• Vishal (9/5): Nice property with good facilities and geat location - Good place for vacation with family as very much middle in city centre so location is perfect and great communication to help all facility Because of the zone the car not reaching at property and few meters are really incline walk and it’s tuff when you are on vacation and with luggage

Única coisa ruim era que o banheiro estava com o ralo meio entupido e virava uma piscininha dentro do Box! Verificar as tomadas do quarto e luz tbm pois não estavam funcionando !

• Henry (10/5): We were close to a number of attractions and it wasn't difficult to navigate the city from this flat - The location was good, a little bit more walking than we expected based on the map. Even the drivers got a little turned around when we tried to uber to the location. I guess there are a few one way roads. There were 2 small maintenance issues when we arrived, but they seemed to have been taken care of quickly with minimal interruption to our visit For us it was a short stay, so we didn't need much during our time at the property. I did have to move the coffee maker from the kitchenette closer to a power supply when I wanted to use it.

• Anonymous (8/5): Staying here was amazing. Location is perfect. Trevi was like less than a minute walk. :) - The location is fantastic... apartment is comfortable... good size... its perfect for a family of 4. Wonderful restaurants around the area. Very safe... its clean... I didn't like that on my first day, the shower had weak water pressure and the heater was not heating the water properly. I contacted the host right away and they sent someone the next day to fix it. The pressure improved and heater was heating the water more consistently.... I also didn't like that the building had no elevator. So for a person travelling with heavy bags, you might way to hit the gym first :) What is challenging also is that the stairs to go up is twisting... I wish the apartment had a washer and dryer.
• Mustafa (3/5): Looks nothing like images, horrible management, avoid the whole iflat group. - Location The apartment was run down and looks nothing like the photos, couches stained and walls too. Cleaning is awful as we had dog waste outside our apt door step that wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Our key wasn’t working and no one confirmed when they will come to check, we had to spend the night in another hotel and they wouldn’t refund us while leaving us until after midnight until they confirmed an agent was sent, after having to book a room at another hotel. Horrible experience and possible management, AVOID THE WHILE IFLAT GROUP..
• Umpierrez (8/5): It gives you a perfect taste and ambiance of Rome. - The location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from the Fontana di Trevi and all of the pedestrian walk near was lovely and full of restaurants to choose from I don’t know if this is changeable but the thing that I didn’t like is that there’s only one private room. The second room doesn’t have a door and that makes it not private. It’s right next to the living room, so if the other couple is having breakfast or just hanging, it could disturb the other couple in that room
• Avinoam (7/5): Good but need some adjustments. - Location, clean, kitchen facilities, bedroom, wifi. The entrance keys is not working properly, the shower stream was weak, should replace towels for a week stay,at least, once, no mirror on the bedroom, the second bedroom is not private, small refrigerator for 4 people.

• Sukhie (10/5): Enjoyed our stay at a very cosy apartment. - The apartment was clean and well maintained. Location was great. TV had Netflix etc that we could log into - so that was good. Having to throw our rubbish ourselves.
• Edna (6/5): nice apartment, great location, but faulty shower on first 2 days till they fixed it on our last day - the aptm is in a perfect location, facing a street which is quiet. Very safe as it is just at the side of the president palace, with police car petrolling. nice aptm and comfy. the shower was not functioning the first 2 nights and it was agonizing too take shower. The water pressure was low, the water heater was not working, very little hot water and the water did not mix, either very hot or very cold. Did not have enough hot water for 3 pple and it is winter! the owner got it fixed on the 3rd day but that was our last night, at least we could shower properly. My daughter and i had to wash our hair in a hair salon. We brought our own bedroom slippers as we do not expect the floor to be clean. otherwise the aptm is good...

• Tomer (8/5): ok - The location is simply winning.. the beds are comfortable. The house is very clean It's not really 2 private bedrooms. There is one room with a door and it is private, the other is directly connected to the living room so it really disappointed us because we got there as 2 couples.. In addition to that, there was a weak water flow in the bathtub that they were unable to fix for us.

• Manuel (6/5): Good Location but wouldn't stay there again or recommend to others! - Location was impeccable only 3 minutes from the Trevi Fountain but located in a quiet street with police nearby (so it made it feel very secure) maybe a little noise coming from the street but overall great location. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the pillows as well. Also, a special note to our agent Lara, who was fantastic and did her best to help even replying during her day off. Also, thanks to the agency for organizing last minute a transfer for us to go back to the airport. Several things didn't go well unfortunately, right from the start. First, this property is listed as pay at the property, and they say that your credit card will be used for booking purposes only, but this is not true, as the full amount has been deducted from my credit card (with exception of the city taxes, which had to be paid at the property) so already there it was not clear. Then when we arrived our taxi, we had reserved, was not there and we had to wait 45 minutes until they sorted out another person to come pick us up. Arrived at the property we found several things not working, like the TV there was a problem with the remote control, and the technician didn't come to fix that until after 2 days, from the report of the issue, on top of that the same night exactly the same problem occurred and this time the TV was stuck on 1 channel without possibility to switch it on/off, reduce the volume or anything, so we had to physically unplug it from the electricity. The iron is a joke, just doesn't get hot enough so our clothes couldn't be ironed as we wished. In the small fridge there was an ice tray, but the power was so little that it took almost 3 days to make a few ice cubes. The shower drain seemed to be kind of blocked as the water was collecting at the bottom of the shower. The door downstairs had no stopper so every time someone would come in or go out, the door would bang making you jump if by any chance you were sleeping or resting. The door in the apartment was very secure but had no peephole, so if anybody would knock on the door, there was no chance to check who was there, without opening the door.
