Guest Reviews

- Marta (7/5): Non adatto a soggiorni lunghi - La posizione vicino alla metro Tuffnell Park (circa 10 minuti a piedi). Il quartiere è residenziale, tranquillo. Sono presenti qualche pub e alcuni ristoranti ottimi e i supermercati (es. Sainsbury local)
Check in e check out gestiti a distanza.
Consigliatissimo!
- Simon (9/5): Great location! - Very calm residential area, but still just a few minutes away with the tube from the center of London. Communicative and friendly host. Easy check in- and out and doorcode system. Comfy beds. The room and the toilet were quite small, but that's London.

- Steve (9/5): - Room was clean, bed was incredibly comfortable. Next visit to London I'm seriously just staying here again No hob to cook on
- Caroline (10/5): Excellent as always! -
- Helga (9/5): -
- Ewan (10/5): - Safe, clean, very good value for money
- Caroline (10/5): Great place to stay! - Really impressed. Clean, modern and great facilities and good location.
Customer service was excellent too.

- DLJ06 (10/5): Fab stay, Clean, and comfortable - Everything Lack of coffee on this occasion

- Talika (10/5): Lovely quiet location with spacious accommodation - The property is well maintained and the location is very convenient. Not a thing.
- Dean (10/5): -
- Tanaz (6/5): Clean but very small wash facilities. - Close to the Northern Line, other amenities like cafes , supermarkets and a great location. The wash basin was tiny and the washroom was basically for small people . Wash basin was so small that it was a struggle to wash.

- Lucas (9/5): Enjoyable place. - Location was very close to our event in Kentish Town. I did enjoy the beautiful setting and quiet neighbourhood. I wish I could stay there for good! The room was clean, good size and private. Had functioning heating, fit for the purpose en suite with shower and toilet. Overall, the building and corridor leading to the room was very inviting, well maintained. Bed was perfect hardness, although could be a next size up bigger for perfection. On the entering the room it had a smell of a blocked pipe. On closer inspection, the shower drain was partially blocked as water was drainig very slowly. Easly fixed, and should not put off anybody from staying there.
- Claudio (7/5): -
- Abigail (10/5): Excellent, will definitely use them again if I’m in the area - Easy access , clean and comfortable
- Jasmine (8/5): Pleasant - The room was spacious and clean. The tv was big and had streaming services. Easy check-in. Nothing.

- Reeve (9/5): Perfect for a couple on a budget. - Very simple but absolutely perfect for what we needed! Having a kitchen was super handy, and everything was clean, just as expected. Close to Tufnell Park
- Alex (8/5): Bien.
- Efviodo (9/5): Good place and the best money for value relationship near king cross station - The property is at 20 minutes walking from king cross station or you can use the tube or bicycles so is a good location. The neighbourhood is nice to walk and it feels safe. Considering the crazy prices you find in London, I think this place offers a great value for money relationship. Definitely I would come back. The kitchen included disposable forks and knifes which I didn't like it too much. For this price should include regular kitchen items.
- Katie (10/5): Amazing!! Highly recommended and would certainly book again. - Amazing stay! Would highly recommend!
Staff were super helpful and replied very quickly to messages. Very impressed with the customer service. Overall, fantastic stay and would certainly book again ☺️
- Cezary (3/5): Poor - The walls and floor were dirty and sticky. There was mold in the bathroom. Only one towel for almost the entire week of our stay. The room was small. It was so wet to dry myself off after a shower that I had to open the bedroom door. I don't recommend it.
- Eleanor (8/5): well situated for the forum. - Straightforward entry system and good comms from the property in the day before arrival. No face to face contact with any staff, all done by booking.com portal. Good location for the Forum in a quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Availability of kitchen facilities was an unknown bonus. Second floor attic room was warm, even with a tower fan on overnight. The summer heat wasn't really the fault of the property though it should be considered by those who may be heat sensitive in warmer months.
- Asibor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patti (8/5): Very good - Great views watching the bird life over the neighbouring property’s.
Clean and great kitchen next door.
Nice, quiet area. There was a green light above the door which lit up the room all night. Also the light came through the side of the blinds at 4.30 in the morning. I like dark rooms to sleep.
- Keeley (7/5): Good -
- Ruth (6/5): Nice clean room - awful organisation - Clean and comfortable in nice surroundings. There was a mix-up between booking.com and Anson about payment (never happened before). I was informed of the difficulty whilst travelling to London. Had to sit for two hours on the house steps making numerous calls before I eventually got in. The door code system was faulty (didn’t show all the numbers) then locked. Had to wait for someone to leave then an Anson rep told me the room code. I had travelled to London for a very important event and missed the first important hour. The codes for entry arrived after 9pm.
- Juan (9/5): Superb -
- Darren (9/5): Did exactly what it says on the tin 👍 - Clean
, comfortable bed, ideal location and great value for money Not much
- Dafni-paraskevi (9/5): Would definitely recommend - Amazing location, very quiet neighbourhood very close to Tuffnel Park. Perfect location for those who visit for concerts in the O2 arena in Kentish town.
Our neighbours in the house were also very quite and respectful. The shared kitchen and everything in the room was exceptionally clean. The room was a bit small but for a few nights it’s perfect
- Leda (5/5): Ok considering it’s London! - They moved us to another room when we pointed out the room we got had a very unpleasant smell (sewer). It is well located for public transport and it was clean! Towels were fresh The second room they gave us was very small, we could barely move around. The walls need a coat of paint. The room was slightly better than barebones
- Talika (8/5): Peaceful - Such a peaceful setting The floors are freezing cold
- Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant - Good price and good location Needed to have a lamp or some dimmable lights. Could only have bright light or pitch black
- Cian (7/5): Good - Great location, access was simple, although took me a couple of tries to work out the door lock but wasn't a big issue. Rooms are quite small, although big enough to serve their purpose
- Tyler (4/5): It was fine, but not worth the price. - Really it’s just in a nice neighborhood. Bed was pretty comfy. The building has no character and feels like a haunted house or insane asylum. There were some grime buildup in the shower, the sink will absolutely splash water everywhere if you don’t turn on the water to low stream. It was cramped.
- Martina (3/5): Poor - Nice area Creepy. No one was there to greeting you, it looked like an abandoned house. Half cleaned.
Our floor flatmate had loud music until 3am.
We could listen EVERYTHING even his breath.
Not super bad but not even good.
- Marie (8/5): great for a couple of nights but I would want somewhere bigger for a longer stay - The location was perfect for where we were visiting. Quiet and secure The bed was small for anyone over 6ft and the bathroom would benefit from being bigger
- Trina (7/5): Good - It is in a really good location. We booked it as we were going to the O2 Forum and it was only a 10 to 15 minutes walk.
We arrived early as we had walked from Camden and because it was cold a member of staff let us go in early which was really kind of her.
Although the room was small it was fine for what we needed. There was a smell of damp which seemed to fill the whole room.
Because we were going out and it was so cold we didn't open the window until we got back.
Once the window was opened the smell disappeared.
- Rebeka (9/5): Because of the pros i would recommend, good price. - Good location, the tube is a short walk away. We didn’t have any problems getting into the room, the check-in is really simple. You can get a tea or a coffee in the kitchen which is nice. Neighberhood was calm, no need to worry about safety. It wasn’t as clean as i would like it to be, but it wasn’t too bad either. The room, bathroom and even kitchen are quite small but you can manage. You can hear others from rooms on your floor.
- Mateusz (7/5): It was just ok. - The location was good. The nearest underground station was like 5 minutes from the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Service was really nice and the neighborhood was calm. Unfortunately the walls were really thin. I heard everything on the hall. The bathroom could be cleaner, especially the shower.
- Matt (6/5): Budget choice, fine for 1 night - The location is excellent. Very nice street and a very quiet neighborhood. There were no cups, glasses or mugs so no ability to have a drink of any kind (we checked every kitchen). The shower was broken in room 15.
- Nuratu (7/5): It was comfortable - Everything worked as expected and wasn’t stressful at all. Good location as well. The bathroom had an awful smell which was probably as a result of it having no windows. This also meant it had little molds in corners. But it was mostly clean and I avoided being close to the walls.
- Jane (10/5): Overall, as described recommend for short stay. - Easy access, clean, quiet and convenient for public transport.
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Nice green residential area. Responsive host. The shared kitchen is well equipped. We were alone on the second floor so it felt like a private kitchen. Very small sink. The windows and the roof should be cleaned. When I opened the windows, I feared all the dust would come in,,,However, it's a good value for money accommodation in London!
- Ralph (5/5): Passable -
- Cleon (8/5): Very good - I like that we had a free entry to the place at any time Stay there for a week, but unfortunately, there was no extra towers or change of towers. I was thankful for the kitchen, but unfortunately there is no table or chairs to sit and eat your meals.
- F (9/5): Superb - Basic room but comfy, feels really safe, welcoming and is super clean. A good location for north and central London only 5 mins walk from the tube and night bus.
- Hoai (6/5): no lift available, super hard to move luggage - the place was clean. you need passcode to enter, but a bit small no lift - will be hell if you have big suitcases like us. no staff on-site to help either.
- Liese (9/5): Great location and very nice room. Excellent value. - Lovely bright room. Nothing all good!
- Gianfranco (10/5): Great Value for a short stay - Cosy property, very clean and with all the essential not too far from the metro. Nothing.
- Zhanna (9/5): thank you! - Clean and quiet))
foxes in the district - the best! It would be good to leave some spare garbage bags.
The mattress is too hard. But after the first day of excursions, it is no longer noticeable))
- Oleksandr (10/5): great location, near the store and the metro. I recommend it for accommodation - the apartments are great
- Eka (9/5): Superb - Easy to use Key code
- Dorota (10/5): Exceptional -
- Buse (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (10/5): Had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed London and our hotel. We will be returning. - Nicely placed within easy walking distance of the tube station at Tufnell Park.
Nice quiet area.
The room was great for a 3 night stay with super clean private shower room and excellent kitchen for shared use. Nothing.
- India (10/5): very good - Great travel links, lovely view There was dust in the room
- Stephen (8/5): Not - Checking in and out was pretty simple. Very clean Very small room with very very small bathroom and bed was a small double bed which was uncomfortable
- Lee (9/5): Had a great stay. Lights in room didn’t initially work but messaged on booking.com and was sorted in a few hours with no - Location and cleanliness. It’s spotless from front door to room. The awful emergency light with the brightest LED green bulb. Literally the room was bathed in light all night. It made sleeping difficult at times.
- Stuart (9/5): Better than expected to be honest - Clean and great value very easy key collection Bit bigger bathroom but was fine for our needs
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and organized, the location was also very nice. For a couple in a short stay is perfect.
- Ben (8/5): Great for short stay - Great location if you are attending local music venues :) Cleanliness - though ultimately still very clean
- Claudia (8/5): Very good -
- Jones (6/5): Pleasant - Location was perfect for Camden/Kentish Town and easy to get into Covent Garden. Bed was fairly comfy and quiet location. Quite a bit of mould in the bathroom and bathroom really small and hairs on bed when checked in. Kitchen was not particularly well stocked e.g. no drinking glasses and few utensils if we had wanted to make breakfast etc
- Linda (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the easy check-in/out process and that there was no hassle with a key or a key card. Door codes rule. While I am perfectly aware that I am not the first guest ever, I don't need a direct reminder of the previous guests through an overflowing trash can. I also shouldn't have to tell a hotel to restock the toilet paper before a new guest arrives... Apart from that the mirror cabinet has not been cleaned, there was a prominent toothpaste stain.
The bathroom was extremely small and humid and there was mold on the ceiling, in the shower and even on some tiles. This of course resulted in a weird smell coming from that room.
While I understand that windowless wet rooms are a challenge to maintain, for the money I paid I expected something else.
Furthermore, my understanding of "spacious" is vastly different and I also missed a bedside table.
- Barrett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Proximity to 02Forum Steep steps. Blind broken.
- Victoria (5/5): it is suitable for short-time stay for one person - The location as well as view from the window are perfect, it is calm, near various options for travelling. The size of the room is enough for one person for a couple of days not for a pair for more than two days, the kitchen is poorly equipped and extremely small (also without ventilation), the wash machine works but the smell of clothes after washing was awful, there was no the second chair in the room and we met all the consequences of small-size room
- Adriana (8/5): Very good - It doesn’t have table lamp and one of the blind was not working
- Molly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lloyd (7/5): Good -
- Alex (8/5): Very good - Location was great for where we need to be
- Agnes (9/5): I enjoyed my stay, I would recommend it. Good value for money. - Cleanliness, kitchen on the same floor, hairdryer, washing machine availability, the view, automated entry and codes for door and gates, nice area, comfortable bed, quiet environment, everything felt new and tidy. I only knew it is on the 2nd floor 2 days before my arrival, I have problem with my knees, but forgot to mention them, so it is not their fault. Toilet could use a toilet brush, as I did not see any cleaner apperance in 5 days. Slight stain around the windows and the chain for one of the blinders were in the drawer, so I could not operate it (I could not have put it back in place). Also I could not reach the property through call, but they recently opened, maybe they did not have the staff to attend the calls, so Booking had to reach them. Full prepayment and no responsiveness at first, but then all communication was clear.
- Adam (8/5): A clean and comfy hotel (all self service) - very good for a short stay. - A comfy, well appointed room in a good location if your need to get to Camden (on bus routes and only 25 mins walk). The place is clean and felt very safe. No live TV, but there are streaming services on the TV with signed in accounts. Good wifi. Kitchen is shared but very clean. The only issue is the shared kitchen - it's right next to the room and the walls are quite thin. As a result, there was a lot of noise from some loud guests chatting in there until gone midnight. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I would consider it again.
- Joanne (6/5): a lovely property but needs a more professionally check in and service centre. - a lovely clean room with a beautiful garden outlook we weren’t given the necessary information to check in and there was no one to help until some guest with a phone arrived. not a great welcome after a 20 hour flight! the buzzer didn’t work.
- Sophie (8/5): Very good - Great nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Fresh clean towels and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. loads of sockets for charging multiple items. lovely view over gardens out the widnow and room stayed nice and cool despite very hot weather. kitchen on same floor, right next to the room, was easy access and very well appointed with everything required. Good to have reusable but disposable cups to reduce washing up. thought I would miss tea making facilities in the room but it was not an issue at all. all information provided made for easy check in and key code on front and bedroom door felt very secure and straightforward to use. Great location, easy walking distance or affordable taxi from station and to venue I was visiting.
Good value for London, a very pleasant and functional stay. would book again! one of the two blinds in the room was missing the cord to roll it up. the blind was down which was good to stop the evening sun heating up the room and being able to open the other blind allowed enough air and light in the room but the sound of the lowered blind knocking against the window with the breeze was a little annoying - I used towels to stop it knocking against the window frame!
would be nice to have a bin in the room other than the small bathroom bin. duvet cover had a few speckles on it but whole room smelled fresh and clean.
TV was a little temperamental but once I got the hang of it worked with prime and served very well.
- Tayla (8/5): Very good -
- Alessandra (8/5): Good stay for the price. You get what you pay for. - We had more than one pillow and they were comfortable. We had people trying to get in the room at 9 am and since this was our check out day, scheduled for 11am, this was not ideal. Also the fact that there is a strict rule on using the kitchen, if you use something everything must be used. I feel in a shared space for cleaning reasons may be better to have a dish washer so everyone knows that the plates are indeed cleaned to a good standard.
- Filippos (8/5): Very good -
- Mihaela (7/5): Good -
