Supuestamente tenía una suite superior con vista…vean las fotos de la ventana vista a un patio interno y el baño sin ninguna barrera en la ducha, todo el baño mojado, súper incómodo.

De quàdruple va passar a doble perquè l'encarregat deia que no necessitàvem 4 llits. Tampoc tenia allò que deia que tenia: caixa forta, escriptori, etc que sí que sortia a les fotos. I ens van cobrar el mateix.

The apartment was beautifully clean, modern, and very well located — just a short walk from the historic center, but still in a quiet, peaceful area. The space was bright and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The host was kind and helpful, always responsive and easy to communicate with. It felt like staying in a home, not just a rental. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!

• Dilani (4/5): Great location, not so great hotel - The location was excellent The hotel didn't accept crredit card payment at check in, they said their system was down. Hence forced us to pay cash upon arrival streight from the airport. The guy checking us in said that if we didn't pay (cash) they can't give us the room key. We had just arrived, streight from the airport with kids after a 17 hour flight . Desperately needed the room and was forced to use the ATM to pull out cash to pay. When asked for a receipt, teh guy weas hesitatnt to provide upon request as the guy checking us in said it would take time. l insisted on waiting for the receipt as i had just paid a lumpsome in cash - when they finally provided the recieipt, it ooked like it was typed out on a word document, not at all progessional or legit looking. We were charged for breakfast, but what was provided was sub par, and cold. And took about 15 mins to prepair. So, if you are in a hurry to get to your tour etc, make sure you allot time for breakfast as nothing will be prepared untill you sit down for breakfast. Room refresh with towels, toilet paper etc was non existent, during our 5 day stay, we had to ask for toilet paper and towels to be changed.

• Mayank Singh (1/5): Won’t recommend to anyone - Nothing The room was dingy. They claim on the site that they have flexible check in and we can check out any time but that’s completely wrong. I asked them for a late check out for which they agreed initially when I checked in at 1230 in the morning but later in the day they said that I will have to check out at 12 Pm even though I had categorically asked them that I wanted to extend till 3 Pm. One staff confirmed the same but when I can e for check out, the staff asked for extra cash . To avoid a situation I paid offf the money and left . The worst customer experience ever.

• Rockytiger (8/5): Perfect location in downtown - The Location in downtown near Talaat Harb Street and behind AlAbd Pastry shop and Elshawarby street , Very convenient to go everywhere , Staffs very friendly specially Mr.Mohsen in the reception Housekeeping nobody will clean the room unless you inform them before ! The lift have problem sometimes .
• Capt. Mohammed Shaji (5/5): - Location. Difficult Accessibility. Taxi cannot reach hotel location. Had to carry all luggage to main road to take the Taxi. Hotel boys helped in carrying the luggage to. Main road but they ask excessive money to carry the luggage to the taxi. No lift from ground floor to reception. Hotel staff is only concerned about upgrades and extra payments. Even half an hour late checkout is not accepted when the whole hotel was unbooked and empty. The staff pressurises an hour before checkout by repeated calls to rooms.

• Pedroza (1/5): Do not book this place!! Over priced and doesn’t look nothing like the pictures you see on line. - Staff was nice and helpful. If you book this place know that your room will not look like the one in the pictures. Do not book through Expedia unless you want to over pay by 200%. I only received one toilet paper roll for a 5 day stay with a family of 4. Breakfast is the exact same thing daily and my daughter got really sick after eating the breakfast egg which was about the only thing we were able to eat. If you have a family do not stay here! Also, expect the worst and you won’t feel let down.

Bags need to be carried from the main road Hotel staff refused to extend checkout by one hour and insisted on charging for the same They claim breakfast is included but rest assured it is not worth it. They serve you a plated breakfast which is pathetic. Reviews were good on booking.com but they are all fabricated do not go by the good Reviews and get scammed like we did I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone

• Hayley (3/5): Great staff, safe, limited luxuries - Staff were very friendly and welcoming and made the stay feel safe as a solo female traveller. The rooms were incredibly loud with the street outside. Could hear peoples conversations through the walls. Very difficult to find and had trouble every time I got in an uber or taxi. Ended up just setting my drop off/pick up point at a near by patisserie. Rooms were okay for cleanliness however entry, staircase etc, were dirty. Rooms and bathroom small. Breakfast was a tray of food, mostly inedible. Beds weren’t comfortable, limited pillows and small and thin doonas. I couldn’t have stayed more than 2 nights and I would have left early if the staff weren’t so great and made it feel so safe.

Estuvimos una noche, la habitación muy bien el aire funcionaba bien y por sobre todo había buena conexión de internet así que si vale la pena alojarse aquí. Fue difícil encontrarlo ya que la dirección es en la avenida pero luego tenes que caminar dentro de los pasillos para encontrarla nos llevó unos varios minutos. Pero si se puede creo que todo en el Cairo es así.

Если бы сказали честно то мы бы сходили в кафе и хорошо провели время, а так просидели 2 часа после дороги, и даже чая не предложили. -Маленькая столовая, на завтрак нужно приходить пораньше чтобы не ждать. -Парковка на тесной улице.

• Susan (6/5): Good location, but lower all other expectations. - Location. Public areas (original architectural features). Being offered the chance to cancel Booking.com booking on arrival? Staff (manager looked scruffy and didn’t present a good first impression), insistence that we accept an ‘upgrade’ (a room with four beds is NOT an upgrade when two people have booked a double room). • Reanne (10/5): Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en rustig gelegen in downtown Cairo. - De locatie was perfect. dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en toch heel rustig gelegen. Direct naast het hotel zat een ATM machine, een klein supermarktje en een supergezellig en lekker restaurant. Zo had je alles bij de hand. Perfect! Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en heeft ons ook nog heel goed geholpen bij onduidelijkheden met tickets voor de nachttrein naar Aswan. Ze hebben toen in het Arabisch contact gelegd met de operator. Heel fijn! niets. We waren tevreden
