Parkplatz, eigene Küche, WC und Dusche. es gibt ein Doppelbett mit einer Schiebetüre und ein separates Bett, gut geeignet für zwei Personen, welche nicht im selben Bett schlafen möchten. zudem ein Esstisch und ein Bürotisch sowie zwei Sessel. die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. super ist, dass ein Einkaufsladen gleich um die Ecke ist. alles bestens zu diesem günstigen Preis

• Angelika (7/5): - Edith ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Ich bin herzlich empfangen worden und der Kontakt war generell sehr angenehm. Dass die Gartenbenutzung mit tollem Ausblick möglich war, hat mich sehr gefreut. Vor allem auch deshalb, weil das Zimmer im Souterrain ist und daher ziemlich kühl. Ich war überrascht, dass dieToilette, Dusche und Küche in EINEM Raum war. Das Küchen-Waschbecken ist zugleich auch das Badezimmer-Waschbecken. Für mich als Alleinreisende war das ok, ich hatte es jedoch anders erwartet. Und für Andere, die zusammen reisen, ist es vielleicht eine wichtige Information vorab. Das andere Überraschende war, dass es keine Tür, sondern einen leichten Vorhang zu dem vermieteten Bereich gab. Der Schlafraum hingegen konnte abgeschlossen werden.

• Günter (4/5): - Die ruhige Lage ist das einzig Gute . Ich verstehe nicht wo die guten Bewertungen herkommen . Wir sind nach 5 Min wieder abgereist und haben uns ein Hotel gesucht !

• Katrin (9/5): Thanks, I'll certainly come again :) - Edith is a very easy-going and friendly host. My stays (5x 1 week) were very pleasant and any communications with the host were cordial and welcoming. The accommodation is located in a lovely rural region, quiet and with lots of opportunities for relaxing (evening) strolls. Although the room is in the semi-basement, there are lots of windows to let in sunlight (especially in the afternoon) and fresh air. A free parking spot is right next to the house and a little outside sitting space can be used to enjoy sunny days. WiFi is fairly stable and with reasonable bandwidth, even for resource-heavy activities (video calls, connecting several devices, streaming). The room is furnished with a proper desk (equipped with a multi-plug) and an office chair, which makes for a very comfortable work space. Bathroom and kitchen: it is a private bathroom and kitchen as in, the guest is the only one using them; but the room they're in is shared (although used very seldom by the host and usually after giving quick notice). Not an issue for me, but might make for a little surprise.
