• Andrew (7/5): Nice apartment with great access to sightseeing - Very clean, nice room and bathroom. Kitchen area was very handy. Aircon worked well. Easy to find and area was brilliant for food and walking to go sightseeing. The Olympic stadium nearby was a must see! Banged head on lower part of ceiling. Shame because room was very big but space was more limited due to the low roof in parts.

Η ντουζιέρα έπρεπε να έχει πόρτα ή τζάμι για να κλείνει γιατί όλα τα νερά έβγαινα έξω ή να είχε σφουγγαριστρα για να μαζεύουμε τα νερά... Είχε μόνο 2 πετσέτες και ήμασταν για 5 μέρες..

• Maria (10/5): Perfect place! - Perfect location especially if you are traveling for a concert at Kalimarmaro stadium. Super clean and cozy. Cute restaurants/bars around. A friendly neighborhood. Felt totally safe comparing to other neighborhoods in the center of Athens. Can’t wait to be back!

• maureen (10/5): great. we would definatly book this again . thank you very much. - Very modern, spotless clean, lovely decor, Kitchen had everything you needed , couldn't fault it . As it is a bassment room there is no natural light with no window, but having said this it didnt bother us at all. We booked this apartment for the Olympic stadium concert and it was very close indeed.

The fact that there is no window is maybe an issue for some. For me it was fine for a short stay as I was outside most of the time anyway, but for a longer stay it might be a bit difficult.

• Kitty (3/5): Basement not ground floor - -Very smart decor and very modern interior. -Host was very accommodating, brought saucepan and iron, tried to make me comfortable. -The fact that it is a basement flat NOT ground floor. -Thus the tiny window in the bed area at the top of the wall made me feel claustrophobic. -Strange 'L' shaped flat which spoilt the feel of the place, gave the flat a long corridor from bathroom to kitchen area. -It also smelt damp which wasn't pleasant although host did have a dehumidifier on.

• Oscar (7/5): Good - Location was super great. Lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby area. Bus stop directly in front of the door. Another bus stop with more bus routes can be reached by foot in 8 mins. Room was super clean and spacious. AC was a life saver, especially when it's 30+ degrees outside. Wifi was not working properly most of the time and when it does work, it was super slow. This normally wouldn't be a dealbreaker, however mobile reception was poor inside the room, with only specific spots inside that do have a somewhat good reception. The space leading from the bed to the bathroom was underneath some stairs, which has a really low slanted ceiling. One had to be super careful, to not bump the head, which was kinda hard to do, especially in the dark and when you are not used to it yet.

The apartment is in a great area— just a short walk to a lively square with nice restaurants and cafés. The neighborhood felt safe and local, with easy access to the city center, either by foot or public transport. The apartment was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay - also very quiet at night. The host was lovely, waited for us on arrival - he was very helpful and responsive.
• Alain (8/5): Nice apartment in a lively suburb of Athens. - Don't be surprised by the access to the apartment by a small door at the basement of the building. Once you are there, you get into a small apartment nicely renovated with excellent amenities. Plus it is located in the middle of the Pagrati quarter, a quiet residential area with lot of cafes and restaurants. One big problem is the overflow of water into the bathroom and beyond, due to the absence of a curtain. This problem is very common in Greece and needs to be solved.

• Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very close to fine places to eat, drink or grab a coffee. All the touristy things are fairly close - if you mind the walk you can take one of the nearby busses. The area gets lively in the evening but we didn't have any trouble sleeping. Overall it was cosy, clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for a week's stay. No problems! The shower uses a boiler for hot water but we got used to it quickly. :)

Great contact with the owner - the gentleman helped to get to the place, explained how and where to get there, how and what works, etc. Beautiful decor in a great location (close to the central attractions in Athens - we moved around the center mainly on foot). Right next to the bus stop, a square with shops, a bakery, cafes, etc. On Friday right next to the fruit and vegetable market. It didn't bother us that the apartment is in the basement, although you had to watch your head when entering directly from the sidewalk. We highly recommend it for two people. ...only 10 degrees Celsius on the Acropolis... february...
