Guest Reviews
- Róbert (10/5): Great location with friendly staff - Excellent location for public transport, with all options, including buses and the metro, just a few minutes away. There are also grocery stores and great restaurants in the area. The staff is very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and, due to its size, is an excellent choice for families. Everything was fine.
- Phat (10/5): Great location, good value for money, spacious apartment - Spacious apartment with almost everything you need including washing machine. The courtyard was very peaceful and cool, in the midst of the hot and sunny Rome. The location was perfect, close to the Vatican. This is especially important because I forgot to bring my ID when I tried to enter the Vatican museum and I was able to walk back to get my ID very quickly. The sofa bed was far from comfortable but I guess sofa beds are not comfortable in general.
- Stoyan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valentin (10/5): Exceptional - This lovely acomodation is 5min walk from Metro Cipro and also 5min walk from Vatican Museum.
The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Very convenient and perfect for going anywhere in Rome.
- Tania (10/5): Great appartment - The appartment was perfect! Spacious and had everything that we needed. It was very clean and the owner let us small things like sugar, salt and a new sponge for the dishes, which is very helpful. The building is very nice with a beautiful garden inside. The location is a little far from Rome main attractions but there are many transport alternatives and various restaurants near by. The lady that checked us in was very nice and patient with our flight delay. Everything was great. The small issue was the amount of hot water. As a group of four, we could only shower two in a row, or the third one would run out of hot water in the middle of his shower. But it was easily resolved with two showering in the morning and two in the evening.
- Simo (8/5): Very good -
- Msim1 (9/5): Superb - Very good communication with the host. We dodn't meet us personally, but he responded on Whatsapp quickly. Good windows - stop the noise from street.
- Cvetja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thevacationista (9/5): Home in Rome - There is hot water with good pressure. The kitchen has all the basics you need.
Wide beds can accommodate 5 adults. Walking distance to metro, hospital, markets, and Vatican. Large smart tv and lots of furniture and storage. Easy checkin and check out. Narrow shower room, not soundproof rooms, you can hear neighbours and sirens from ambulance. Kitchen is a bit old. Sofa bed foam is a bit sunken.
- Nina (7/5): Great location and suitable for a larger family. Practical but very basic. - Location Lack of the basics when a short stay - (e.g new sponge for washing up and no wine glasses)
- Monica (9/5): Superb -
- Jerin (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): Very good - Susana provided us great locations to visit Bedroom furnitures are a bit dated and heater seem to be not working
- Tuğba (4/5): Disappointing - It has everything that belongs to a house. The kettle was broken. They were only able to bring a new kettle after 1 day. The internet was not working very well
- Jolanta (8/5): Very good - I loved the space there, the surroundings and the location. The apartment is great, with anything you may need during your stay. And most of the attractions are really within a walking distance. If not, there are several buses and of course metro that can take you everywhere. Supermarket open 24/7, even on Easter. The owner promised to order us a taxi, but he didn't. Even though I reminded him a day earlier. We needed to be at the airport at 4 in the morning, so it was a big problem for us.
- Kirsten (9/5): Superb - Entire apartment including kitchen in nice complex with beautiful courtyard. I ran the beautiful marathon in Rome and brought my family. Very convenient location for the metro, the marathon and all of Rome, and a stone's throw from Vatican City. Area full of shops and restaurants. -
- Vesna (10/5): Exceptional - Spatious. Good location The mattress could be more comfortable
- Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gaurav (8/5): Very good -
- Claudius (10/5): Exceptional - We were delighted with the accommodation conditions and the way the owner answered all our questions and requests. Molte grazie! The only problem is, during the cold season, that of the heat, which is in a centralized system and works only a few hours a day. I recommend that you have something thicker to wear and house shoes.
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is central for Vatican City and Metro into central Rome. Close to a hospital, so sirens are often heard all night.
- Angela (9/5): Perfect place to stay, staff is really friendly and attentive. Totally recommended! -
- Andrea (8/5): Lovely apartment. Ideal situation, close to Vatican, easy access to the Metro. Very quiet. - Toilet was not flushing, but Alessandro did sort that out for us. Ran out of toilet paper, but that was delivered after a day.
- Gerasimos (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very good, also the owner very helpful! The house was very dirty.
The floor was sticky propably not moped for a looong time.
The kitchen owen was with food and coffee remains from the previous guests.
The worst was the dish sponge, it was dirty and dissolved from the use (it would be better if you didnt leave it at all )
Non of the TVs didnt work properly.
The bathroom sink was clogged.
The bed matress and the pilows were very uncomfortable.
- Fiona (6/5): Disappointing. - The host was very welcoming and the location is very good. You are surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops with 5 minutes to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the tram to the centre or buses. The apartment is very basic with no A/C which is needed in the summer! It is supposed to sleep 5 but one person is asleep in the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom is a pull out sofa in the lounge so if you are the first up or last to bed you have no where to go. There is a lovely court yard but you can not sit out anywhere which is a shame. The apartment has a lot of potential it just needs reorganising and some welcome basics left in the kitchen
