• Lory (7/5): Top mais douche à regler - Bonne position et vue mer. Matelas un peu dur et gris soucis avec le douche. Avaloir bouché + manque joint parois douche.

• Jean-Pierre (6/5): De foto’s kloppen. Ziet er schitterend uit en misschien ga ik ook nog een keertje terug. Vraag wel o - De Lokatie is top. Appartement mooi. Jammergenoeg reageert de verhuurder niet! Tv die niet werkt. Bed was heel slecht. Kinderbed niet opgemaakt maar wel voor 3 geboekt.

• Mischa (5/5): Top Lokatie, aardig appartement, maar onnodig veel digitale handelingen voor in en uitchecken bij huswell. - Lokatie was perfect en de inrichting mooi en modern. Onhandig dat de tussendeur niet dicht kan met het uitklapbed en de tv was kapot. En er hangt een groot bord ‘te koop’ op het balkon wat ten koste van het uitzicht gaat. Wat vervelend aan het boeken van een kort verblijf bij Huswell is dat je een veelvoud aan berichten krijgt naast de gebruikelijke booking.con bevestigingen. Het proces lijkt totaal overontwikkeld. Voor een verblijf van 2 nachten heb ik veel te veel notificaties gekregen en moest al mijn gegevens bij huswell doorgeven in de ‘app’ (die geen app is) terwijl booking.com ook al mijn gegevens heeft.
• Wei (1/5): Run away from this terribly managed apartment. - Great location, beach view Despite the obvious qualities the management system and app ruined the experience. What a pity. This was a terrible experience: on top of the 300 euros guarantee, I had to fill in tiresome details, sign a contract and scan my ID. The messaging and app did not work, early check in was not available departure it being advertised (for a fee), the bed for our son was not made, the check out app did not work, late check out was not available either, check out information was incomplete and impossible to find the garbage disposal informations in all of the commercial offers cramming the messages. I hope the managing company never contacts me again, but have already received advertisement in my email this morning from unknown senders, clearly a breach in privacy resulting from this system. Be careful! (And do not eve. Try to dialogue with them, it is a robot answering… the phone number is off.
