• mike (10/5): better then expected - We spent two wonderful weeks in Vienna and will always remember the bright mornings in the apartment (windows at roof level ) Quiet, private, clean, large, safe, equipped for long staying, we had it all. Friendly host, always trying his best to accommodate you. Its so much to do &see in Vienna, the location is paramount. We will definitively come back. Thank you! all good

Jest pełnoprawna kuchnia z piekarnikiem, zmywarką, lodówką, no ma wszystko.. duży telewizor z aplikacjami typu Netflix, Prime.. wygodne łóżko w sypialni i rozkładane narożniki. Jest naprawdę wporządku. Duży plus lokalizacja. Sklepy dosłownie pod nosem, parking oraz bardzo blisko komunikacja. Nie ma jednej rzeczy w kuchni a przydała by się, durszlak do odcedzania makaronu. To jest jedyną rzecz której mi brakowało. Więc jak się przyczepiam takich rzeczy to znaczy, że było naprawdę wporządku.

• Lucrezia Melania (9/5): Perfetto - Appartamento lontano dal centro ma ben collegato con i mezzi. Noi eravamo in 5 e siamo rimasti tutti felici. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo, i due divani letto erano facili da aprire e comodi anche loro. La casa in generale è molto pulita, attrezzata sia la cucina che il bagno. Spaziosa, accogliente, perfetta. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti Lontana dal centro ma comunque bel collegata con la metro sotto casa. Il palazzo non è il top, un po' sporco e c'era un brutto odore nei corridoi ma ciò non deve influire sulla scelta di questo appartamento che è semplice perfetto a nostro parere.

• Eleonora (9/5): - Check in molto semplice e spiegato bene. Host molto disponibile, appena l'ho chiamato per un problema ha risposto immediatamente. Posizione non troppo centrale se vi muovete a piedi, ma collegata benissimo con i mezzi (fermata del bus sottocasa e fermata della metro a 2 minuti a piedi). Grazie alla vicinanza al centro commerciale è una zona ricca di servizi (supermercato Billa, fast and food...). Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, le stanze sono molto ampie, 3 posti letto sono in soggiorno, nel divano letto. I letti sono molto comodi. Sono presenti forno, frigo, macchina del caffè, bollitore, molte stoviglie, TV, lavatrice... Temperatura ottima, regolabile e rimane ben caldo. E' una zona molto frequentata quindi è possibile che ci sia qualche persona poco raccomandabile (qualche ragazzino spavaldo per esempio), ma nulla di pericoloso o spaventoso. Durante il weekend la notte è più rumorosa, non estremamente fastidioso. I corridoi comuni del palazzo puzzano leggermente di fumo. Il tavolo è un po' piccolo per 5 persone, ma noi abbiamo pranzato due giorni senza alcun tipo di problema.

We had trouble accessing the apartment.There were little cookware in the kitchen, no salad bowl, no small bowls for cereal, there could be coffee capsules if at least there was a coffee pot to make it...There was dishes in the dishwasher.There are no programs on TV, only paid content and apps.

• Alessandro (10/5): Un soggiorno confortevole in una città stupenda. - Struttura grande, in posizione ottima vicino a metro e fermata dell’autobus . L’unica pecca é l’odore di fumo che proveniva di sera dall’esterno della camera da letto.

• Francesco Piovani (9/5): - Ottimo appartamento, la posizione ovviamente non è centralissima, e ne ero consapevole quando ho prenotato. Mi ha sorpreso la comodità con la quale si può raggiungere il centro poichè la zona è servitissima da mezzi. C'è un autobus con la fermata praticamente sotto casa che in 5 max 10 min ti fa arrivare nella zona del museo di Sissi. La casa è grande completa di tutti i comfort, non arrivano rumori dalla strada. Un alloggio veramente valido, pulito, cucina comoda e il collegamento diretto con il centro commerciale ti permette di comprare a necessità quello che ti serve senza necessariamente "uscire", nel nostro caso al freddo. Migliorerei solo la gestione del clima caldo/freddo quello in sala è rumoroso e non sempre riesci a regolare la temperatura giusta. Per il resto veramente tutto super

It was warmer in the hallway than in the apartment! The night lights did not work. Cigarette smoke from the outside corridor penetrated the apartment significantly.

• Marika (4/5): - Iniziamo col dire che dato il self chek-in, avremmo dovuto trovare la chiave nella cassettina che avremmo dovuto aprire con un codice inviato i tramite email. Arrivati davanti la porta questa cassettina era aperta e ci viene comunicato dopo aver contattato la struttura che la signora delle pulizie aveva dimenticato la chiave. Cose che capitano(anche se non dovrebbero).. l’attesa che ci era stata detta era di 15 min invece ne abbiamo aspettati 50min . Dove? Seduti per terra. Una volta entrati (eravamo in 6, 3 coppie) si presupponeva di trovare i letti già pronti (come la precedente struttura in cui siamo stati) e invece no! Divani letto tutti chiusi, da aprire e sistemare. Struttura adibita per 6 persone, ma presenti solo 4 sedie per poter cenare o pranzare. Struttura carina ma servizio pessimo..
• Mathias (10/5): - Preis/Leistung und die Lage sind unschlagbar. Es ist super einfach das Appartment zu finden und zu nutzen und auch auf den Chat wird schnell reagiert. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zum Aussetzen für ein Konzert in der Stadthalle. Die Nachttischlampen haben wir nicht zum Laufen gebracht, aber das ist kein Weltuntergang.

• Doris (5/5): - Sehr gute Lage, gute Anbindung, auch zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Schlechte Erklärung zum weg der Unterkunft, kein Hinweis welches Appartement es genau ist. Wir waren zu viert aber die Ausstattung an Geschirr war nur für drei. Ausgelegene Schlafsofas, müssten erneuert werden.
• Elisabeth (9/5): - Ich habe das Appartement für einen Konzertbesuch in der Stadthalle gebucht. Lage ist top. Man muss nur die Straße überqueren und schon ist man bei der Stadthalle. Auch meine zwei Begleiter waren von der Lage sehr begeistert und haben sich über den kurzen Heimweg nach dem Konzert gefreut. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Man hat alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht, inkl. Handtücher für alle Gäste. Auch die Schlüsselhinterlegung war total unkompliziert und super beschrieben. Ich kann das Appartement nur jeden empfehlen und werde es sicher wieder buchen.

The location is perfect – close to the bus and metro stations, and within walking distance of any shop you might need. Everything was convenient and easy, which made our trip even more enjoyable. • Kaja (10/5): Nice flat for exploring Vienna - We went for a concert in Wiener Stadthalle D, which is just across the street from the apartment. The metro station is also close, and it takes about 20 min to reach the museum quarter and opera on foot. The apartment is positioned on top of a shopping centre, so everything you need is literally a floor or two below you (including parking). The host communicated with us timely (usually in minutes). The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Both ACs were working when we arrived so the flat was cool despite the heatwave outside. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Before the arrival we received very clear video instructions on how to access the flat. We collected the keys from the lockbox next to the door and left them there on departure. We would definitely return again. N/A

• Rebecca (9/5): Fantastic family stay in Vienna - The apartment was in a great location, had lots of space and was extremely clean. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious bathroom with tub, double sinks, and a clothes washer. We loved the decor and the whole apartment suited us perfectly for our stay. Good storage for shoes, closet in the bedroom, iron and ironing board. My teen sons loved the computer. The bedside lamps in the bedroom didn’t work, even when we tried different outlets. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms so I had to buy some and leave it because we were traveling by plane with just carryon luggage. Towels were great quality but smelled a little musty.

The kitchen is nice and new but u cant really use it.(very few cooking utensils) The entrance to the apartment is very dirty In the evening there is strong smell of weed from the other flats.(also enter to the flat)

• Slavchev (10/5): Perfect little apartement in the middle of Wien - Everything was perfect. The apartment is located at the resident area of a Mall (Lugner City) near to Wiener Stadthalle (an event hall). However it was very quiet - no noises from outside or the inside. It was easy to find and very clean. They even have added USB power socket night Lamps next to the bed - that's something you can't find anywhere else :) . You can find a lot of different shops at the Mall , which is 1 minute away from your room :) , such as Billa, Pizza-Kebap, Muller, KFC, "All you can eat for 9.99 EU" Indian restaurant and also a Cinema! You can't turn off completely the AC - it appears to be part of the building and even if there is a switch off button next to the light switch - it does not do anything.

Very nice place with great connections to the city center!! - It was very easy to locate apartment and instruction on how to enter and use facilities were clear :) Apartment is very clean and specious. Beds are super comfy )) Great place!! The only advise would be maybe to leave a few household necessities e.g. dust pan and brush and kitchen knife would have been nice ) . Also for coffee lovers note of advice: local Billa in Shopping center itself does not sell brand suitable for the coffee machine in the apartment. We ended up buying fitting pods in the town )

The neighbourhood was quiet, though location is close to everything (metro station, supermarket, 30 min walk from the Hoffburg)
