• Maria Isabel (8/5): - La atención de la señora, es muy amable y la ubicación cerca al aeropuerto. El precio, no coincide con el valor de Booking. Se paga por persona 60.000.. el precio es mas alto que Booking El aire funciona de 8 am a 8pm.
• silva morales (10/5): Regresaré a San Andrés - La amplitud del sitio, comodidad, privacidad. Fuera de serie la excelente atención de la Señora Teresa, mi anfitriona. Sentí que había llegado donde un familiar. Muy calida y atenta. El D1 diagonal.

Se nota su vocación de servicio y el cariño con el que recibe a sus huéspedes. Nos brindó información muy útil sobre sitios turísticos y excelentes recomendaciones de domicilios. La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo 10 minutos caminando del centro y del aeropuerto. A pesar de que llegamos muy tarde por un cambio de vuelo, nos recibió con toda la disposición. Apreciamos especialmente su calidez con los niños. Excelente anfitriona. Sin duda volveremos.

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue simplemente maravillosa. Excelente ubicación - cerca del mar, del malecon, del centro de la isla y del aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
• Claus (5/5): Good Location, but owner wants you to rent a gulf cart - The Apartment is at the outskirts of the Centro - less noisy, more peaceful than other places in San Andrés. 15 mins walk to the airport. Good location for morning flights to amazing Providencia (1000 times more beautiful than San Andrés). The owner really, really wanted us to rent a gulf cart from one of her friends - and we felt kind of being out under pressure. She told us that it would be far cheaper to rent a gulf cart (350,000 pesos per day) than to take taxis - which is not true at all, it is much cheaper to take taxis, and she should know this. Air conditioning did not run before 8.00 pm - and that was not announced by the owner on Booking beforehand - which made our stay a bit uncomfortable.
• Raphael (10/5): Excelente Hospedagem com Anfitriã Igualmente Excelente - Teresa é uma pessoa incrível. Amável, atenciosa e incisiva. Aquele tipo de pessoa que é muito bom té-la por perto. A acomodação fica na parte superior, nos fundos de sua casa, e é muito espaçosa. Condiz exatamente com o anúncio e as fotos. Limpeza impecável, receptividade única, tem utensílios de cozinha e um mercado quase em frente. Fica, literalmente, com vista para o mar, tendo uma varanda com rede. Desde o aeroporto até a acomodação, se pode ir caminhando, pois são 15 minutos apenas. Uma das hospedagens com o melhor custo/benefício que já estive. Gratidão à anfitriã pelo acolhimento, receptividade e por proporcionar uma experiência tão boa na ilha

• Fontecha (10/5): - Todo me gustó, el lugar muy amplio y limpio, tienes cocina, nevera y utensilios de cocina, todo muy bien organizado, la señora Teresa que es la dueña del apartamento es muy atenta y amable, siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudarnos, nos ofrecio un cafe justo después que llegamos de un aguacero que había caído en san andres , en realidad muy bondadosa

• CHIARA (8/5): - The apartment is well located, 10 minutes walk from the airport and 15 from the centre and main beach. It is a bit old, but well maintained, bright and clean. Kitchen has the basic stuff and you can store food and beverages in the refrigerator. The balcony is very nice, with a view on the sea. Teresa is simply incredible ( she deserves 10/10 and more) ! She makes you feel at home, helps in every possible way, and gives a lot of good advice on the activities you can do or places you can visit. We loved our stay there and thank a lot Teresa for all her kindness and beautiful smiles:-) Just a small tip for those having a light sleep: the apartment faces the main road and there is quite a lot of traffic. There is no hot water in the shower, but believe me, considering the hit weather, you won't miss it;-)
