• Elise (6/5): Good location and wouldn’t of minded the issues if it was cheaper. But overpriced for what it is. Cheap and functional w - It was in a great location and we as a family found it easy to get around and needed both metro, the football stadium and the city. Sadly for the money I felt it was very small, and when we entered it stank of smoke, even though there is a big no smoking sign on the back of the door. My children found this quite overwhelming. There is only one pillow each, and when I asked for more we were told that wasn’t possible. The apartment is also on the ground floor and during the day and on Saturday morning at 8:20am they were fitting a shop in the room next door and heavy drilling and hammering of tiles was deafening. Again the agent didn’t tell us of this before arrival and simply said they weren’t aware. Finally the automated locking system is clever and quite techy. But during the night on our final night the front door unlocked itself as we heard a weird noise. But only found out in the morning that it was the front door. This was unnerving as was staying with my two sons in the room, and felt unsafe that its all managed remotely.

• Catherine (5/5): - 1) Les modalités de récupération des clés n’avaient pas été explicitées, à savoir, il fallait téléphoner en arrivant et on ne comprenait pas notre hôte au téléphone qui tentait de nous expliquer qu’il allait débloquer la porte d’entrée via son téléphone puis la porte de l’appartement de la même façon. Les clés étaient à l’intérieur. 2)Ensuite, uniquement des pièces aveugles : non dit dans la description du logement. 3) un seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour 4 personnes pour 4 nuits c’est très largement insuffisant, nous avons dû en racheter. La salle de bain est ultra petite et je pense qu’une personne en léger surpoids ne peut pas prendre sa douche.
• Alice (8/5): breve ma comodo!! - posizione in città comoda, in pochi minuti ci potevamo recare in 3 fermate di metro diverse. Trovo l’appartamento ben vivibile per un breve lasso di tempo, come per noi è stato un weekend, va benissimo. L’assistenza tramite chat è impeccabile in pochi istanti risolvono ogni problema, comodissimo anche il sistema di apertura porte elettronico. Dal bagno usciva un forte odore che non abbiamo capito se potesse provenire dalle tubature. Il riscaldamento non è molto efficiente.

• Richard (3/5): Prima stad, goede locatie maar.. helaas het appartement was zwaar onvoldoende! - de locatie was top. Het appartement leek wel een bunker, geen raam aanwezig. Het keukenblok was niet in orde: de kookplaat was gebroken kon niet gebruikt worden , ook het koffiezet app. was lek , ook deze kon niet gebruikt worden! na melding bij host : moesten we een filmpje sturen. Helaas is hier NIETS mee gedaan behalve een een bericht dat er nieuwe kookplaat besteld zou worden!! We zijn dan ook erg teleurgesteld in het appartement en de afhandeling!! Alleen de locatie, dicht bij de metro, winkels was top verder zwaar onvoldoende!!
• Inna (1/5): Horrible - Humedad, oscuridad ( no hay ventanas) cucarachas, baño increíble pequeño, tubería del ducha atascada, mojo al ducha, vitroceramica rota, que la luz se apaga si usas horno, congelador lleno de hielo y no se cierre, que es sótano y no es apartamento, y tiene que vaciar deshumidificador frecuentemente y no hay ventilación reforzada, y que hay algo que vive en muro y rasguña mucho en muros e imposible dormir por la noche,que los responsables te escuchan pero no hacen nada para solucionar los problemas

• Nuria (8/5): Muy buena estancia - Lo limpio y cuidado que estaba. Nos llamaron a la puerta un día en varias ocasiones, supongo que por temas de averías que había para reparar.
• Gregory (8/5): Excelente estancia. - Las camas, las toallas, los armarios, y la equipación. La vitro funciona, pero no muy bien. No cierre bien la puerta de baño -- puede quedarse cerrado dentro.

• Mihaela (7/5): - Locația bună cu stații de metrou aproape, restaurante multe în imediata apropiere. Proprietar amabil. Nu era foarte curat, pe canapeaua din living erau firimituri și resturi de chips-uri, aerul foarte umed, miros de mucegai, saltele foarte inconfortabile.
• Andreea (6/5): Pleasant - Pros: - great location, great to the Iglesia subway - very very nice host - clear instructions on how to enter the building and the apartment - good WiFi Cons: - the price of 851 euros for 3 nights (284 euros per night) is too expensive for the conditions offered (hard matresses, small bathroom) - there were a few cockroaches - NO windows which makes the place look like a dungeon - the bathroom is way too small - taller or bigger people would have difficulty stepping out of the shower - because there are no windows, there is only internal ventilation which carries over the smell of food from neighbours. My bedroom smelled like constant food

• Woodsilver (7/5): Lovely week in Madrid for an event at Complutense University - Apartment was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and linen was good. Nice touch to leave apple juice and pastries. Location was excellent for accessing the centre and also travelling to Complutense University for the event we were attending. Key collection - main part of instructions were in Spanish - and complicated (3 doors!) it would be helpful to post a full English translation - this caught us out trying to use online keys etc when we arrived so we had to ring the host late on a Sunday evening. There is no window in the main room - this wasn't clear from the details. The shower is very tight to get in and out and the attachment was broken so had to be handheld- although water pressure is very good Only one smallish towel each and a hand towel to share -no towel if you showered and washed hair at same time. The coffee machine didn't work (we tried it in several plugs - same one I use at home so clear how it should work) Cockroaches! I understand these are common in Spain - but they were a bit of a challenge to deal with, we had several appear during the stay.
