Guest Reviews
- SITI MAZWITA (3/5): Noisy. Troublesome. - The process of collecting the keys are very troublesome. How could you let your customer deals with a hard-to-speak English agent? How could you not share your own number to be reached by the customer, instead you asked the customer to WhatsApp you and then go to another floor just to collect the keys????!!!!
- Shaylah (2/5): Pay a little extra to stay someplace else. - The view and pool Entire check in process - multiple apartment entities within the one building. Everyone booking rooms through different company names. Very difficult to track down who your representative was.
Bedding was unclean
Felt unsafe as a women throughout the building. Lifts unstable.

- Iwona (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful new apartment equipped with everything you need for life. Wonderful contact with the owner. Beautiful location
- Nafiza (6/5): It was good. The owner is friendly and good - So many rules. Such as can’t enter the swimming pool without tight dresses
- Aiza (3/5): Poor - Staff mnngement very rude
- Максим (1/5): Terrible - Great view. Location is ok, thanks monorail station in 5 minutes I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish.
The photos advertised do not match reality at all.
My room was extremely dirty. When I received the key, I found the room hadn't been cleaned yet. It was hastily tidied up in 15 minutes, but all they did was smear the dirt around the floor.
The amenities promised—towels and toilet paper—were nonexistent. They did eventually bring towels, but they were stained and dirty. There was also an open pack of napkins, which I assume was meant to substitute for toilet paper.
Dust coated every surface in the room.
There was a musty smell throughout.
The furniture was filthy, with dark stains on the sofa.
The bedding was old and stained, with the pillowcases being yellowed.
The mattress felt like it was decades old; it was completely worn out.
Despite being on the 28th floor, soundproofing was terrible. I could hear street noise all night and didn’t fall asleep until 4 AM.
There was no bottled water or slippers in the room.
The only usable outlets were in the kitchen—there were none near the bed or desk, and none in the bathroom.
The shower was incredibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
The walls were grimy, and cosmetic repairs seemed unfinished.
Water leaked from the washing machine onto the floor.
On the second day, the hot water disappeared completely.
Overall, this hotel did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. I would not recommend it to anyone.
P.S.
Dear Host,
I arrived at 14:00 and only got the keys at 14:45—clearly, your room wasn't ready even after 15:30 before i mentioned it. And this is not the most important issue. Blaming city noise is weak; I’m in other apartments closer to busy streets with far better soundproofing.
I reached out via Booking.com right after checking in, yet received no response for two days. Instead of refusing to recommend me, why not address the numerous issues I raised? It seems you have no solid counterarguments.
