even for few hours stay - They had wifi and free shuttle from the aiport It was very very noisy with the plans, the room was very dark, old and not properly cleaned, would never stay here, there are lots if other options around
- Qusai (3/5): Poor -
- Massimo (7/5): Good - Just a stop over before taking flight, small hotel clean and low cost.
- Giovanni (6/5): Acceptable - Great staff, they do not speak English but the try their best to communicate. If you have a few hours in Shangai before your next flight, it is decent considering the price. The neighborhood is not that good.
The facilities are not that new.
- Abdullai (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abdellatif (5/5): Passable -
- Dewi (8/5): most comfortable bed for budget transit hotel - Staffs are very very helpful. They can not speak english but they use google translate for me..
- Dongsheng (9/5): Good people - People are very nice
- Siddhiqui (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Loch (8/5): Very good -
- Adachi (7/5): Good - They took me to the hostel by shuttle bus. The room was big and clean. No one can speak English. Finding a meeting point was so hard. They didn’t understand any English, so one of the airport staff called them and asked the place a shuttle bus comes for me.
- Angel (7/5): Quiet and nice stay. - The shuttel bus trasportzation to and from the airport. Info about where to get the bus shuttle in the airport.
- Zuzana (4/5): Disappointing - Noone speak English there so it’s pretty hard to get any information. The location is good only if you want to go there to get some sleep.
There is no metro station around so if you wanna go to downtown or anywhere for food you need to take their shuttle bus back to airport (the shuttle bus goes one one time each houre) also coming back from city is the same hassle.
To reserve the shuttle bus you need to speak Chinese and had service for calling, they never reply messages on booking or what’s up.
The room was okay but so cold it takes around 45 minutes to make it warm, but shower is freezing, there is no heater.
Overall the place is okay, but only for few hours to get some sleep.
- Liza (7/5): Good -
- Joseangel (10/5): Great budget hotel - very good option if you are transiting at Pudong forn one night. Price was good and clean and comfortable for a budget hotel in Shanghai. Water pressure was better than 5 star hotel. Bus shutle was a bit messy. It comes at o'clock each hour from P2-H9 (parking at terminal 2, stand H9). You wont miss it cuz it has big clear sign on bus with the name of hotel in English,.please check the pictures.
- Oliver (7/5): Cost contious alternative for staying one night near Pudong airport. - At 223 RMB for two persons including shuttle service to Pudong airport, you cannot expect too much. The hotel is about a twenty minute drive from the airport. Shuttle service to Terminal 1 and 2. The hotel seems to be clean. The location is out in the boodogs meaning there is not much around. You should have had dinner before going there. Also we had to change rooms due to the fact that someone smoked in our non-smoking room. Not a hotel problem, but a guest problem. Anyway, there was no issue changing to another room. Heating is done with aircon, which means that in winter the room temperature can be cold depending on which room you get. The shutle service only runs once an hour (10:30, 11:30, etc.).
- Weiyu (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (5/5): The staffs are great. If u don’t mind the sound should be ok. - The helpful staffs Is really near the airport and I think is beside the runway as can hear the sound of airplane and the room don’t seem to have heater or maybe I don’t know how to on it.
- Nathan (1/5): No WiFi, no atm close, no restaurant. In the middle of nowhere so if you don’t have cash, you can’t do anything - Location was convenient with the bus to the airport WiFi was not working and nothing was done to help us
Restaurant doesn’t exist we were told it only serves the staff!! Why promote it?
- Hassan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sathyangi (10/5): Great - I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews. The room was a good size. It was clean, warm and comfortable. It was just what we needed for our 1 night stopover in Shanghai. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you directly to and from Shanghai airport. It's really good value for money. Slightly dated interiors.
- Georgii (5/5): possible to stay for a night in case of thansit via Pudong - no breakfast
- Victor (1/5): Not worth it, pay a few bucks extra and stay in a proper hotel. - The staff is very nice The room was kinda dirty, the sheets are yellow, felt disgusting sleeping there, the pictures are very misleading.
- Saud (5/5): Passable -
- Km (5/5): Passable -
- Gerwin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mohamed (1/5): For me horrible smell - Everything
- Nikki (4/5): Couldn’t wait to leave - Shuttle service, but needed help at airport to ring hotel to confirm pick up, 20-25 min drive from airport. Smells strongly of damp, very old & disheveled hotel, stained bed sheets, felt unclean, loud noise pollution of planes every 3 minutes & loud talking in the corridor.
- Kevin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dee (7/5): Good -
- 배 (3/5): Poor -
- Clara (7/5): Good - Shuttle bus available! Not the cleanest, coziest vibe but it’s okay for a short rest!
- Alex (5/5): Passable -
- P (9/5): Superb - Good transfer from the airport and back
Rooms are not tiny, there is enough space for two people.
I recommend if you have only one night transfer in Shanghai. Especially if you are not demanding It may be loud because of planes, but for me if was fine. Rooms are not so clean as on the photos
- Connor (1/5): Very unclean and unsanitary but lovely staff - Colourful reception Very unclean room and was not appropriate or sanitary. Did not feel comfortable.
Bedding was yellow compared to White mattress sheet and towels. Nearly everything was stained. Bath slip Matt was also stained with plenty of dirty marks on the bathroom mirror.
- Polina (8/5): Very good - The design is plain for sure, but it's worth it for this price. The stuff was really helpful and polite, so I'd say them this was very nice. The room is a bit hot, but I it's ok.
For me the only mines was that there's no any delivery close, it takes them a few days to get there.
- Matiullah (2/5): I will never trust on your writing about hotels because of fake photos and information. Dirty rooms - No breakfast available in that remote town. I couldn’t find anything to like in this hotel the only thing was it has 25 minutes distance from airport
- 霈 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jinky (3/5): The room is big and clean, bed is comfortable, there is a
free shuttle going to Pudong Airport. - The location is far, then the check out is 8:30 in the morning. I checked in at 1 AM and checked out at 8:30 AM. Then at 6 AM it is very noisy like doing construction. They keep calling in the telephone before 8:30 AM, keep asking for what time you check out.
- Minh (7/5): Good - English skill
- Emma (3/5): Poor -
- Frank (1/5): Booking is the worst experience i’ve ever had being in Southeast Asia for two months Booking.com has ruined my vacation - Nothing That they would not accept payment that was established online through booking.com two months earlier on June 2
- Clyde (7/5): Good -
- Udara (7/5): Excellent for a short time stay - Yes They are not fluent in English
- Shamil (5/5): Passable -
- Stan (4/5): Disappointing - Airport pick up is very convenient and room has a lot of space. Walls are paper thin and staff doesnt really care about loud neighbours. Also none of them speak English so communication is impossible.
- Kuang-jung (9/5): Superb -
- Laurie (7/5): Good - Room was OK. Shuttle to airport every hour.
Interesting village. See a different China from Shanghai. View from my room!
- Traveller (9/5): Superb - Amazing hotel services. Nothing.
- Peiyi (5/5): Passable -
- Mei (7/5): Convenient hotel - The staffs were very kind and friendly.
Shuttle buses were convenient. There were some footprints on the sheet. I wasn’t sure if it was clean.
The hairdryer didn’t work well.
Almost staffs couldn’t speak English.
- Henok (1/5): Bad -
- Daehun (1/5): It was a terrible stay. The building is about to collapse. - I did not like anything. 1. For an airport hotel, the staff did not speak any English. Had a very difficult time trying to schedule a pickup.
2. The hotel is very rundown. There were cracks on the wall. The walls were so thin that I could hear people snoring.
3. The room was very dirty and smelled like cigarette even though we requested non smoking room.
- Rajendra (7/5): Good -
- Huawei (3/5): Poor - The staff is super nice, I left my cellphone on the taxi, a front desk girl tried all she could to find the taxi driver as the receipt I had had no useful information to contact the driver. I was very grateful The location is quite far from Pudong airport in the middle of a dirty remote village, can't even find a clean place to eat dinner. The room is not very clean, with bugs on the windows and mosquitoes in the room.
- Peifong (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fabian (7/5): Good - Good value, close to airport
Shuttle to airport Staff doesn't speak a lot of english
Rooms are not well isolated from noise, both outdoor but especially indoor
- Anastasiya (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable bed and pillows, cleanness, ministering and kindly stuff, free transfer to the hotel Smoking smell sometimes but it is normal in China
- Wilhelmus (8/5): OK - Close to Pudong Airport Airplane noise
- Daniel (1/5): Bad - I tried to call them and they never reply me . The phone number is wrong .
- Alexandra (6/5): It was fine - It’s okay. The staff even though they don’t speak any English, they are very trying and helpful🙂 Looks worse than on the picture
- Gerwin (7/5): Good -
- Osher (1/5): The price is super expensive I paid 12K php per week, it’s worth no more than 6-7K - Cooking is possible They say you can't use the pool or gym without paying 220php per day. They promised to fix it but never did. The air conditioning doesn't work well, so it's very hot. There are lots of insects. The lobby and floors are dirty. The internet is really slow.
- Suc (7/5): Good -
- Teni (4/5): RUDE & unhelpful staff‼️ - The bed was comfortable The staff were rude and very unhelpful. They don’t speak English and use a translator to communicate, which slowed down EVERYTHING‼️Their wifi DOES NOT work‼️‼️false advertisement, as they advertise strong wifi (LIES) I went to the reception to ask for help and they said there’s nothing they could do. I needed the wifi to check in for our next flight, and they really inconvenienced us- terrible people. Hair on the “clean” toilet too. I definitely won’t be staying here again EVER.
- Dwi (9/5): Superb - Love the hotel, good shuttle bus service. Have foods nearby. Good service and good staff. ===
- Johan (7/5): Value for money - No breakfast option
- Seiko (1/5): Bad - I asked hotel how to get shuttle bus at several times. No reply.
Though waited bus on arrival date, they missed. Never use.
And I asked same questions to booking.com
You had never responded
Never use Booking.com
- Cristina (2/5): Very poor -
- Sanjeet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sam (9/5): great - everything you need for a sleep before your next flight hard to work out the shuttle, FYI its H9 pick up bay in Terminal 2 in the car park and it comes every hour
- Samantha (7/5): A room is all we need! - It was a decent room for a few hours and great value for money. It's all we needed for one night after a very late arrival into Shanghai. You get what you pay for.
- Ya (10/5): After all, nice transit hotel! - Nice, clean, and spacious room. The pillow was good for me (which is often not the case at other hotels).
Free shuttle! It would be nicer if it were much easier to arrage the airport pick-up. (Still wondering how often they come and pick you up)
- Giovanna (3/5): Poor -
- Ya (7/5): OK, I don't mind coming back again. - Hotel staffers were very kind. If the hotel staffers were able to speak English, it would have been much easier when I made a phone call to the hotel.
They had a traslation machine, so here was no problem at the check-in counter.
- Mohammed (5/5): Passable - Clean, they have a shuttle bus and good value for money 1- No one speaking English at all.
2- Restaurant was not working.
3- Rude day shuttle bus driver.
4- Location is not good.
5- WiFi is super slow.
- Jennifer (4/5): Do not stay here unless it is for one night. - I liked the fact that there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. The building was very cold. Communication with the staff was very hard and it seemed like they didn't want to help. The location of the hotel was awful if you stayed for more than 1 night. The closest transportation was to the airport which was what I had to do everyday in the morning and at night. I realized it would have been better to stay in the city close to a subway station. This place would be good if you are staying for a night before going to the airport. Also I even scheduled a shuttle to pick me up at the airport, but that shuttle did not show up until an hour later so that was extremely frustrating.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gamal (8/5): Very good -
- Thurayya (5/5): Passable - The shuttle bus They had the window open prior to arrival - it took 5 hours and two duvets to get warm
Staff speaks zero English
- Outman (7/5): The staff is gentle and helpful. -
- Ben (10/5): Comfortable room. Really helpful staff. Free shuttle from and to the airport perfect for layovers. - I was having issues with my card working there and because I was only staying during the day (19 hour layover) they told me I could just pay whatever cash I had which was half the original cost, they didn’t have to do this but it helped me a lot. Don’t expect to go see anything next to the property as it’s in a very remote area. Wi-Fi for me was non existent
- Max (2/5): Awful - Dirty, Cold, everything is broken, lacking English!! - Airport Shuttle, but you’ll get one at better places too!!! (STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!) My experience was highly disappointing. The hotel lacked English-speaking staff, leading to communication issues. Non-functional Wi-Fi, a dirty room, a broken window (no way of closing it while it was 4°C outside), and an inoperable heating system made for an uncomfortable stay. Despite my attempts to address concerns, the language barrier hindered any resolution. Unfortunately, I did fell ill due to the cold conditions.
- Kt (7/5): Acceptable - Free shuttle bus to hotel, go and back every hour. You should text the hotel to know how to take the bus The heater didn't work all night, it was so cold at night 🥶. It worked back in the morning when I was about to leave 😔
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Abdullah (7/5): Good -
- Youzu1982 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angelina (4/5): Disappointing - Staff didn’t speak English and therefore I could not manage to use airport shuttle service during my arrival.
AC in my room did not work properly. It was very could.
- Cristina (1/5): Bad - I stayed at this hotel two times, at the beginning I was surprised they give you toothpaste and toothbrush, tea, you find slippers and clean towels in the room. But the first night I found the room so cold and someone tried to enter in my room. A lot of notices from outside but at the end I thought was ok. The second night there was a terrible noice for the all night like a machine coming maybe from the aircon I don't know but it seemed to me a torture, I went out of the room I wanted to change room but that noice it seamed to be everywhere, it doesn't worth to pay a room( this time was not even the cheapest) and not be able to sleep the whole night. Nobody speak English even if the work with travellers, probably they work more with chinese people and you can see they treat them better, the stuff it's almost rude. No I don't recommend this place I stayed at this hotel two times, at the beginning I was surprised they give you toothpaste and toothbrush, tea, you find slippers and clean towels in the room. - Mohamed (4/5): Disappointing -
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Semone (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tatyna (5/5): Passable - The room was very very cold. I had to sleep in winter clothes with a hood
- Karolina (1/5): Terrible - bus to the airport The approach of the staff was not good, no english really hard to communicate the photos are completely different from the reality the standard is much worse, the reception is cold, the corridors are cold and the room, you have to sit in your coat and wait for AC to warm it up which is not that good either. I had to make an international call and my phone didn't work, when i asked to use their phone the lady indicated I have to go back to my room, as if I was disturbing her.
- Namli (10/5): Amazing stay and staff! - The hotel staff were some of the most lovely staff I have come across. I think the hotel was beyond expectation for the price. The room was clean so was the bathroom, the location is close to the airport and the free shuttle bus was great! Staff were great at trying to communicate in English and offered tea at reception. Staff cleaners also helped at any request I had. Lovely hotel and cannot recommend enough for the booking price!
