• Maria (5/5): Pleasant but unremarkable - Location was great. Room was clean and had useful amenities. Slept well in a quiet, dark, and cool room. Check-in and parking instructions were unclear, and host was too slow to respond to be helpful. Alarm set on the TV went off at 6am. Apartment could do with updating inside.

The room was over priced for the way it was precented, very disappointed. The room was not value for the money I paid

• Anita (7/5): Room decor was from the 80s, very old and tired, chipped bathroom tiles etc but the unit was clean and tidy. The locatio - The property is great, perfect location. Unfortunately our parking space had a leaking pipe that leaked all over our car and stained the paint work. It location to everything especially the beach
• Suze (8/5): Super well located, clean and compact apartment, great for a short stay - Really well located, and super helpful in letting us check in early in the day. Full size fridge and decent kitchen, handy to have a washer and drier. The apartment was spotless and well presented for its age. The airer was great for getting towels and swimmers dry on the balcony. The Nautilus resort staff were really unhelpful and quite rude when it was a private rental. Not in any way the fault of our rental/owner, but be aware they won’t even store bags at reception for private rentals.

• TANIA (7/5): Comfortable stay in a good location within walking distance to all Mooloolaba has to offer. - Good location Internet was intermittent and whilst the host was very responsive we continued to have issues with it dropping in and out.

Lift not working so we had to use the Fire Escape stairs. TV missing from bedroom but brackets still in place.No dishwasher.

• Travis (7/5): Pleasant - Location to the beach was good. Room was fine and what was expected. Difficult to unload the car with limited outside stopping areas but once you have keys you can access the carpark.
• Carnegie (9/5): - Great value for money, the view over the pool was so nice and relaxing. The pool towels were a great touch, I wasn't expecting that. The pillows on the bed were too high and there wasn't enough information around getting back into the resort during out-of-hours.

• Margaret (8/5): Very good - Close to beach and attractions Work being done, trades and construction mess everywhere, couldn't use pool because of Scaffolding and dust and debris. Reception staff rude.
• Melissa (7/5): Lovely apartment, close to the beach with good WiFi - Nice outdoor pool and hot tub, but it was so close to the beach I usually opted for that. I had an allergic reaction to the linens due to dust mites. I was able to run all the linens through a hot water wash and it resolved my symptoms.

• Denis (9/5): Lovely location, lovely owner. - Great location and the facilities were more than adequate. Nice little pool and some gym equipment. The views are a bit restrictive looking to a mother block next door. However you could just about see the river.

• Amanda (10/5): Great location, well appointed apartment - The location is amazing. Very easy walk to The Wharf, Sea Life, The Esplanade and the beach. The apartment was very clean. All new furniture by the look. The couches and bed were especially comfortable. We had everything we could need: Full size fridge, kitchen, laundry, lovely bathroom, air con and fans.

Scanner for basement parking wasn't visibly indicated and we got stuck on the slope to get in before we realised the scanner to open the gate. Would love if it was labelled nicer so it's easier to see before it's too late and get car stuck on slope

• Jonel (6/5): Not the Best but also not the worst we stayed at before - It is at a Great Location Not major problems it’s not the best place but also not the worst. Don’t go when it’s end of year schoolies as kids don’t have respect for others and people with young kids, Elevators are confusing, press the one button and always seem to open the opposite door. So you kinda have to stand in the middle to make it in time for the one opening. Couldn’t use BBQ as they blocked it off for Renovation, which we were planning on using as we were in a budget for our trip. We had to use public facilities which was also not able to as it was raining all the time, so we had to eat out and didn’t have much options to what we can eat as we are on a diet where we can’t eat anywhere. It’s ok for families attending other places and not home much

Only coffee and tea sachets and small milk supplied, not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Fridge was a decent size but no other food storage space.

Was able to comment by phone with booking Agent from Dot.Com. Fact that we were unable to communicate with Receptionist.
