• Elaine (3/5): No heating bad customer service - Location Heating not working advised the company took two days of the four days until a handyman arrived and couldn’t fix and finally provided two electric heaters no hot water in the kitchen or wash basins I had notified the company within the first two hours of arriving and it was only on my suggestion they provided the heaters but still no hot water
• Samantha (2/5): - Great central location There was a strong smell of damp upstairs, one of the bathroom showers leaked through the ceiling onto the stairs, the cold water tap in the kitchen wouldn't turn on, the dinner wear and glasses were not washed prior to arrival, there were numerous cigarette buts discarding within and just outside the front door of the property and the property next door was being renovated which was very noisy from approx 8am every morning with lots of building materials and waste left outside the property
• Raana (8/5): This is a lovely, charming property in an excellent location. It would greatly benefit from renovation of its bathrooms - Excellent location. It wasn’t very clean. The tub in one of the en-suite bathrooms was very difficult to use. We only used the shower in the other en suite. The tiles in the shower area in this bathroom had mould on them. Also we had no hot water for 24 hours.

• Drasko (10/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment on a great location. - Location is great, of course. Beds are comfortable, and it is quiet. I also like separate bathrooms for each bedroom. It is well equipped and also hosts are available 24/7 so if you have any question they can answer. Small things that didn't affect our staying there, like smart TV was not connected to the internet and when you flush the toilet it is noisy.
• Sal (7/5): Good - Nice apartment in Knightsbridge—not overly fancy, but comfortable and spacious. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, with a large living room downstairs. It really gives you that feeling of having your own place in London. Great location and overall a pleasant stay.
• Nora (8/5): Very good - Really stylish, perfect location, great shower. No bedside lamps in 2nd bedroom, no coffee machine, Lots of little nigly things
