• Magdalena (10/5): - Lokalizacja idealna, blisko do głównych atrakcji. Mila obsluga. Apartament na 5 pietrze, a winda jest mikro, co nie pozwala zmieścić duzych bagaży. Zestaw do pażenia kawy i herbaty był bez kawy i herbaty. Brak podstawowych elementów tj. sztuce.

Evidentemente tampoco cambio de ropa de cama No hay frigorífico, es un minibar clásico de hotel No había estropajo para fregar platos, vasos etc Ducha con chorros de agua muy incomodos

• Lara (10/5): Espectacular - Muy cómoda, excelente ubicación. El balcón era muy disfrutable. A dos cuadras de la plaza de españa!! Y de la estación de Spagna tmb!! Hermoso edificio. Las almohadas eran muy duras y solo había una copa, además de eso todo excelente!

• James (7/5): It’s was good I was satisfied, but would not rent again due to lower value for the price - Location is amazing right in the heart of Roma. Patio furniture was nice. Terrace and Juliet balcony aloud for great air flow and street views Kitchen was missing or had minimal items that I have received from all other places… for example 3 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 nights is lacking… no soap or rags to clean dishes with. Bending was comfy but lacking appropriate coverings. Patio furniture lacking decent cushions

• Simon (9/5): 4 days in Rome - Excellent location and brilliant feel. Comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking skyline of Rome, Spagna A few small things. No tea towels. No Toaster. No kitchen brushes. Shower only works via hand held not vertical shower head. Bathroom window does not open so some mould . But overall did not spoil our time.
• Paweł (6/5): Nie wrócę, nie polecę do tego miejsca. - Blisko do popularnych miejsc, barów, sklepów i restauracji. Najbardziej na minus oceniam czystość w obiekcie, gdzie nie spojrzeć brud, kurz, na ścianach apartamentu 1cm warstwa kurzu, pod łóżkiem to samo, strach pomyśleć o innych miejscach, musieliśmy odkurzać po jednym dniu pobytu i nie, nie dlatego, że to my ten bałagan spowodowaliśmy, po prostu kurz zaczął wylatywać spod mebli, kabina prysznicowa nie myta od wielu miesięcy… zrozumiałe jest to, że jest to obiekt do wynajęcia i pewnie nie ma czasu na porządne sprzątanie, ale grzyb w fugach, na kaflach z których można to zmyć szmatą, a jednak tam jest… my tym oddychamy i w tym bierzemy prysznic… nie tak to powinno wyglądać. Woda wolno schodzi pod prysznicem, co uważamy za conajmniej niehigieniczne. Łóżko niewygodne, a pościel to kołdra włożona pomiędzy dwa prześcieradła, najtańsze poduszki z ikei. Okej, nie liczyliśmy na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel, ale jesteśmy mocno zawiedzeni, to nie nasz pierwszy raz w tego typu obiekcie, ale zdecydowanie najgorszy. W dniu przybycia było bardzo duszno, ale wszelkie próby uruchomienia klimatyzacji zaskoczyły się niepowiedzeniem. Na szczęście kolejne dni były chłodniejsze więc nie było potrzeby jej używać. Między ścianą a klimą również widoczny grzyb, czy też brud po wcześniejszych awariach. Lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o położenie i bliskość atrakcji świetna, ale trzeba sobie zdawać sprawę, że niestety w nocy nie można spokojnie spać, do 23/24 działające na dole bary, a potem składanie krzeseł i całego sprzętu szurając po kostce brukowej, krzyki pijanych ludzi i bezdomnych - to nie wina obiektu, ale część opinii

• Georgios (9/5): Ηταν άνετη, ξέγνοιαστη και το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. - Στο κέντρο, κοντά στο μετρό, κοντά τα μαγαζιά και πολλά αξιοθέατα είχε να δεις σε απόσταση το πολύ 20 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Έλλειψη σακούλες απορριμμάτων, σφουγγάρι και απορρυπαντικό πιάτων, χαρτί κουζίνας. Ίσως ένα δύο ποτήρια νερού παραπάνω κι μια βαθιά πιατέλα για σαλάτα.

• Irene Lilla (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto! - Appartamento a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna. Comodo per passare alcuni giorni in tranquillità con la serenità di aver tutto a portata di mano! L'appartamento è collocato al quinto piano di una palazzina storica, completo di tutto anche di un piccolo ascensore. Il nostro appartamento aveva: un bagno con una doccia bellissima; stanza abbastanza grande con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto molto comodo e spazioso;cucinotto completo di tutto il necessario con microonde ,bollitore, macchina del caffè e cialde offerte; letti e cuscini comodissimi; rifiniture eleganti e curate nei particolari; appartamento silenzioso e tranquillo e per finire un fantastico terrazzino con due comode sedute da dove ammirare i tetti di Roma. Hamed e Francesco sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura! Nulla da segnalare

• Skrzypczak (6/5): Podsumowując – lokalizacja super, ale komfort noclegu mógłby być lepszy. - Hotel ma świetną lokalizację – wszędzie blisko, co jest dużym plusem. Obsługa była w porządku. Niestety, były też pewne niedogodności: klimatyzacja nie działała prawidłowo – po włączeniu zaczęła mocno przeciekać. Brakowało papieru toaletowego na bieżąco. Winda jest bardzo ciasna, co przy większym bagażu bywa kłopotliwe. Dodatkowo w nocy był duży hałas z ulicy (śmieciarki, ruch samochodowy), więc przy otwartym oknie trudno było zasnąć.

We didn’t have hot water for almost 24 hours because of a switch issue in apartment next to ours, but it was resolved quickly after we reported it. The extra bed for the third guest could be more comfortable. During our 5-day stay, the apartment was not cleaned and towels were not replaced, which would have made the experience even better.

• Gonzague (5/5): Excellent emplacement mais appartement à améliorer - La localisation était parfaite. Le matelas était confortable et le balcon est un plus J’ai eu des petits soucis dans l’appartement. Rien de grave en soi mais le cumul a été agaçant. J’ai dû acheter éponge et produit vaisselle qui avait été oublié, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle donc utilisation d’une serviette de bain pour essuyer. La douche bouchée, le lavabo de la salle de bain avec un écoulement très lent, les draps sont plus petits que la taille du matelas donc ne tiennent pas en place, la climatisation qui fuit sur une prise électrique, des traces de moisissures sur le mur derrière la climatisation. À chaque souci l’équipe de l’hôtel a bien été au rendez vous. Des travaux ont dû être effectué sur la climatisation avec des ouvertures dans le mur occasionnant forcément de la poussière. Aucun problème avec cela mais lorsque l’on m’indique que le ménage a été fait gratuitement à la suite de ces travaux, je trouve qu’il y a un peu de mauvaise foi. Le ménage en lui même était satisfaisant même s’il n’avait pas été fait sur le balcon (mégots encore présents par terre) et une jolie quantité de poussière restait vers le lit. L’équipe a fait son possible pour résoudre les soucis mais l’appartement doit encore être amélioré et mieux entretenu. Enfin alors que je n’ai rien réclamé, le propriétaire me demande si je souhaite un remboursement. Je demande donc de me formuler une proposition et j’ai pour réponse que je n’aurais rien. Dans ce cas autant ne rien proposer ! En résumé je n’ai pas passé un mauvais séjour mais il y a eu une multitude de petites choses que l’on ne veut pas gérer en vacances.

• Caroline (10/5): Little Gem. - The Location was just around the corner from the Spanish steps about a 25 mins walk to the Vatican and restaurant right on your doorstep, paid €15 Euro for taxi from the train station.Apartment was big enough for 4 people little kitchen was a plus ,the shower pressure could have been better but maybe because it was top flat the only negative is if you had children the kitchen windows can open wide not good for safety. But We would definitely return. Could get a little noisy but walking a day i slept well ,pressure in shower ,towel could be better quality.

• 6 (8/5): Fabulous location and a comfortable apartment. - We were met by friendly Ahmed at the property and he showed us the apartment and its features….not often today are you met in person. He also came on another day to resolve a lift issue…all solved so quickly. Thanks Ahmed! The property is located in one of our favourite part of Rome! It’s great. And it was quite confortable though the aircon was average, something often encountered in Europe when the weather heats up. A fan was also provided which was fabulous. The balcony was great in the late evening when Rome had cooled down. No basic condiments in the kitchen normally found in other apartments in Europe….namely salt, pepper and olive oil.
• Olga (3/5): Poor - Good location , very close to "Shopping and sightseeing." Check-out at 10 p.m., couldn’t prolong by request (cheat) very low water pressure (a shower head is leaking), the bathroom is constantly humid and has a bad smell
• Rodrigo (6/5): Unhappy Rome customer - Location The pictures in the advertising don’t show what the reality is, the place is smaller, is not balcony, is not bidet in the bathroom, the air conditioner is very deficient and the room ( because is not an apartment ) get really hot, is not kitchen in the place .
• Mohd (7/5): Rome experiences for 3N is awesome. - Location Apartment was not fully clean. Lots of dust on the floor, near the bed, dining table. The water pressure in the bathroom is low. Lift to access the apartment is very tiny, cannot accommodate all our luggages. Have to do few trips ups and downs which is cumbersome. The unit should be equipped with washing machine and dryer facilities. It’s quite a task to go to self service laundry which located 700-800m from the apartment. Finally, please show the real unit pictures. Pictures established in the site were not representing the actual unit. Too bad.

Despite being told coffee would be delivered it never arrived. We were 3 people with different itineraries. Despite a number of requests for a second key there was no attempt to facilitate. It really complicated our stay having to coordinate entrance and exit. I felt that for a 6 night stay they could have got another key cut but didn’t really want to bother. Tiny lift a bit claustrophobic. Flat smaller than it looked in photos.
