• mae (5/5): je recommande , juste pensais à allumer le chauffage avant - le personne est super agréable , et l’environnement change de ce qu’on as l’habitude de voir le chauffage n’avais pas était allumer avant notre arrivée , il faisais donc super froid (6,7degres maximum) le chauffage a mis au moin 5h a chauffer . c’est le seul point que je reproche le chauffage

• QIUJU (8/5): During this peak tourist season, the price-performance ratio is quite good. - The distance from Santa Claus Village is about a 25-minute walk. It’s only around a 6-minute drive from the airport. If it can provide a toilet in the caravan, that would be perfect. And the location is not very easy to find, so make sure you navigate to: Hostel Ibedcity, Veistajantie, Rovaniemi, Finland, 96910. When you arrive, proceed to check in. If there is nobody at the reception, you can contact them via WhatsApp or phone (the reception provides these contact details/messages).

• Browne (8/5): Winter wonderland dream - Very comfortable beds, easy to use facilities in the main hostel. The caravan was very warm, which was amazing, as we didn’t have the heating on! Easy to walk to Santa’s Village and uber into town for dinner. It had recently snowed when we stayed so we were surrounded by a winter wonderland which was incredible. Reception wasn’t always manned, so it was unclear how we could leave our luggage after checkout, but we were able to leave it at reception with no issues. Some of the lights in the caravan didn’t work but that wasn’t the biggest issue.
• Monika (8/5): We had a great stay, and with just a few minior adjustments it could have been awesome. - The caravan was spacious and it had an oil heater as well as heating under the floor so it was super cosy and warm and the heating was turned on before we arrived which was wonderful. It was awesome that a water dispenser was provided. The male staff was super friendly and helpful, the female staff member was friendly but very vague. There was no private shower, it was a shower block with 3 showers and there was no room to get dressed behind the shower curtain. The show was also on a timer and every 2 minutes or so you had to press the button to turn the shower back on. Cooking was only permitted between 8:00am and 9:00pm which meant that if you got back late from an activity it had an early flight you could not cook breakfast or dinner. It would be so much better if you could use the kitchen in the van, even just being able to make a cuppa would be good. Also it would be great to use the toilet in the van. Bedding was provided but you had to make up your own bed. But you have to rent towels if you want them. Seriously they should be included in the price. Quite a number of the light bulbs were broken.

• Maria (9/5): A nice caravan in a wild scenery close to Santa Claus village! - A calm location very close to the Santa Claus village. It makes you feel like a local. We stayed at a caravan which was really nice. There was heating and the common bathrooms were very decent. We were also lucky enough to watch the north lights from our caravan! Also, the walking path to the Santa Claus village was amazing! Generally we enjoyed our stay! The shower needs some improvement. Also, we found it very expensive, but the whole area is overpriced, so compared to other choices, it was ok.

• Aileen (7/5): It could have been a nice experience if we can use the toilet and kitchen inside the caravan - The caravan was warm enough and it was near Santa Claus Village. The toilet and sink inside the caravan can’t be used.
• Brayden (6/5): Decent value but not terrific - Nice location near Santa’s Village Caravan was comfortable enough and kept us all warm and content The facilities we had to use in the hostel were decent Bedsheets were stained and looked as if they hadn’t been washed
