• valentina (10/5): ottima esperienza - Tutto perfetto! Sono arrivata 2 ore prima dell'orario di check in e mi hanno fatto accedere alla camera senza problemi. Viene data la disponibilità di lasciare le valigie sia prima del check in che dopo il check out.
• Renato (3/5): Substandard service. Poor facility. Decadent room. Good location - Location On my arrival nobody was in attendance. Interaction with facility occurred only via txt message and just 1 call from arrogant manager. To access the facility I had to wait for the help from another guest. Room smelled of tobacco. Broken sink. Shower not working. Room style grey, closer to decadent porno room. Manager refused request to provide fiscal invoice suggesting to wait 12 days.

• Susana (7/5): Buen lugar para estadía corta - La ubicación. Cama cómoda. Luminoso. Limpio. A la ducha le falta uno de los paneles de cierre y se moja el inodoro y el piso del baño cada vez que te duchas. Para personas corpulentas puede resultar incómodo el espacio del inodoro/bidet/ingreso a ducha.

• Anna (3/5): Poor - Unfortunately, my stay at this property was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff member tried to check me into a standard room instead of the deluxe room I had booked. When I pointed this out, he was argumentative and dismissed both my confirmation number and the hotel’s own booking email. After a long discussion, he eventually gave me the correct room. He also attempted to charge me €30 more than the confirmed booking price, even after including the city tax. The room itself was in poor condition: the furniture was old and dirty — the sofa, in particular, was covered in greasy stains. A yellowed, outdated refrigerator stood awkwardly on top of a chest of drawers in the middle of the room. It was working, but didn’t actually cool. The bed linen, pillows, blanket, and mattress all felt old and unpleasant, with visible yellow stains. The shower handle was broken, and water was leaking from the entire hose. The only positive thing I can mention is the convenient location. But overall, this stay did not meet expectations and certainly didn’t reflect the images or description provided online.
• Ana (6/5): It is ok if you are not to fussy, mainly sightseeing and just need a place to crash afterwards. - - The area is safe and central. - Mattresses were comfortale - Working AC - Fridge - For Rome, good value for money - Polite, kind staff - Clean - "Late" check-in (we arrived at 8:45 PM) costs €20 in cash. Which for a "hotel" is really cheeky. - Comminication beforehand was a bit slow and they were not proactive at providing infos. - The rooms are not well isolated, so you hear everything from the neighboring rooms to the street. - The bathroom is really a bit of a disaster. The shower door is missing, so the water floods the bathroom. Toilet seat is broken. The design is really bad and uncomfortable. Cracking, loud door.
• Xhenana (9/5): Overall, a good experience, but there’s room for improvement in consistency. - The location was great and the place was clean, which we really appreciated. At first, the staff were very responsive and helpful, but that changed as the stay went on — communication became more difficult.
• Ricardo (8/5): Very nice stay besides the bathroom issue. - Great location. Very safe area near embassies and good restaurants near by. The building felt very safe and easy to access. The AC worked great. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning crew was very helpful also. Check in was easy and Sharif was very courteous and helpful. The room faced the street and it had a beautiful window that we opened every morning to hear to sounds of the city. A big plus. The bathroom. 1. Toilet falling apart. 2. Missing half of the shower door. Small.
