• Ani (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. The only small thing was that there was no toilet paper when we arrived, so we bought some ourselves — not a big issue at all. The street was quiet and peaceful, yet very conveniently located, close to the metro and main streets. The bathroom door didn’t close properly.

• Ana Sotirovska (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood - We stayed here for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. Everything was great, the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the appliances and the bathroom had all the toiletries. Check in was very smooth and done by an app so if you're not good witht technology, something to bear in mind. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours but that didn't bother us.

• Alicja (10/5): Świetne miejsce na city break z rodziną w Barcelonie - Mieszkanie przestronne, w pełni wyposażone. Wygodne łóżka. Po raz pierwszy korzystaliśmy z aplikacji do otwierania drzwi 🙂. W budynku jest winda. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Firmą. Okolica spokojna, dobrze skomunikowana. Bliziutko Magicznych Fontann. Blisko do dworca, przystanku autobusu 46. Sporo sklepów i knajpę w okolicy. Polecamy bardzo! Przydałyby sie dodatkowe wieszaki na ręczniki oraz deska do krojenia w kuchni, ale to już drobiazg. Dla fanów espresso jakies mniejsze kubeczki, ale mozna sobie poradzić z tym co jest.

• Robin (1/5): TIMADORES / LADRONES - Después de pagar el precio establecido por Booking y antes de recuperar las llaves, el establecimiento te obliga firmar un contrato y pagar un coste extra denominado “seguro de daño” que NO ES REEMBOLSABLE aunque hayas dejado el piso tal como estaba. Si no firmas y no pagas, no te dan las llaves. Cuando en la app Booking está claramente escrito que ya soñé confirmo la reserva. Son unos timadores. Intentando solucionar el problema que el mismo Booking confirma que es un robo pero no puede hacer nada y esperando desde las 15:00 (que debería haber recibido las llaves) hasta las 20:00 bajo la lluvia y finalmente no tener otra que pagar. HUIR TIMADORES

В радіусі 300 м два великих супермаркети Aldi та Mercadona. Квартира обладнана електричними смарт обігрівачами, що дуже зручно у осінньо-зимовий період. Є капсульна кавоварка, що дуже зручно. На кухні є все необхідне. В цілому гарний варіант для перебування. Доступ в помешкання через онлайн форму безконтактно. Є ліфт у підʼїзді. Рекомендую! Власникам потрібно звернути увагу на двері в санвузол - дуже скриплять, коли труться об підлогу. Звукоізоляція в цілому в будинку не дуже!

• Viktoria (9/5): - Полностью укомплектованная квартира. На кухне все необходимое для приготовления еды самостоятелно, также микроволновка, тостер и кофемашина. Были электрические обогреватели, которые помогли в прохладное время. Двери открываются через телефон. Разрешили поздний выезд бесплатно, за что очень благодарны!
• Ioana (9/5): - The price was decent and the apartment was nice and well equipped. It had a dishwasher, washing machine, soap, shampoo, conditioner, basically everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days. The cleaning could be improved. I found quite a lot of dust and some napkins under the bed, and there were many breadcrumbs in between the couch pillows. The walls are also very thin, so you can easily hear other families from neighboring apartments. Additionally, although the checkout time on Booking was listed as 11:00, the cleaning lady arrived around 10:30 and rushed us to leave, which was uncomfortable.

• Mickael (9/5): Appartement agréable, propre mais pas de clim dans les chambres - Appartement propre et agréable avec tous les équipements nécessaires salon avec canapé et table à manger (machine à laver, grand frigo, cuisine équipée). Bemol : seulement un climatiseur dans le salon, aucun climatiseur dans les chambres 🥵). Le sommier de la chambre n’a pas résisté au poids de deux personnes mais ils ont été réactifs pour changer le sommier pour un autre sommier plus robuste 👏🏼. Pas de climatiseur dans les chambres. Les stores bloqués ouverts dans la chambre principale

• Nadia (10/5): Genial - Apartamento tal cual las imágenes. Muy limpio, en una zona tranquila y cerca de Plaza España. La parada de metro está cerca, al igual que varios supermercados. Estuvimos una semana y estuvimos muy, muy bien. Además, las camas y los muebles están prácticamente nuevos. El apartamento también dispone de todo lo esencial para una estancia cómoda. El check-in es fácil y rápido, y tener la llave en el móvil es un punto a favor. Ante cualquier duda, respondían muy rápido por teléfono, lo cual se agradece mucho. Sin duda, volvería a repetir.

• Harald (10/5): Very comfortable and good location and value. Host very helpful. - Very neat and clean. Easy walk to main Barcelona train station and to subway station. Felt part of Barcelona life. Easy walk to supermarket and other shops. No problems. We couldn’t find password for WiFi but host answered very quickly when I asked and it worked well

L' appartamento è completo di tutto, comodo e accogliente. Positivo anche il check-in online. Lavandino del bagno semi otturato, porta bagno vecchia, pulizia buona, ma non accurata. I messaggi di promozione di altre strutture forse eccessive.

Easy access to centre/sights plus walkable to lots of local attractions. Really loved the Arena (former bull ring, now shopping centre) with its rooftop restaurants and views. 5 minutes walk away. Apartment itself was clean, all the facilities needed, comfortable beds and and good-sized rooms. Highly recommend for all the above reasons.
• Mirabella (10/5): Ottimo per vacanza a Barcellona - Zona tranquilla, la fermata della metro Tarragona a 100 metri a piedi da cui puoi raggiungere velocemente il centro della città, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Arenas. L’appartamento è un po’ datato, ma ben tenuto e pulito, con attenzioni da parte dell’host tipo caffè, pastiglie lavastoviglie, sapone piatti, set di cortesia per il bagno. Comoda l’ascensore anche se è solo al secondo piano. Ottimo per 3 persone! Siamo stati bene e ci torneremo nel prossimo viaggio a Barcellona. Suggerirei un paio di ventilatori nelle camere da letto visto che l’aria condizionata è solo in sala

• Jason (10/5): Excellent location, clean and comfortable. - The property was located in a quite neighborhood, was close all the transportation stations to go around the city and the Sants Train Station to go out of the city as well. Was in a walking distant to plaza España and the Catalan Art Museum. Have bakeries and many Tapa places and bars to eat nearby. Everything in a walking distance. We loved our stay in this place. The apartment have everything you need. Since we went in the super hot weeks, will be nice if the bedrooms have fans on it. But the air conditioner in the living room make confortable the staying.

Me and My family were standing outside in the burning sun for more than an hour until we got in.

• Nikola (10/5): Overall really good - I really like staying here, it has all the appliances to make you feel at home. Location is awesome, right next to the Arena and a 10-minute walk from Montjuic. There is also a Tarragona metro station right next to the apartment, so it gives you easy access to all the main attractions within 15 minutes. There was a girl/neighbour that we encountered at the building door when she was getting into the building, we were just behind her, and then she started speaking something in Spanish and didn't want to let us into the building at first.
