• Παναγιωτης (10/5): Ολα καλά - Ολα ήταν τέλεια. Τα φίλτρα απο το air conditioner που πότε και σε κανένα ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι καθαρά. Πάντα με το που μπαίνω σε δωμάτιο ανοίγω το μπροστινο καπάκι και βγάζω τα πλαστικά φίλτρα. Νερό με πίεση και καθαρίζουν πολυ εύκολα. Τοποθέτηση ξανά και τότε το βάζω σε λειτουργία. Τόσο απλά

• Allan (10/5): Julie is the best - The location is perfect right in the heart of the old quarter a 5 to 10 minute walk to Beer St and the the night markets both are must see experience's in Hanoi. But the best thing about this place is Julie on the front desk she can organise anything for you at a great price she organised a phone credit recharge for me nearly half of what I paid at the airport and got me a cheap and convenient bus fare to Sapa ask her anything and she will help you My favourite place in Hanoi Nothing

• Hugues Christian (8/5): Un havre de paix au cœur de l'agitation d'Hanoi - ​J'ai passé un excellent séjour au Hanoi City Gate Hotel. C'est un hôtel plutôt petit et intimiste, ce qui lui donne un côté chaleureux. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, et le ménage est fait de façon impeccable tous les jours. ​Ce qui m'a le plus impressionné, c'est le calme de ma chambre : malgré la proximité immédiate de la célèbre Beer Street, je n'entendais aucun bruit ni aucune résonance de la fête extérieure. C'est un vrai luxe dans ce quartier ! ​L'emplacement est parfait, juste à côté du marché. Dès que l'on sort de l'hôtel, on est plongé dans ce chaos bien organisé typique d'Hanoi, avec ses odeurs de cuisine de rue et ses nombreux cafés à proximité. Une adresse idéale pour vivre l'énergie de la ville tout en pouvant se reposer au calme.

• jamie (6/5): Can probably find better for a similar price - Great location, right by all the action but still peaceful in the room. Bed was quite comfy. Very small and basic. Run down, there was no safe as advertised and the fridge didn’t work for the first 2 days.

• John (1/5): Very disappointing and such a bad nights sleep. - Nothing really, room was ok, bathroom old, much nicer hotels for less if you look around. The mattress was so uncomfortable both myself and my wife hardly slept all night and both of us woke up with a sore back. We had booked for 3 nights but asked to leave after first night, the owner wasn't happy but eventually gave us a partial refund after charging us extra for the first night which I thought was a bit unfair, especially because we hardly got a wink of sleep. It wasn't the only room with a bad mattress apparently all the rooms have the same mattress.

• Jose Antonio (7/5): Solo por necesidad... - La cama era muy cómoda, la ubicación también era correcta. La habitación era minúscula, la cama estaba encajonada y no había sitio para dejar las maletas si querías abrir las puertas, en el baño tenía que agacharme para entrar. La ubicación era buena, pero más que encanto, salir a la calle era una odisea de día, por la noche estaba vacía y daba gusto.

• NENE (8/5): 立地がよく夜遅くまで市内で遊ぶことができた！ - 観光地のほとんどが徒歩圏内だった。夜遅くまで遊んでも問題ない。受付の男性が親切で、一人旅の私を気にかけてくれた。早朝出発の空港送迎タクシーを手配してくれたのも助かった。klookで予約したハロン湾ツアーの送迎範囲内だったのも助かった。 部屋に小さな虫が飛んでいたこと。シャワーとトイレの間に扉やカーテンなどの隔たりもなく、トイレが濡れないように気をつけた。

I purchased a tour from there and paid $450 and have had no way to contact them as the bus just didn’t show up and I was in the middle of no where and got here to be told I can’t take my belongings with me to the tour. I have no way of contact with them and I have to go all the way back to hanoi from ha giang

• Graham (5/5): Old Quarter location - no comfort - The location in the old quarter - that's why we booked it. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was prehistoric. We had no idea how to hold the hand held shower whilst trying to work up a lather with a tiny piece of soap. No room to manoeuvre in there. I cut myself on something - trying to get between the bath and the toilet. Tried to stem the blood with a towel - wasn't too bad but knocked it when I was asleep. Then we had to pay for the bedding because it couldn't be laundered apparently and it was my fault for bleeding.
