• John (3/5): Een vreselijke ervaring - absoluut geen aanrader! - Ik heb een bijzonder onaangenaam verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Vanaf het moment dat ik 's avonds aankwam, begon de ellende. In een hokje in de tuin (onder mijn raam) zat een kat, die de hele avond en nacht aan het krijsen was. Ik heb hierdoor geen oog dichtgedaan. Het rolluik kon bovendien niet dicht, wat ervoor zorgde dat er veel licht en geluid van de straat naar binnen kwam. Ik probeerde de eigenaar te contacteren, maar kreeg pas de volgende ochtend een reactie. Ondertussen voelde ik mij genoodzaakt om om 3:00 's nachts de kat uit zijn benarde positie te bevrijden. Helaas bleef de kat krijsend in de buurt, wat de situatie niet veel beter maakte. De volgende dag werd ik aangesproken door een hysterische onderbuurvrouw, die later ook een van de eigenaren bleek te zijn. Ze vertelde me dat het om een zwerfkat ging die zij gevangen had om naar de dierenarts te brengen voor sterilisatie. Dit had ze mij op geen enkele manier vooraf laten weten. Ik had oorspronkelijk gepland om twee dagen te blijven, maar ik besloot om de volgende ochtend te vertrekken vanwege de omstandigheden. Tot mijn grote teleurstelling weigerden de eigenaren om de kosten van de tweede dag te restitueren, ondanks het feit dat mijn verblijf volledig was verpest en ik genoodzaakt was om extra kosten te maken voor een andere hotelkamer . Kortom, ik zou dit appartement aan niemand aanraden. Het gebrek aan communicatie, de slechte omstandigheden en de onvriendelijke houding van de eigenaren maken dit een plek om te vermijden.

• Miguel Angel (9/5): Excelente estancia. - Casa sin falta de detalles, algo para picar, botella de agua, café, de lujo. La ubicación es excelete y el trato tanto en el check-in como si tienes cualquier duda es excelente. Por poner una pega las almohadas no son muy cómodas para mi gusto demasiado blandas.

• Max (8/5): Handy for Los Alcázares/Los Narejos where there are bars and shops. A short walk from the Mar Menor - Huge flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen/living room with oven, hob, microwave etc. Nice cosy bathroom with hot shower. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortable. Lots of nice decorative touches. It is up some outside stairs which would be difficult access for wheelchairs/elderly. The apartment is effectively split into two so that unless you were a family occupying both bedrooms, it is possible that you would be sharing a bathroom. There is nothing wrong with that if it is OK with you. The other bedroom (double) looked like it had a huge bed!

But wishing that I stayed much longer.. as everything was great from the apartment being beautifully designed, clean and well equipped, to the lovely Nika the landlady and her mother both being so friendly, making sure that I wasn't lacking of anything! I definitely will be back but for a longer stay! 😉 Nothing as everything was perfect!

• Julio Alberto (9/5): Una estancia como en tu casa. - La atención amable, la limpieza y la comodidad. Te dejan una botella de agua y cerveza en la nevera, además de un mueble de desayunos para hacerte un café por la mañana y comer algo de bollería, incluido en el precio. Tienes una cocina disponible para usarla de ser necesario, y un baño, que se comparte para dos habitaciones. Es como si estuvieras en casa, y te hacen sentir como de la familia. No hay ningún cartel en la puerta que indique el alojamiento claramente. Te mandan la ubicación antes de llegar, pero una vez en la puerta, no ves claramente que se trata del sitio.

The environment is pure tranquility, with every corner thoughtfully arranged and lovingly decorated. You can actually feel the warmth from the hosts in every little detail – even the smallest item has its purpose. It's like they sprinkled a little magic dust over the place! And to top it off, a huge thank you for being such wonderful hosts. Everything was perfectly taken care of. Oh, and the cherry on top? A fully loaded kitchen, stocked with more spices and extras than you could dream of – turning a meal into a feast. See you again

• Mª Victoria (10/5): Como en casa - Un alojamiento precioso. Su decoración en blanco y madera y con detalles muy cuidados inspira armonía, tranquilidad y hogar. Además, puedes hacer uso de espacios comunes con posibilidad de tomar infusión o fruta que ellas te ofrecen. También está muy bien climatizada, con lo que no pasamos calor. Sensación de estar en casa y de hogar. Mucha tranquilidad y posibilidades, ya que también tiene un bonito jardín, con hamacas, barbacoa.... Nika estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviéramos bien . Un lujo de alojamiento. Lo recomiendo.
