• Slavko (5/5): - During my 7 week stay, there was issue with the heating not working for 2-3 days every week, and when I let owner know about the issue, answer was always blant and rude. Not recommended-Unless you are happy to have no heating in winter and shower in cold water.

• Simone (9/5): - Prima plek, basic, ruim, netjes en schoon. 2 minuten fietsen naar binnenstad Alsfeld en supermarkten.
• Lars (5/5): - Sängen och kudden, absolut av högsta kvalitet Största problemet var att det inte gick att sova där trots att det var världens bästa säng, men trafiken och tågen lät som dom gick rakt genom rummet

• Franz-Josef (7/5): - Diese Unterkunft habe ich gebucht um mich von einer Urlaubsetappe mit dem Motorrad zu erholen. Diese Möglichkeit habe ich erhalten. Gerne wieder.

• Paul (4/5): Für kurze Aufenthalte geht’s, ansonsten lieber ein paar Euros mehr in die Hand nehmen. - Preis war okay, ich hatte meine Ruhe und im Zimmer war es gemütlich. In den Fluren herrschte ein unangenehmer, aufdringlicher und künstlicher Geruch. Direkt vorm Fenster verlief die Bahnschiene. Weder im Zimmer, noch im Bad waren Mülleimer. Das WLAN fiel hin und wieder aus.

• Dahlia (1/5): Awful - I am puzzled by the many positive reviews.  As a Booking.com Genius level 3 customer, I have stayed in a number of accommodations in different countries, however, this experience has to be the worst. Several days before check-in, I contacted the host to find out if it would be ok to arrive between 9am-10am. He agreed.  On arrival at around 9:45, however, there was no-one around, and neither was there a doorbell. I texted the host to let him know I was standing outside the front door and asked to be let in. After 15 minutes and no response, I phoned him. He explained that the room was not ready and asked whether I could go somewhere and come back in around 30 minutes by which time it would be. As I had a lot of luggage with me, that was not possible. This meant I was left waiting for around 30 minutes outside the property on a busy road for him to turn up. When he arrived around half an hour later, he seemed in no hurry and did not apologise for the inconvenience caused…. Several of the males I encountered in the building (mostly males) looked sketchy. At the end of my first week, I was propositioned for sex by one male with alcohol on his breath. Being the only female in the building at that time, the host allocated a room on a separate floor, apart from the males. At the end of the second week, I was joined by another female. Shortly after she departed, I noticed that a food item was missing from the communal fridge so I texted the host to notify him of the theft. He responded sarcastically and added with a could-not-care-less attitude that he was not responsible for the contents of the fridge – what BS… A few days into my stay, at 3.20 in the early hours of the morning, the host texted me to have me go down several  flights of stairs to open the main entrance door to a new male renter, who apparently was having trouble getting in. When I didn't respond, he texted again, and this time with an angry tone, demanding to know where I was at!

• Li-ying (8/5): 大房間大書桌 超值好選擇 - 1. 房間超大，而且家具齊全，有大書桌和衣櫃。 2. 衛浴和廚房雖然是公用的，但是都很明亮乾淨。 3. 附近環境優美。 4. 停車位雖然沒有保障，但路邊停車位不難找。 1. 窗外就是火車軌道，偶爾會有火車快速駛過的噪音(大部分時候周遭很安靜)。 2. 沒有任何Checkin指示，我17:30到竟然房間還沒準備好，而且沒有reception，我一開始沒遇到任何人。 3. Wifi密碼沒有任何指示，是我自己打電話問的。

• Karlheinz (8/5): Preiswert, sauber und einfach. - Es handelt sich um eine preiswerte Monteurunterkunft. Unterkunft besteht aus Einzelzimmer und einer gemeinsamen Küche wo man sich selbst versorgen kann. Die Inhaber führen die Unterkunft selbst und Absprachen werden direkt umgesetzt. Alles soweit weit gut.
