• Lhan (4/5): So so - near to Petronas Bedsheets and towels looks worn out and soiled. Microwave with spilled curry sauce upon arrival.

• Peggy (1/5): this the worst host ever.... advertising through Booking.com... - We made reservation through booking.com even made payment (it was a non cancellable booking).... But the host didnt want to rent to us.. we suspect the pricing was low to them , so when we contacted them to check in.. they said is not their property. We got evidence... because when we contacted them through another mobile phone, they acknowledge they are the host... the host even asked us to cancel the booking... this was the worst experience... as after that we got to look for another homestay... and then when checked our credit card, payment has been made!

• Yuping (4/5): Stay away from this property! Be aware of the bookings that mentioned "payment handled by the proper - All I can say is the location and the view. I don't normally give reviews especially bad ones, however I have to say something about my experience with this property. A. The hostile attitude of the host/property manager. He demanded we pay all in cash including additional 42% service charges and fees more than what booking.com confirmed plus the damage deposit. We were shocked as it was not mentioned at all during our few communications prior to check in. When we tried to dispute, he said we can cancel but we didn't book anything else and did not want to end up on the street in a foreign country. All I can tell you is do not book any property (in KL) that says "property will handle payments ". Read the fine print first or cancel it right away. B. There are crokroches in the apartment. When we mentioned it to the host, along with a few other issues, the host demanded us to move out within an hour, which was impossible for us as we were already outside. We ended again staying the four nights we book as we did not want to be locked out when we were out. C. The bedding sheets smell like they were not washed and changed (you know what i mean). We had to wash the pillow cases but I couldn't bear to use the pillows as they were disgusting with yellow stains all over. I hope there were no bedbugs. D. The master bathroom smells mold as soon as I open the door. I am allergic to mold and dust, and were coughing like hell every night.

• Andy (9/5): Unexpected surprises, never been charged a deposit to rent a room before and double quoted price! - What breakfast? Was quoted 94 RM but after taxes was 173RM! Unexpected to say the least, then was informed that a 200RM deposit would be required! It gets better,though! It was a studio apartment but was informed I would have to share living room and kitchen with another person who had a room adjacent! Then I jumped in the shower which was cold to cap things off! Contacted hotel personnel and was told there was a hot water switch outside room on opposite side of door entrance! Ok, so had a great shower next morning! Beautiful view from 30th floor!
• Husni (8/5): Please improved more on the cleaning part - The unit is spacious but the bedsheets need to at least change to the new one i could see stains on it.And the floor below the bed also have some dirt.Just a minor2 thing which can be improved The carpark charges and abit narrow for big car is abit of risk when driving a MPV car
