• Miklós (6/5): Good place with compromises - Great location, friendly host, flexible also with check-in. Very loud noise from the road made it hard to sleep. Cleanness was below expectation.

• Giovanni (8/5): Esperienza ottima per un rapido weekend a Roma! - Posizione molto buona rispetto alla metro Valle Aurelia. Condominio molto pulito e sistemato. La struttura offre tutti i servizi utili e necessari. Nei dintorni muovendosi con auto a noleggio si riesce in qualche modo a trovare sempre qualche parcheggio. C'è un centro commerciale a di fronte a pochi passi! I cuscini un po scomodi. Il climatizzatore della camera da letto fa un forte rumore/vibrazione periodicamente ogni 2/3 minuti.

• Sylwia (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, przestronny obiekt dobrze skomunikowany z lotniskiem. Po drugiej stronie ulicy świetnie zaopatrzony supermarket. Do wszystkich atrakcji można dotrzeć metrem a nawet pieszo jeśli ktoś lubi spacery.

• Samuele (5/5): Ottima posizione, peccato il rumore fortissimo del compressore che parte di continuo la notte - Ottima Posizione, appartamento molto spazioso, Durante la notte è partito di continuo (ogni 2 minuti) una specie di compressore rumorosissimo, non penso relativo all'appartamento stesso ma probabilmente ad un condomino vicino, fastidiosissimo Nonostante la segnalazione al proprietario e le rassicurazioni sulla risoluzione, il problema è rimasto anche per la notte successiva

• Giraldigno (6/5): - L'unica cosa la vicinanza alla metro circa 250 mt. Rumore, bagno con pompa di scarico e doccia mezza rotta, mobilio di altri tempi
• AlejandroJay (5/5): Consigliato per una notte soltanto. - Comoda la posizione, ad un passo da San Pietro e dalla metro. Posizionato in un condominio tranquillo e con affaccio all'interno cosicché non ci siano rumori a disturbare. Buono il set di asciugamani a corredo. Appartamento poco curato, alcune tracce di "casa vissuta e stravissuta". Assenza di climatizzazione, compensata da almeno 2 ventilatori. Assenza di zanzariere ed infissi davvero davvero vecchi. Bagno di dimensioni minuscole: non c'è spazio per aprire completamente la finestra poiché tocca lo scaldabagno, assenza di bidet. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma non mono-uso ma condivisi con il "precedente" occupante.

• Aikaterini (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment, clean and ideal for a couple. The location is perfect, near the metro station and to the supermarket. Owner available and very helpful.
• Dean (4/5): Disappointing but not a disaster - The location is fantastic, right next to the metro, although beware it gets very busy from 7am-9am and 5pm-7pm The host was keen to help It is advertised with a sofa bed which it absolutely does not have The shower is so small it’s hardly usable for a full sized human The toilet door was broken in two pieces so didn’t close fully
• Robyn (1/5): We do not recommend this apartment - close to a metro station; near a supermarket The kitchen faucet spewed water (had to be replaced the 1st evening), gas stove did not work unless you lit it with a gas grille lighter; fridge door had to be shut very carefully and would pop open a few hours later; clothes rod rigged to stay up, with newspaper; took 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 times to flush toilet; sparks and smoke flew out of electric panel that was covered by a picture -this required us again to miss out going into Rome for the evening. Owner specifically said he does not read reviews, so even though a few of these issues were in prior reviews, he had no idea. Out of 5 evenings in Rome, we had to stay in the flat for 2 evenings for problems ( the water and the electrical sparks) rather than enjoy Rome. No Safe, no AC, no fire extinguishers. I can truly say that this flat and the owner made our holiday in Rome terrible!
• K (7/5): My daughter and I had a great time in Rome. Thank you, Alfonso! - The apartment was conveniently located, from the city center, and from the airport. It was very close to the subway/train station, too. It would be great if the apartment could be equipped with newer facilities, such as kitchen faucet (it was not fixed to the sink so the water leaked/splashed) and toilet flush button (it was very old so the button was very hard to push).

• Agne (8/5): Very good - It was within walking distance of Saint Peter's Square. The apartment was small but comfortable. There was no street noise. The apartment provided with items such as towels and bed linen. There also was equipment such as a hair dryer, kettle, coffee machine, hob, TV, and washing machine. The apartment could be cleaner. The view through the windows to the windows of the neighbors, to the inner tiny yard. The bathroom was very small and not very comfortable. There were no shower items such as shower gel and shampoo, just the hand soap near the sink. There was no place to put or hang clothes and towels. The hostess who gave us the keys and let us into the apartment did not speak English, but this did not cause any big problems.
