• Dominika (4/5): lokalizacja cudowna, wyposażenie mieszkania na minus. - lokalizacja była fenomenalna. wszędzie blisko, 30 kroków na plażę. cudowny klimat życia codziennego na wyciągnięcie ręki. wyposażenie domu - ograniczona ilość talerzy i sztućców w kuchni, oderwany front szuflady i niedziałający uchwyt od lodówki, bardzo ubogie wyposażenie łazienki (prysznic- elementy zardzewiałe), zimne światło w całym domu, brak odpowiedniego kontaktu z właścicielem. na start pół rolki papieru toaletowego i zero tabletek do zmywarki.
• lpsn (8/5): třípatrový domek v centru u pláže - Domek je prostorný, v přízemí je obývák, kuchyň, jídelna a wc, v prvním patře dvě ložnice s koupelnou a na střeše terasa a místnost s pračkou. Parkování bylo vždy možné přímo před vchodem, domek se nachází hned u náměstíčka s dětským hřištěm, kostelem a vstupem na pláž. Cena byla i přes silvestrovský termín velice nízká. Lajita je příjemná malá neturistická obec. Velice příjemné bylo povlečení a klasická velká peřina (místo španělského systému s prostěradlem)! Určitě by mohla být lepší komunikace pronajímatele a péče o nemovitost. Stačilo by málo a bylo by to perfektní! Pro kód na klíče jsme si museli zavolat (obvykle ho pronajímatelé posílají sami), upozorňovali jsme na neodtékající sprchu, ale bez výsledku, nachystané ručníky byly mokré (navlhčily i postele), koupelna by potřebovala opravu, nerezové povrchy jsou oloupané. V koupelně chybí jakékoli odkládací prostory. Maličkosti jako mýdlo, saponát, drobnosti na vaření nebo pytle do koše by pobyt dovedly k dokonalosti, ale na druhou stranu cena byla velmi nízká, tedy odpovídající. Jídelna ani kuchyň nemá žádná okna s výhledem, ale s tím nelze nic dělat. Naopak z jedné ložnice a střechy je vidět na moře!
• Sasha (10/5): - Amazing flat, very close to the beach. The island is very windy, but this flat location is not really elected much, what's makes it perfect for swimming. Nice small village very close to the oasis 👌
• Kerry (8/5): Perfect base for exploring fuertaventura - The location is ideal, la Lajita is a beautiful, clean and very friendly village, where waiters,shop staff and neighbours are all willing to accommodate non Spanish speaking tourists .close to the beach with 3 restaurants a stones throw away, ample parking and comfortable beds It’s a little dark in the house especially the kitchen(nothing that brighter bulbs wouldn’t solve). The biggest negative is that when it rains the roof above the dining room drains to a drain IN THE DINING ROOM???…not a major issue but weird… we read reviews about the playground opposite being noisy but if your bothered by laughing children you need to get a life!
• Gabriella (7/5): Apparatmento confortevole a due passi dal mare - L'appartamento si trova in posizione centrale nel paesino di La Lajita e a due passi dallla spiaggia. L'apparatmento e' molto spazioso e ha una bella terrazza vista mare. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il check in ma risolto telefonando al proprietario.

• Kristina (8/5): Lage prima, Ausstattung optimierungsfähig - Die Lage war sehr gut; fast direkt am Meer. Der Spielplatz gegenüber hat uns nicht gestört; ab 20 Uhr wurde es leiser bzw. ruhig. Die Küche und das „Esszimmer“ liegen im hinteren Teil des kleinen Hauses und haben kein Tageslicht. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man nicht frühstücken, da kein Tisch vorhanden ist, sondern nur 2 Liegen und eine kleine Abstellmöglichkeit vorhanden ist. Die Armaturen im Bad sind wackelig und teilweise stark erodiert/verrostet. Das müsste dringend erneuert werden. Küchenausstattung war gerade so okay. Bei 4 Personen ist zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden; man ist deshalb gezwungen den Geschirrspüler (Tabs müssen selbst gekauft werden, bis auf 2, die gestellt wurden…) jeden Tag laufen zu lassen.

• Karharodon (10/5): - Spędziliśmy cudowny czas w apartamencie w La Lajita! Mieszkanie było przestronne. Ogromnym atutem był balkon i duży taras z niesamowitym widokiem na ocean. Lokalizacja to kolejny plus – apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko oceanu, dzięki czemu można codziennie spacerować plażą i cieszyć się morskim powietrzem. Dwie toalety to duże udogodnienie, zwłaszcza przy większej liczbie osób. W apartamencie była zmywarka, lodówka, zamrażarka, mikrofala i piekarnik. Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze wyposażone i bardzo komfortowe. Polecamy 🫶🏼

The living room windows face the street and you cannot have them open or without closed shutters. There is a children's playground in the immediate vicinity, which can be disturbing for some people as it gets quite crowded and a bit noisy in the evening. Communication with the host was poor. After booking the accommodation, we did not receive any message from the host. Three days before our arrival, we received a message from bookin.com asking us to let the host know our arrival time. We marked early check-in on the app (2 hours earlier) and emailed the host to ask if early check-in was possible. We did not receive a reply from the host. On the morning of arrival, we asked the host again via WhatsApp if early check-in was possible and where we would pick up the keys. We received a voice message that she would send us all the information. As we still hadn't received the information after a while, we sent a message again to say we were on our way and if we could get the information. This was followed by an angry voice message saying that check-in was at 15:00 and that the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment. After a while we received a code to open the key box. • Beata (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean spacious apartment with 2 toilets, hot water, 2 floors and the roof terrace with sun loungers. Well equipped kitchen, huge refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, every room is spacious, nice ocean view from the balcony, self check in, good WiFi, large smart TV set, street parking and large playground for kids in front of the building. Window shutters. A few steps to the beach. Very quiet village. A well equipped Spar supermarket nearby. We only missed an electric kettle. Nothing else. There's no washing machine but we didn't need one.
