• JKHESO (5/5): HORRIBLE SERVICE - Apartment with potential, large, close to the beach and restaurants, but… Terribly cold in the apartment without any action from the owner. No hot water on the first day because someone forgot to turn on the boiler. For those arriving in summer, I warn you, there's only one air conditioning unit for four rooms. The washing machine was moldy—I have photos—and the iron was dirty—unusable. The apartment was supposedly cleaned, but the details were dirty. Communication with the owner was very poor. They responded about the power outage after six hours. The power outage occurred because the air conditioning (heating), dishwasher, and boiler (heating the hot water) were running at the same time. And worst of all, the owners blamed everything—the staff, the weather, but not for any omissions.
• Wendy (9/5): Lovely stay in Estapona. - Location was excellent. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. We used Javea as a base as we explored the Costa Blanca. Parking was convenient on the street. We never had to search for a spot. The patio was large enough to really enjoy. Living room area was comfortable for lounging. Kitchen was well equipped and had ample storage. But most importantly we loved how quiet it was. Peaceful setting of a park for a view. We’d highly recommend.
• Andrew (9/5): Great location, very nice flat, great break. - Great location, very comfortable flat, easy to check in and out. A relaxing stay. A minor gripe, but beds not the greatest. Also, imagine it would be very hot in high season in the bedrooms.
• Angela (8/5): - Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Pool gegenüber. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Leider hatten wir zwei Kakerlaken im Bad und einige im Treppenhaus. Der Aufzug hat nicht immer funktioniert und wurde lautstark repariert.

• Larsson (10/5): - Beautiful apartment and very well maintained. It was clean when we arrived and we got a nice feeling directly. The spacious windows facing towards the balcony create a nice atmosphere with outside surroundings. The two stories apartment design layout (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) was very welcomed for us. We stayed 2 adults and 3 children with no problems. Our host was very professional with clear and easy communication.

• Abisai (9/5): We loved the house. Needs air units in the bedrooms. - The house was beautiful and centrally located. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was a huge problem. It was sooooo hot. No air conditioning in the bedrooms or downstairs area. Very hot.

• Kerry (10/5): Impressive - We're were very impressed with the apartment, lovely and spacious, we had a less mobile lady with us and it was fantastic,there was a lift for her and was able to have a bedroom on the same floor , down the stairs in the apartment were 2 more bedrooms with another bathroom this was a lovely surprise too, the host was fantastic,very informative and accommodating, I would love to go back and take my family. The walk to the main beach is a lot quicker then what you would expect, so the location was spot on. When something is so good, there's nothing to dislike.
