• Veronika (10/5): Fantastic, great location and facilities - Location was excellent Was a bit hard to find our appartment in the building. Directional signage was pretty poor. The older guy on reception was of no help but luckily there were a couple of young guys we bumped into at the lift area that spoke English that were super helpful so got there at the end.

• Emmeline (4/5): It was ok - To find the apartment was hard. The lift with luggage was hard to get all the luggage up to the apartment. The apartment itself was in an okay spot, although it seems quite expensive for the type of building that it's in. Someone could meet you to let you into the building when you first get there. It's quite confusing. The beds could have better mattresses. The bunk bed seems like it might collapse. Also the heater could have been on when we arrived.

• Patrick (7/5): Overall an OK stay. We switched off the heater in the room before going to bed. - Clean and spacious apartment. About 10 mins walking distance to train station though it may be challenging if you’re traveling with many luggage (like we did). There is no proper ramp in the lobby area. You will have to carry your luggage to the lift area. The heater in the bedroom is at a very bad location, right beside the bed and it is noisy! Washing machine has no dryer function so you’ll have to use the paid dryer in lobby. Be vigilant, especially at late night as the area is near to Kabukicho.

• Katrina (8/5): Super cool apartment in a great location - Amazing Amanda meet us and we checked in. The apartment was very spacious and super clean! The location was great and we could walk to heaps of great restaurants and interesting shops. Close to the train station as well.

• Sethuraghavan (9/5): Convenient and comfortable stay in Tokyo - The location was fantastic. Quite convenient to walk to Shinjuku. Hailing cab was easy and good restaurants nearby. Couple of convenience stores made it easy for getting necessities. I would say the sound proofing. Being in a busy street meant there was a bit of road noise. But that might be the case with any property in Tokyo.

• Nish (9/5): Very nice place! I highly recommend it. - We really like it! Clean apartment & facilities. Best location, nearby restaurants, stores and train/bus stations. There are no toothbrushes. And the bathroom door, at first we thought it was broken. But it’s not a big deal.

• Ziqian (9/5): Great stay, a bit unsafe but interesting environment - Very spacious. I really loved the balcony but sadly the first night we stayed it’s rainy and the balconies pretty a mess. but it doesn’t change the fact that this is still a very nice day. The area around I have some safety problems. We witnessed a civilian injury and confrontation with police in the middle of the night and did day when we checked out, the cleaner seems to be drunk and vomited on the floor. probably he isn’t a cleaner, but it’s just a guest around here . But anyway, it is one of the best way I can think of living in Shinjuku.

Outstanding communications with hosts. The terrace was fabulous, top class furnishings / umbrella. We enjoyed every evening sitting outside Nothing, it's just a wonderful place

Great location, walking distance to do much. Best place I've stayed at in Tokyo!! It would be helpful if the large bed in the bedroom had a small beside table by the wall; we turned the little bedroom trashcan upside down to use as a nightstand table haha :) Also, just my opinion but I don't think the fragrance decanters in all the rooms are necessary because the fragrance was a bit strong; we just put them in the hallway closet until our stay was over.

It was so clean, aesthetic, will all facilities and a beautiful terrace with wonderful view. Far better experience than hotel and such a value for money! We were so impressed that we wanted to extend the stay! What touched my heart is that I left my Apple watch in the apartment and Amanda came all the way to my next hotel to return it. Forever grateful to her. Exceptional customer service. Look no further and go for it!
• Marie-louise (9/5): Very cool apartment in central Tokyo. - Great huge apartment with a nice roof terrace. Everything you need is available. They were kind to let us drop off our luggage before check-in. It was very strict with the check-out and the cleaning lady came around before checkout time which felt a bit stressful.

The kids had a separate room too. It slept 5 of us comfortably. The décor was lovely. A lot of thought was put into the apartment. It was located in central Shinjuku so it was busy at night.
