Spent whole trying to figure out how to retrieve the clothes from the washing machine as it is spoiled and locked. The toilet will have a little bad smell

• Vitoria (3/5): Poor - Nice pool with the view We booked for 5 people, including a child 14 years old. They didn’t provide a towel for her because she is a kid which was frustrating as she is not a baby and needed a towel as per our bookings. Staff was super rude when I requested the towel, we booked for 4 days and we kept asking for toilet paper as the only provided one by one. Wouldn’t recommend this place tbh

• Alexandra (3/5): Poor - The Eaton Residence only opened in 2021 and is unfortunately not maintained at all. It's mouldy, run-down, dirty and broken. What a pity. The staff on site are incredibly unfriendly - you can only store your luggage on the day of departure for a high fee, which you can only pay in cash, and that didn't work either - they wanted to pick it up, but then didn't have time 5 minutes before. Service non-existent. Check-in details were sent in the last 10 minutes and only after several requests. The pool is nice, but people go in with socks, clothes etc. to take an endless number of pictures. Overall a very bad experience for us :(

• Mari-nadin (8/5): Good place in the city center - Nice location in the city center, beautiful building and apartment, amazing pool, all facilities, view from the 33ed floor is unforgettable. Very clean! My room was near the elevator and it was noisy in the evening and at night, I couldn’t fall asleep

• Huey (7/5): Good - The location is good, very close to big shopping malls and main attractions. Check in and out was efficient and easy. The runner was very helpful and would respond to our requests very quickly. We had booked the apartment for 4 people but when we arrived there was only one double bed. After checking with the management, they sent us a mattress to sleep on the ground. In the end two of us had to sleep on the sofa (not sofa bed) which was too small. I would have booked another apartment if I had known it earlier.

• Wan (1/5): Card couldn’t access the building on the 2nd day and management office closed at 5pm. - Good location. Walking distance to Golden Triangle. 1) Carpark permit wasn’t in the mailbox. Took a long time to wait and ended up he gave to someone else. 2) After got my carpark permit, there was a car parked at our parking spot. Whatsapp no reply. 3) 2 bedrooms, but bathroom is ensuite in master bedroom, so other guests have to walk through to master bedroom to access bathroom and toilet. 4) Shower room drainage hole wasn’t covered. As we expected and saw cockroach. 5) No toilet paper supplied in the apartment. 6) Interior design is just like backpacker hostel. 7) Worst part: 2nd day we left the room at 7am and came back at 6pm. Card couldn’t access the lift, management office close at 5pm, so no one could help us. Whatsapp them they didnt solve the problem and stopped responding. Rang the staff, showed online but doesn’t want to pick up the phone. After he open the lift, he went to another floor leave us in the lift. We thought our card can open the door but no. We need to go to G floor again and contacted him again. 8) He refused to give us card, every-time we need to enter the building we need to ask the guard to open.
• Jane (2/5): Very bad experience with Tropicana (Kuala Lumpur) - perfect location, close to the twin towers, a lot of restaurants around ,museum, central marker, china town Original booking was for Dolphin The Eaton for 2 bedroon appartment for 4 adults +1 child (12years old) but 5 days before our trip I was notified that my booking with Dolphin The Eaton cancelled but they prepared another 2 bedroom appartment (Tropicana) for us. There were 2 beds for 4 adults but there is no extra bed linnens available for child, we have asked but got the reply: we are not providing extra linens. I hope management will read this and tell me how its possible to sleep 3 people (2 adults +child) on one bed. It was very uncomfortable and we have terrible sleep. I am expecting some refund.

Great location with a stunning view of the Petronas Twin Towers. - The hotel really exceeded our expectations by having a great location, clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We had a great night swimming experience with a stunning view of the Petronas Twin Towers in the background. The host gave all of the instructions via WhatsApp, responded to our questions promptly, and was incredibly kind and accommodating.
• Emblyn (1/5): Bad - Bad management with rude China staff especially pool uncle first time arrived at pool kena tiao liao cakap balik raining but actually just wanna see how the pool views with nice mood tapi kena tiao hmmmm knn Deluxe room booked but got a normal room like with fancy looking wall studio with two construction site view , no jacuzzi but booking app stated have . Not hygiene sofa and bathroom and felt not clean thoroughly at least the bedsheet was nice to sleep on 🙂

• Brandsdaddy (1/5): Avoid Booking - Dear Friends, Pls avoid booking this property if you are not a solo traveller bcoz it has only 1 bathroom and many electrical gadgets do not work properly. The host doesn't respond properly. Host should take guest feedback seriously.

• Ting (9/5): Great time spent in here - The staff is friendly and willing to help. And the swimming pool id great. The wind volume of the hair dryer is so small, which is very inconvenient for girls with long hair. However, after reporting the issue to the staff thru whatsapp, they sent another hair dryer for use although the effect was still not good. Others was great.

Not in immaculate condition. Fyi this is an apartment. (Not a hotel) So make sure you get things like water and u cannot call anyone to bring it to your room. Cleanliness and rooms not luxurious or elegent.

• Zali (6/5): Good, clean apartment living. - Great location. 20mins walk to Bukit Bintang. Our room has a view of the Twin Towers. The infinity pool has a great view of the city on the 50th floor. Self-check-in is easy enough to follow. Quick response from the staff. Questions were answered fairly quickly. Only 1 keycard. So, a bit hard to be going and coming at different times among us. A few broken pieces of furniture. 2 dining chairs as well as the 2nd bedroom bed.
• Muhammad (10/5): Awesome vacay - Near to the conlay MRT station (walking distance), so easy to go anywhere by using public transport. The facilities were really great and the view from unit were awesome. There is no restaurants were located around the apartment. Need to go out by transport to get any food supply.
• Jomar (4/5): Disappointing - Location I forgot my dress shirt, pants and airpods here and the owner said the staff didnt see any. However, when I checked for FindMy app it said the airpods was taken out of my case on the hours I wasnt there anymore. Very disappointed. Didnt even get any compensation for it. Checked out at 10:54am and airpods was taken out 1-2hrs after I checked out.

• Gintarė (10/5): Definitely recommended. - The suite was spacious and clean, the communication with hosts was speedy, the pool exceeded expectations. Not far from the centre, easy to move on foot. Drying rack would be handy.
