• Evelyn (9/5): Excellent location, kitchen, and living area. - Liked the kitchen facilities the best. Everything needed to prepare a meal and store groceries and freezer items. Did not like the towels. They were clean however had a bad odor. Expected a real safe that was secured with a combination. The one in bedroom had a key and it was lightweight and could easily be removed by a child.

A very spacious, clean apartment and a lovely welcome pack. Host was very responsive and helpful and we were grateful for the help with luggage on our last day.

• ugur (8/5): - Konumu güzel. Etraf genelde, venedik in diğer mahallelerine göre daha sakin ve bu iyi bir şey. Evi bulmak ve girişi çıkışı kolay. Yakında waterbus istasyonu var. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan çoğu eşya vardı. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Oda 2 kişi için yeterince geniş. İnternet yeterli ve hızlı. Banyo biraz küçük ama ok. Girişte ev sahibinin bilgilendirmesi yeterli. Evde çok yoğun nem kokusu.vardı ve çok havalandırma yaptığımız halde koku hep vardı. Havlular da yoğun nem kokuyordu. Galiba Venedik te nem kokusundan kaçış yok :) alışmak gerekiyor herhalde. Bunlar dışında yazacaklarım o kadar kötü şeyler değil. Sadece tavsiye. Çarşaf sadece 1 adet var. Battaniyeleri içine koyabileceğimiz bir nevresim yoktu. Sadece düz çarşaf vardı. Soğuk olduğu için battaniye kullanmak zorundaydık. Battaniyelerin yeni yıkanmış olduğundan emin olamadık o yüzden kullanılmış olabilecek battaniyelerin vücudumuza temas etmesi fikri pek güzel değildi. Yatak odası penceresi diğer evlerin pencerelerinin olduğu bir boşluğa bakıyor ve çok yakınlar. Tahta panjurları sürekli kapalı tutmalısınız. Yataklar çok gıcırtı yapıyor. Oturma odasında sadece 1 kanepe ve 4 sandalye var. İki kişi için aynı anda uzanmak için yer yok. Ekim ayının ilk günlerinde olduğumuz halde hava bir hayli serindi ve ısıtma sistemi henüz başlamıştı ama idare ettik. İtalya'da ısıtma sistemleri 15 Ekim'den önce açılmazmış. Evde tek kullanımlık terlik yok. Kendiniz terlik getirmelisiniz veya oradan almalısınız. Biz öyle yaptık. Çıkış saati en geç 10.00 kendinizi ona göre ayarlamalısınız. Ev sahipleri bize 10.30 a kadar tolerans gösterdi.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Почувствуйте себя венецианцем - Расположение оказалось лучше, чем ожидали. Очень тихий район, туристов немного. Чисто, есть скверики, где можно отдохнуть, Дом выходит на канал, но окна во внутренний дворик, где вообще не было никаких звуков, кроме колоколов по утрам. В районе большое количество ресторанчиков и баров. Все в квартире подумано, стиральная машинка работала, был утюг, на кухне вся необходимая посуда. Постельное белье новое, есть дополнительные одеяла, полотенца белые и мягкие. Душевая хорошо оборудована, было место повесить полотенца и одежду (часто владельцы игнорируют этот вопрос). Владелец был все время на связи по ватсапу. Мы подождали его пять минут в кафе по прибытии, потому что мы не могли точно сказать, во сколько мы приедем. Объяснил подробно, как сортировать и выбрасывать мусор, дал советы, как лучше посмотреть историческую регату, ради которой мы приехали Было бы неплохо оставить немного соли, масла, специй. Добавить большие чашки для чая и кофемашину, потому что не все любят гейзерный кофе. Хорошо бы пару-тройку капсул для стирки, потому что покупать целую упаковку ради одной стирки не рационально.
• obreja (9/5): Un sejur liniștit, curat și sigur. - Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă liniștită, cu un balcon ce oferă vedere spre curtea interioară (multa verdeata). Totul a fost foarte curat, lucru pe care l-am apreciat. Apartamentul este însă cam demodat pentru gustul meu, iar baia destul de veche. L-am ales pentru a ma simti in siguranță și chiar m-am simțit în siguranță pe tot parcursul sejurului. Per total, a fost ok.

• Artur (9/5): - Super lokalizacja, lekko na uboczu ale 100 metrów od głównych szlaków, idealnie. Duże mieszkanie, czyste. Świetny stosunek jakości, lokalizacji i ceny. Mogliśmy się wcześniej zameldować, opuszczenie mieszkania też super wygodne. Piękny widok z balkonu na ogród. Polecam! Brak. Żonie brakowało kołdry, bo były tylko prześcieradła do przykrycia. Ale był upał, to Włochy. Babska zachcianka :)

• Taiga (10/5): 非常に素晴らしい。 - 鉄道駅から徒歩圏内で、また水上バスの駅から近くて交通の便はとてもよかった。家の入口から部屋の入口までは少し暗いが部屋は広く快適で清潔であった。この部屋を選んだ決め手であった中庭に向けたテラスは想像以上に素晴らしかった。北向きを少し心配していたが、リビング、キッチンは十分に明るかった。オーナーとは常に連絡が取れる状態で安心できた。 特にない。

It was the perfect base from which to exploresfairytale city - The location was wonderful and the apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and the balcony had a great view of the lovely garden below. The property manager was very responsive and super helpful.
• Natalie (9/5): Quiet and spacious accommodation for a couple in a great location to experience Venice. - The location of the property is brilliant - a 10-minute walk from the railway station, right next to a vaporetto stop for lines 4 and 5, and a short walk from a stop to lines 1 and 2. It's on a bustling canal, with nearby bars, restaurants and shops, and a short walk or vaporetto ride to busier areas if that is your bag. The flat is at the back of the house, so while you don't have a canal view, it is very quiet and has a nice view of a green garden. There was a lot of space, and Mariza was a very welcoming host. Nothing major - the flat is very cool and occasionally we were a bit cold, but in the full summer (we visited in May) that might be a bonus. The kitchen could do with one or two more small knives, but we made do! Otherwise, very well equipped.
• Justin (10/5): The gem of Venice - The size of the apartment, massive bedroom, lovely patio, kitchen facilities were perfect. Felt like a house not a holiday stay. There is a washing machine, stove, fridge, kettle and coffee, the lounge was larger than we expected almost as if the unit could accommodate a family. The hosts always were quick to respond and inform of arrival. Thank You!!! 100% Nothing, we loved everything.

• Lore (8/5): Pleasant stay at great location - Location is perfect. Apartment is very spacious, plenty of room and all you need is there. Well equipped kitchen, nice balcony in courtyard garden. Very quiet at night. Price / quality ratio is excellent. Convenient that we could leave our luggage there on the last day. The bed is not so comfy, bit like a trampoline. Bathroom is outdated but everything works.

• Trudi (10/5): Great property in Great location - Great Location in the Jewish Ghetto. Really close to train station so definitely easy with luggage. It's not right in the center which I believe allowed us to see more as we needed to walk to some of the more touristy areas. Our location was actually really nice and quiet, which meant we also experienced the local atmosphere as well. The apartment itself is huge with everything you need to be comfortable. We were greeted on arrival which I think was a lovely touch too. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you are planning to visit Venice. Nothing

Host Marissa was happy to help with any questions about the area which was great. Really enjoyed our stay! The bed could be more comfortable but nothing major overall no bad comments to make!
• Bernd (8/5): Nice apartment, great location but hygiene can be improved. - Great location to visit Venice and the surrounding islands. Cosy area at the canal, not too busy which is nice after the sometimes overwhelming crowd in the city center. The apartment was very big, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! It is in the back of the building so very quiet. The hosts were friendly and helpful at arrival. Most of the dishes were quite dirty, probably from the last user. The shower was also dirty and could really use an upgrade. The wifi stopped working after 1 day and although the hosts were communicative, they did not really do anything to fix it so there was no wifi for the rest of our stay. On top of the regular pictures of the ID card also a selfie with ID card was necessary for check-in, which is really not ok and a privacy/security risk.

• Charlene (9/5): Overall was a great stay, perfect location for exploring & host let us check in early which was great, very easy che - Very spacious, great location and only 10 min walk from the train station. Situated on the canal with very nice restaurants to eat at! Quiet at night could hear no street noise! No air conditioning in the bedroom so got a little stuffy with the temperature being very hot outside however if you leave the bedroom door open cold air comes in from the hall and it never affected our sleep too much!

• Pidcock (10/5): Large one bedroom apartment in Venice - The apartment was perfect for our needs, sufficient appliances in the kitchen for self-catering, washing machine with detergent, bedroom so quiet at night, loved the small back balcony for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. WiFi signal was strong. The location was within an easy 15 minutes walk with luggage to the train and bus stations. We very much appreciated earlier check in and a late check-out by the owner, Grazie Mille. Nothing comes to mind

Probably the best possible accommodation in Venice. You are only few minutes from the Santa Lucia station but most of the walk to your house door is not extremely crowded. We walked on foot everywhere. Often made long walks. But short once brought us to lovely places too. Nice balcony and kitchen. Big and secure apartment. A lot of restaurants and historic places near by. Lovely supermarket despair Teatro (in historic Theatre building) is close. Aircon, fridge and washing machine helped in hot days.
