• Henrieta (9/5): - Boli sme tu ubytovaní už druhý krát. Ubytovanie nám vyhovuje, poloha, bazén, ktorý je hneď pri apartmáne. Jedine čo by som uvítala je vyhrievaný bazén.

• Sarah (8/5): Fab stay in a lovely setting, would recommend. - The property was spacious and generally well equipped, great showers, fab terrace, lovely pool albeit cold. Kitchen had plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils. Washing machine/ drying room available but we didn’t use it. Towels provided for both showering and by the pool. 20 min walk to the marina. Great walks to Papagaypo beaches… not to be missed. I like a firm bed but the mattresses seemed to have lost some spring so found them not to be the best. Could hear next door on a night flushing toilet / cleaning etc ( not sure what at 10:30) but general banging and scraping. Wind made lots of things rattle such as front door and slats in the utility which was annoying. Door blew open in the wind a couple of times so took to locking it each time we came in.
• Craig (7/5): A good stay with room for improvement ! - Modern and clean in a decent location. Extremely HOT !! No aircon which I find strange in such a new building and no fans provided !! Had to rent a mobile air conditioning unit for the week for €50. It would have been unbearable without that.
• chris (4/5): OK, & petrol was cheap! - The apartment was in a good position, it was well equipped & clean Finding it was not easy. GPS took us to the complex & then….. no mention on the booking that it was Casa 13 so when there are something like 90 villas & a wife who uses a wheelchair, almost impossible to find! I sent a message to Paula who had met us & given us access on the Tuesday saying the external shutter doors from did not open, could they fix please, she responded on Saturday as we were leaving.

• Leon (7/5): Good property,they need to greet guests - Close to the pool clean and good location Poor communication with the owner and key holder, it took us an hour to find the key safe they had left the key in, nobody greeted us, we did not know how to use any appliances, we were informed the evening before we left that we had to leave by 10am,nobody told us what to do with the key.. poor communication..

• Laure (9/5): Un logement au top pour des vacances en famille ! - Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien en famille dans ce logement :) L'appartement est assez grand pour 4 et très bien équipé : 2 salles de bains / douche avec 2 toilettes, lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, congélateur et le must quand on a des enfants en bas âge... une buanderie avec étendoir etc Des serviettes pour la piscine sont également fournies ce qui est très appréciable Appartement en rez-de-jardin avec salon de jardin et transat qui donne sur la piscine d'une taille suffisante pour la résidence Les hôtes sont très réactifs en cas de "soucis" et c'est vraiment très appréciable. La résidence est très bien entretenue Le logement est situé à 5mn à pied d'une petite plage et 10-15mn à pied de la Marina. Des magasins dont supermarché sont accessibles également à 5-10mn à pied 2 points seraient à améliorer : - des rideaux occultants dans les chambres car les volets (persiennes) noccultent pas le jour.. - des ventilateurs en cas de tres fortes chaleurs comme nous avons eu pendant 2 jours car lorsque le vent ne souffle pas il fait vraiment très chaud dans le logement

• Mckillop (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay at Casa Alma, beautiful apartment, fantastic location on the complex overlooking the pool area. Well situated for the local facilities, 5 minutes from lovely restaurants, supermarkets etc and a short 10/15 stroll along the waterfront to the marina. The complex is very clean and well maintained. All in all a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time.
