🔸Street parking is available for EUR 3 per hour from 08:00 to 18:00 with a limit of 3 hours per day. but you can park for free in front of the unit if that's available.
🔸The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. To prevent causing inconvenience for the neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a sound detector which, in case there is a loud sound in the apartment, the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. (the sound detector is not able to hear or record anything but the sound volume| we fully respect your privacy)
🔸For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in.
Kindly note that, as this is a private accommodations (not a hotel), these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible.
🔸We want to keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all our guests, so smoking inside the home isn’t allowed. If smoking is detected indoors, a €200 cleaning fee will apply to cover professional air cleaning and deodorizing services.

- Anke (10/5): Klasse Appartment in top Lage - Super Lage, alles blitzsauber, ruhig und sehr bequeme Betten. Dankeschön für Wein und Kaffee :) Ein bisschen mehr Küchenausstattung wäre gut, sonst nichts.

- Mojtaba (10/5): - Es war ein wirklich großartiger Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Alles entsprach genau den Angaben und Fotos auf Booking. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Von all den Unterkünften, in denen wir bisher auf unseren Reisen übernachtet haben, war diese definitiv eine der besten. Die Dekoration war wunderschön und mit viel Geschmack gestaltet. Besonders möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit hervorheben – es war wirklich extrem sauber, sauberer als erwartet. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.👍

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und wir hatten überall guten Zugang. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Check-in fand genau zur vereinbarten Zeit statt. Der Willkommenswein und Netflix waren ein besonderes Highlight. Sehr zu empfehlen!💪

- Aaron (8/5): - reasonable apartment. Most pricy accommodation I've stayed in. Can sleep 5-6 but I was solo. Appreciated the complimentary wine. Why is the shower head clasp broken everywhere I go? Right next to a main road so expect sirens. Capital city prices but not a capital city.
