- Jill (10/5): Great property in a great location with lovely owners. - Such a lovely place in a great location. Really close to loads of shops and restaurants but really quiet. Very well equipped. The owners were super helpful and responsive and very understanding when we locked ourselves out! Nothing. It was exactly what we hoped for.
- Katrina (10/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay in Baños del Agua, although only a minutes walk away from restaurants and bars the house was incredibly quiet and the beds are really comfortable. The roof terrace was a wonderful addition to enjoy the springtime sunshine. We stayed locally for dinners each evening and loved in particular Casa Gabriel- the food is incredible. The house had everything we needed and Marco was an outstanding host - always quick to respond to any queries.

- Emily (10/5): Great stay, excellent hospitality - We loved our stay. The host was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed, checked in regularly, and offered recommendations. Above and beyond, in my opinion! The apartment itself was lovely and had all one needed to throw together a coffee or tapa (including oil, spices, coffee, tea, water kettle, fully equipped kitchen). This was super appreciated as the basics were already provided. This was true in the bathroom as well (soup, body wash, shampoo, conditioner). Very grateful we ended up here! Gracias por el buen trato!

- Natalia (6/5): - it always has hot water. An apartment from the Middle Ages, everything is old and creaky. The apartment is divided into three floors, the top floor with a bed, a family space and a cozy kitchen. The nearest parking lot is a 5-minute walk away. We had to take all the equipment with us on foot with the two children. If we had known this in advance, we would have booked another place. We had a clogged sink, the host came immediately to fix the problem and we were asked to take care of the house's facilities.

- Kevin (9/5): -

A recommander ! Wifi parfois capricieuse
- Deborah (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Perfect location, super comfy beds, the shower was fantastic (rain shower with a wand and side jets), tall enough even for us (6’4”)! The kitchen was fully stocked and if you wanted to cook, you had everything you need, but honestly, there was a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner just steps away. The terrace was perfect for a coffee watching the sun rise and Marco was so kind and accommodating. He even got us a taxi to get to the train. I can’t think of anything I would change about this lovely spot. It was perfect! Nothing.
- Sarah (10/5): Great location for Granada visit - Great location with easy access to buses to get to Alhambra and train station. Right in the middle of Albayzin, it is a great place to see Granada. I never met the host in person, but had a lot of helpful conversation, with lots of tips for things to do and places to eat. The apartment is a lovely place to stay and the kitchen was small but well equipped. No microwave, but we did not require this.
- elizabeth (10/5): Adorable house with exposed rafters, a small rooftop terrace, and a wonderful host. We were left a bottle of wine. Mar - Clean, good location, house has character. Cafes and shops are in the same block so very convenient.
Owner is very easy and let us drop bags early.
- Blanchet (9/5): -
- Renaldo (10/5): Le bonheur assuré - Top , moderne et magnifique endroit. Rien
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a real little gem located in the heart of the very authentic Albaicin district with a few restaurants and all amenities nearby, parking 100 meters away, easily accessible from the city center by bus lines 31 and 32. Marco is an exceptional host. Nothing.
- Barbara (10/5): Lovely renovated house with all the amenities. The host was very helpful and attentive. -
- Jc (4/5): Potential that Needs work - The old charm, the kitchen, and the laundry was useful. The awkward rooftop. The host communicated well remotely. The mold smell was so strong made us feel unwell. We couldn’t use the AC because the moldy air intensified. Couldn’t not open the windows because there were no screens and the bugs were coming in. The apartment was dirty, the furniture shabby and overall disorganized and messy. The apartment is located in a historic area with amazing charm great to visit but not to stay. Not many good restaurants, had trouble finding taxis and very difficult ti walk to the center.
- Cynthia (10/5): The apartment was a slice of heaven in a busy town. - The place was absolutely beautiful, spacious and handsomely decorated. There is even a rooftop balcony where you can enjoy a splendid rooftop view. The location was amazing; central yet very quiet. We slept very well there. Marco was very helpful and attentive, we felt very well taken care of. We would definitely go there again! There was nothing we didn’t like.
- Mengtan (10/5): Exceptional - Located near restaurants, monuments, outlooks of Alhambra but also very quiet and residential.
Has the feeling of a full home, one room on each floor and extra loft + rooftop.
Host is very accessible and provided helpful tipis No microwave - not a big deal though!
- Jacquie (10/5): Thank you we have fond memories of our Granada holiday - Love the apartment it is very chic modern and clean with everything provided for a very comfortable stay.
The location is perfect to walk everywhere and discover little bars or cafes or catch the tourist train or local bus. Close to everything but still quiet and a safe neighbourhood.
Marco is a kind and generous host providing plenty of useful information for exploring the local area and surroundings.
I hope we can return sometime soon
- Elham (10/5): A home away from home in a beautiful city. - Everything! Wonderful neighborhood in Granada. One of the better places we have stayed. The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Felt so comfortable we had a hard time leaving! We spent a lot of mornings on the terrace. And the host was very welcoming and hospitable.
- Evelyne (4/5): We never met the host but clearly a wonderful man- he guided us to various restaurants- - Location Bedding not too great.
Old house with a strong smell- maybe walls need painted. Overall the apartment was good. A lots of stairs leading to the bathroom/shower. If you wake up many times a night; that will be a problem.
- David (10/5): A charming authentic stay with a very helpful host. -
- Genevieve (7/5): Good -
- Sari-mari (10/5): Excellent choice! - Baños del agua was a fantastic situated in Albacyn, great connections to everywhere. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and we didn’t miss anything. Very clean and so quiet at nights, we had a really good sleep! The host is super and very helpful👍
- Maciej (10/5): Would be happy to come back again! - Very comfortable and fully equipped apartment. Very kind owner with very helpful communication.
- Cheryl (8/5): A quaint cottage nestled in the heart of Albayzín, equipped with everything you need. The host was excellent and readily - Modern and well equipped
- Julie (10/5): SIMPLY THE BEST - First of all, a BIG THANK YOU for the exceptional host Marco who provided us with prompt and efficient service/response including excellent information on attractions, restaurants and transportation. He went the extra mile in organizing a taxi for us to go to the airport early in the morning on the day of our departure.
The house (including a roof terrace) is very clean and beautifully decorated. The living area, bedrooms and the bathroom are heated, so it was cosy and warm. The two bedrooms are quiet and spacious (we stayed in the downstairs bedroom) with super comfortable bed. The shower is excellent. Marco has thought of all the needs in terms of facilities and amenities in the house to make us feel at home.
The house is located within walking distance to restaurants (including a flamenco performance), shops and bus stops (to attractions and downtown). Everything was super easy with the help and guidance from Marco.
Marco has made our stay in Granada special and memorable, he is simply THE BEST. We highly recommend Banos del Agua and will happily return. Wish we could stay longer
- Elmy (10/5): Exceptional - We like to stay in the Albaicin when visiting Granada and this place was perfect given it was less than 5 mins to the Mirador San Nicolas and the Granada Mosque.
Around the corner is Plaza Larga with the best pasteles and a great breakfast spot.
Small shops, several bars, at least 2 bakeries and a fishmonger. Oh and a morning market.
Apartment comes with two beds, one downstairs in separate room. The upstairs one is part of a studio with the living room/TV/kitchen
Bathroom is downstairs and spacious with a powerful rainfall shower with always available hot water. And a wi fi connected towel rack !
Above that is a medieval looking stairs to a very small terrace. I suspect that section is hundreds of years old and well preserved.
Stayed here for 5 nights and it was well worth it.
Host Marco was very hospitable. Nothing really. I do note there was no microwave (but did have a fully equipped kitchen and oven and Nespresso machine).
- Rachel (10/5): Great location with a bonus patio vie, close to a supermarket and local restaurants. - The host was helpful and had lots of good recommendations. The place was clean and comfortable. The location was local with lots of good restaurants and places to walk to. Nothing
- Kimberly (10/5): Perfect in all ways - Beautiful architecture, lovely design, interesting neighborhood, everything was perfect. The terrace was a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine. Nothing
- Bahareh (9/5): Superb -
- Kristina (10/5): The apartment that has a soul - The location is great - in a historical area where you never get tired of walking. the apartment has a special spirit, you really don’t want to leave it. everything is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The terrace is just special love in my heart. From the photo it seemed small, but in fact it was just big enough to spend wonderful evenings there and admire the stars or drink morning coffee while the birds sing. The owner of the apartment is a wonderful and friendly person, he gave us a lot of recommendations on what to visit in Granada. thank you for everything! we will definitely come back!
- Michal (10/5): Excellent - Great location to hang around Albayzin, Sacromonte with viewpoints, lovely corners... Close to Alhambra. You can be in the heart of Albayzin and feel its spirit!
It is the two-storey with everything you need. Very good contact with the owner. The shorter you stay the more you regret leaving this place
- Beata (10/5): House is execellent. - A wonderful, atmospheric house in the heart of Albazin. Finished with attention to detail. Perfect contact with the owner.
- Joao (10/5): Exceptional - All perfect! Confortable and stylish house, nice terrace on the roof! Marco was very Helpful all the time. All went Good
- Kevin (9/5): We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. - Marco and the house were both key points for us enjoying our stay here, he was always ready to help with any inquiries and/or advice extremely quickly and is a fantastic communicator. Everything has been thought of in this beautiful stone and wooden town house, it’s clean, super quiet, well stocked with kitchenware and appliances, has washing facilities and good internet. There we felt that we were living like a local, eating like kings and enjoying the surroundings of an authentic Spanish southern village lifestyle. A plus was the cosy terrace for a glass of wine at night and where we could see a beautiful sunset. The city is a short bus ride away or a glorious walk (for the fit) with spectacular views on your journey. We will return. N/A
- Jennifer (10/5): Gorgeous home away from home in the heart of the Albaicin neighbourhood - Great location, very well cleaned.
- Miguel (10/5): Exceptional house. 13 days enjoyed it very much. - Great location 30 meters from Plaza Larga and 5 min. Walk to Mirador de San Nicolas. Close to two bus stops.
This a house not an apartment. It has been restored to very high standards and is very attractive. The bathroom is large and the shower is great. Well equipped kitchen. The beds are very confortable. Marco the owner will be glad to tell you the story about the property. Well worth it.
House is very quiet. No street noise. Nothing
- Michael (9/5): Superb - The location is great! They need to replace the chairs on the rooftop patio, they are old and broken.
- Joan (10/5): You won't regret having chosen this location. - Excellent location and lovely restored house with original wooden ceiling. Highly recommended for those willing to get in close touch with history and authenticity.
- Parth (10/5): Exceptional -
