• Mr_Steven_94 (8/5): Cosas a mejorar. - Lo que me gustó del departamento fue la ubicación el cual está en todo el centro del quito.. Me gustó también que se pudo realizar el check in un poco más antes de tiempo.. Buenas comunicación con el dueño del departamento. No me gustó que no existió servicio a la habitación/limpieza. Por lo tanto si uno se queda más tiempo la basura tanto de cocina y de baño quedarán ahí hasta que te vayas.. No me gustó también que cuando amanece apesar que está con las dos cortinas los rayos de sol traspasan y como está alado de la ventana la cama si o si te pega y te levanta. En mis días soleados cuando me quedé en el departamento pega un poco fuerte el sol y si pega el resplandor adentro de la habitación y hasta que la habitación esté un poco caliente no encontré tema de AC al menos en mi habitación que fue en el piso 13. Detalles que podía mejorar: Se recomienda siempre al menos dejar una esponja nueva para lavar platos y en vez de usar jabón en barra usar jabón en líquido. Arreglar el aromatizador.

In the end the accommodation was almost 40% more expensive than shown. This is unacceptable! And not even left a bottle of water for the guest in the fridge. • Anne (10/5): Immaculate apartment, great host - A wonderful apartment in a good location. It is next to Carolina Park and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, with the metro about 10 minutes walk away which takes you to the old centre. Santiago was a great host, very communicative and quick to answer any questions. The apartment is immaculate and spacious with great facilities. There is good security and the reception staff were very helpful and polite, although we had to use Google Translate a lot! Would highly recommend. All good.
• Danni (10/5): Amazing location, mordern building - Amazing location and the laundry service is amazing! The dryer is 100% working, unlike a lot of other places I stayed at. The building is modern and while it can be a bit small for a large group of tourists it's the perfect stay for solo travelers. Would like to stay again
