• Perico85 (10/5): - Todo. No le falta detalle. Además del gusto en cuanto a la decoración y el diseño, tenía absolutamente todo lo necesario. Como en tu casa. Juanan súper agradable y con disposición de ayudarnos para todo. Tema aparcamiento, pero lo pongo como aviso para que lo sepáis, esto no es culpa del alojamiento!

• Maria Del Pilar (9/5): Perfect location and nice apartment - Perfect location. Well equipped, with towels, shampoo, etc. Big and comfortable with a nice decoration. When we arrived one door was closed. At the beginning I did not think much about it until I remembered that the apartment was a 3 bedroom apartment. One big bedroom was locked, and I booked the whole apartment. Then I contacted the person in charge and everything was solved fast.

• Joyce (1/5): Not good! - It wasn’t clean, there were dust bunnies on the floor, thick dust hanging off the fans, the kitchen door had glass broken out of it, the oven was filthy, the back bathroom smelled of sewer gas, the couch was broken, there were wires hanging out of the wall by the front door, water damage on the ceiling with paint chipping, it was noisy you could hear everything the neighbors said and there was trash behind the kitchen door left over building material. This apartment should not be on booking until they fix all that is wrong with it. We came in a day late and left early to check in to a hotel. Not happy at all about this place.
• Ileana (6/5): Awesome apartment but poor cleaning - The apartment is trully beautiful. It has a nice design and a modern feeling. There is lots of light in most of the rooms and the common area is spaceous and confortable. There are 2 bathrooms both equiped with showers, 3 bedrooms (2 bigger and 1 smaller) and one big living room. There was hot water at all times, the beds were super confortable and we did not lack anything. The location of the apartment is super central, within walking distance from everything important, overlooking the Fortress, and with a supermarket right around the corner. The owner waited for us to give us the keys and even let us in the apartment 2 hours earlier than the official check in, thus helping us leave our stuff. Also, is was very cold in the apartment so the owner sent us the next day blankets and an electric heater which was great. Even though the apartement looks amazing there were a fer problems with the cleanliness. From what I understood there had just been a renovation done to one of the ceilings but the cleaning was not done properly. There was heavy dust everywhere, on the floor and on the surfaces. We comunicated this to the owner and he sent the cleaning lady, but unfortunatelly there wasn't much improvement. Also, a very troubling aspect was that in 2 of the bedrooms there was a very heavy mold smell. The cleaning lady brought us room perfume diffusers but it didn't help, as mold is not a smell to be covered but a real funghi, causing health problems and distrupting breathing. This is a serious issue to be addresed by the owner as it makes living in the apartment very unhealthy and difficult. Also, there were tiny insects in one of the cupboards due to leftover flour and even though we mentioned this to the cleaner, the issue was not resolved in any way. We also found dirty dishes in the other cupboards. Overall this apartment could be a great option for a stay in Denia but with these hygienic problems I consider the stay as very poor.
• Jennifer (9/5): Easy access with clear instructions from the host who was very friendly and efficient. The location could not have been - Excellent host and fantastic location right in the middle of the Main Street Mattresses were very hard
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing. The ac works very well. The apartment has two full bathrooms with beautiful showers. Comfy beds. The balcony is perfect size for a group holiday. The apartment was so clean! Even the books had no dust! Washing machine very easy to use. Lots of beautiful art! It’s the perfect place to stay while in denia. I will definitely be back.
• Simon (9/5): Central big flat in Denia - Big and central flat in Denia. Very well equipped, big kitchen. The balcony is a plus as well. Literally next to the market of Denia and in plain center of town. Easy check in and check out
• Johan (5/5): location is great - location was great, right in the heart of the city everything was walkable building had elevator host was quick in responding when we had questions kitchen and bathrooms were great It is across from a school so very noisy during school hours. We would not have an issue during the day as we were out but just waking up to all screaming was not great (in May, might not be an issue during holidays). Our bed was super hard and i wished we could get more towels, after day 4 our towels needed to be washed. There is a washing machine but towels would not get dry fast enough. The last thing is something I don't think the host could fix is the gassy (sewer ??) smell, very overpowering in 1 of the bedrooms. The smell was hard to sleep with.
• Clive (9/5): Amazing!! - Excellent location, fully kitted out apartment and modern, and very spacious. Special mention to the owner who met us at 2.45am in the morning to let us in. Can’t fault anything!
• Alana (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, close to everything. Five minute walk to the beach. Apartment had all ammenities, great beds, lots of space, awesome decor and great showers. We will stay at this apartment again for sure. Had a great time in Denia. We had a few ants in bathroom and bedroom.
• Ashley (8/5): Chaotic when it should have so much better ,unprofessional. - Nice and clean and comfortable. No kettle so had to boil water on hob this was a waste of gas and they had to change the bottle two days in.Ridiculous!. Trouble getting the key to the apartment as the guy who was supposed to meet us was on holiday and was not answering phone.Did get in touch around 5 pm to say we would have to pick up key at nearby Cafe. By then in panic I had booked a room at a Hotel for the night.

• Avril (9/5): Exceptionally clean apartment, very spacious, excellent location - Excellent location supermarket around the corner and lots of high street shops also 2 mins walk away. Loads of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. There was a bit of a strange smell at times but wouldn’t put us off returning
• Simon (10/5): Excellent, good value apartment in town centre. - Excellent location, town market on same street, supermarket round corner, beach 10 minute walk, very good choice of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Nice spacious apartment, recently renovated, well equipped, AC in livling room and fans in bedrooms. Very good communication from management.
