• Vicente (9/5): Excelente escondite para un fin de semana - Desayuno correcto entregado en una caja. Suficiente y variado. Todo funcionaba perfectamente (aunque a base de vídeos explicativos solo en francés). Sería interesante disponer de una breve explicación en inglés, al menos. La ducha doble, la sauna y la piscina son una maravilla. Sería de agradecer disponer de algún pequeño mueble, incluso plegable, para dejar dejar el equipaje y poder abrirlo con comodidad.

• Marie-Laure (8/5): - Situation parfaite, logement flambant neuf et propre. Baignoire jacuzzi au top ! Arrivée autonome (bien qu’on ait du demandé le code qui n’avait pas été donné). Le petit déjeuner est déposé devant la porte de manière discrète, ce qui est super mais la qualité des produits n’était pas top... D’autres petits détails (pas d’essuie main ou de papier toilette).

• Valérie (8/5): - L'emplacement est top. Le lieu est très cosy, plein de charme et très romantique. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et déposé en toute discrétion, mais il faudrait ajouter une plus grande quantité de jus de pomme. Le balcon est très discret par rapport au vis-à-vis et donne directement sur la place. Un très grand lit, bien confortable. Des peignoirs très douillets. Énormément de saletés sous le lit 😟 aperçues après avoir fait tomber quelque chose en dessous de celui-ci. Des traces de main sur la tête de lit. Des traces dans le bain. Et un bouchon qui ne voulait pas s'ouvrir pour vider le bain.

Mon interlocuteur n’a pas du tout été compréhensif et ne voulait pas remettre les défaillances de la procédure d’arrivée en cause, me répétant que j’avais reçu des codes. Il ne s’est pas excusé.

• Victoria Leben (7/5): notre séjour n’a pas été mauvais, mais nous nous attendions à un niveau plus élevé - Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour n’a pas été mauvais, mais nous nous attendions à un niveau plus élevé vu le prix et la catégorie annoncée de l’établissement. Les points positifs : la chambre était agréable, propre et très bien située, en plein centre-ville. Le personnel de l’hôtel a réagi rapidement et s’est excusé lorsqu’un homme est entré dans notre chambre tôt le matin sans frapper. Nous avons appris par la suite qu’il venait vérifier la piscine, mais sur le moment, la situation était gênante. Côté moins agréable : le petit-déjeuner manquait de fraîcheur. Les kiwis servis étaient périmés, et les viennoiseries n’étaient pas du jour. La piscine, quant à elle, contenait de nombreux insectes et même quelques araignées, ce qui a un peu gâché l’expérience spa. La communication avec la réception se faisait uniquement via WhatsApp, de manière assez informelle. Cela peut plaire à certains, mais personnellement, j’aurais préféré un contact un peu plus professionnel.
