• Rouzet (8/5): Very stylish U shape flat - Our apartment was quite big and had a strange but nice U shape. The bedding was perfect as well as the IKEA style of furniture. It was quite spacious for our family of 5 The area is quiet and clean, the building is old but well maintained. The choice of colours, paintings and wall decorations was amazing. The B apartment is on the basement floor so even if there were big windows there was very little light and no view to the outside world at all. Which was annoying because we had to switch on the lights all the time. The digital lock was not working very well.

• Bäcklund Moore (9/5): - Mostly it was really good. Clean, all the equipment we needed and so on. But - see below. When I booked it said two single beds in the one room but there was a double bed which wasn’t great because the two who were sleeping in that room weren’t a couple. It worked out anyway but it was a disappointment since I had specifically chosen that place because it provided two single beds

• Adrian (9/5): Great place for a family in Madrid. Out of the hectic center but easy to get around - The place is a basement apartment it very comfortable for the family. The beds were comfortable, it was located close to the metro, the heating was solid, and the place had enough room for a fam of 4. Didn’t love that it was a basement apartment with little cell phone coverage.
• Anna (10/5): Eccellente, come da foto - Appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro, in mezz'oretta siete dovunque voi vogliate. Appartamento esattamente come da foto, di presenza pure più bello, senza sorprese di alcun tipo. Non so se in descrizione c'è scritto ma noi abbiamo avuto un po di difficoltà a trovare il portone e la porta, nella via ci sono due numeri civici 3, voi dovete andare in quello col portone in ferro nero, la porta del appartamento è soltano B, è tipo un piano seminterrato quindi salite le scale e le scendete nuovamente, poi le finestre e le porte finestre affacciano su un cortiletto interno dello stabile, quindi comunque la luce entra e non sembra un seminterrato. Curato nei minimi dettagli, lo consiglio e ci tornerei!! La zona è super fornita, all'angolo c'è un negozietto di bevande e cose per casa aperto quasi 24h/24, ci sono 3 supermercati e diversi posti in cui poter cenare e fare colazione semplicemente attraversando la strada.
• Hana (8/5): - The neighborhood / apartment location, cleanness, two bathrooms (for coworkers), the apartment overall. I generally didn't like the option to enter the apartment per app, because I didn't have any internet in the basement. And all the grids that cannot be opened. Regulating the heating was also not easy.
• Vicenc (6/5): La aplicación para check-in y llave de acceso es un problema, deben reconsiderarlo. Nada especial - Nada es especial, simplemente correcto No dan llave física y eso es un problema importante porque la aplicacion que debe hacer esa función no funciona correctamente. Tuvimos que llamar para que lo solucionaran, EL huesped tiene que hacer el check-in con una aplicación que requiere el escaneo fisico de documentacion. Es muy poco práctico todo ello. No hay contacto con el anfitrión.

• Jerome B. (10/5): Super séjour de boulot à Madrid - La gestion de l'ouverture de l'appartement sans clefs était super, la proximité du métro géniale et le confort/propreté de l'appartement exceptionnels! Le rez-de-chaussée est un peu surprenant mais en aucun cas gênant!
• Belén (8/5): - La casa estaba muy limpia y la decoración muy actual, agradable a la vista. Para poder abrir la puerta del apartamento tenía que abrir desde la puerta de la calle ya que era un sótano con recovecos y no llegaba la señal para abrir.
• EVA MARIA SERVIAN TARIFA (10/5): Para repetir - El Alojamiento, la ubicación, precio.... Algún detalle como que mi marido arreglo la ducha y la maneta de la puerta del baño. Lo demás genial.
• Nafisa (8/5): Really enjoyed staying at the apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Madrid. - Very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay in the apartment. Metro was 5 mins walk so very convenient. Also supermarket to buy all your essentials was also 5 mins away from apartment. The entry to the apartment could be explained abit better as we were told someone from the company would have to let us in as we arrived in the early hours of the morning. plus everything is on the app and my phone wasn’t working so was stranded. After an hour of messing with my phone i got it roaming and mananged to figure it out as to how to enter the apartment. Was complicated as never used this system before.
• Singapore (6/5): Please request property owner to refund my deposit EURO200 to my credit card account. - ok , I have to eat breakfast outside. The property send me an email 2-3 hours before checked in that they need EURO 200 deposit urgently otherwise they will not send me password to open the gate. Till date they havent return me the deposit to my account. Last moment email put me and my family very panic while we are about to check in. Booking.com must informed me before this booking.
