• nicole (9/5): - The house was very spacious with plenty of room for my large/ extended family. We were all very comfortable and the facilities were great. We hated the fact that we had to leave and go back home to our 1 bathroom house.

• LINFENG (10/5): - Convenient location to highway and local restaurants. Spacious and comfortable house for five people. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommended for a family.

• Mahesh (8/5): Excellent accommodation for groups. - We used this facility to provide accomodation for our guests who came to attend our daughter’s marriage. The accomodation was comfortable and housed everyone well. The facility was clean and well appointed. The exhaust fans in the bathroom were noisy and some of the doors creaked.
• Sharifah (9/5): It was a pleasant stay, the accommodations was great. - The location was not so near shops but not far if you have a car. if you like to walk, you can do so. It was a safe neighbourhood. We came here for my daughter's wedding so we didn't do much shopping or sightseeing. we rented a car too. The first night was cold because we didn't know how to operate the thermostat but after contacting the host, he fixed it immediately. His response was quite fast.

• Anthony (9/5): Great location… Great Ammenties… AMAZING HOUSE. - The property was very clean and spacious. The location in Glen Waverley was very convenient. It was very close to M-City and The Glen. DFO and Chadstone are nearby. And it is pretty much central to the entire state. So it is not hard to get to any spot, whether the CBD or Springvale in the opposite direction. The Host keeps the house stocked with every day essentials: hand soaps, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergents, dishwashing liquids/tablets, towels, bathmats, garbage bags… it was nice to not need to go on a Woolies run soon after checking in to go grab essentials as they were already provided. We had one issue during our stay, and the Host was easy to get ahold of, and helped sort out our issue in a very timely manner. The negatives of the property are the driveway is long and narrow and can be hard navigating if you’re not a seasoned driver. The stairs leading to the second floor are also narrow, so not really accomodating if more than one person requires accessibility to a room. Thankfully, there is one bedroom with an ensuite downstairs. However, as the 3 of us didn’t require accessibility needs, the place was perfect for our stay and needs.

The rooms were comfortable and house has all the amenities we needed. The host responded to queries quickly and was flexible with our special requests to accommodate one of the occupant who is a 6 month old baby. none
