• Päivi (10/5): - Asunto oli loistava. Tosi viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Hyvin sai nukuttua! Lähistöllä mukava puisto (Maardu metsapark) johon kannattaa tutustua. Asuntohan on kaukana keskustasta, mutta itse tarkoituksella otin tämän. Mukana koira ja auto.

• Tiina Bies (3/5): Onneksi oli vain yksi yö sillä - Asunnon siisteys Rakennus oli aivan järjetön bunkkeri. Hissiä ei ollut ja joutui kiipeämään viidenteen kerrokseen rappusia kuin slummissa. Rappukäytävä likainen ja verinen. Todella epämääräinen seutu.
• Ieva (9/5): Kopumā esam apmierināti, ka palikām šajā dIvoklī. Ļoti laba cenas un kvalitātes attiecība. - Ļoti mājīgi un jauki izremontēts dzivoklis. Padomāts par visu nepieciešamo. Mēs pavadījām jauku ģimenes vakaru ar puzles likšanu 😄 Gulta čīkst, kas naktī tomēr traucē.

• Ikauniece (5/5): Neiesaku - Dzīvoklis pietiekami plašs 3 civēku ģimenei ar dzīvnieku (suni). Ērtas gultas. Smirdīga kāpņu telpa, kur;a bija dzīvnieku izkārnījumi un urīns. Tāpat cigarešu dūmi. Lai uzkāptu līdz 5. stāvam, bija jāiziet cauri šim smakas avotam. Biriesmīgi. Vannas istabas tīrība - dušas kabīnē nebija mazgāti stikli un iztīrīts ziepju trauka paliknis. Tur stāvēja izjukuša ziepju trauka detaļas. Trauki virtuvē ieputējuši.
• Ковалёва (8/5): - Подъезд не такой страшный, как его описывают.😁 Есть стиралка, нету порошка. Очень хорошая слышимость, пару раз просыпались от шума в коридоре или громкой музыки с утра. Холодно очень, батареи не спасают.

• Aleksandr (8/5): - Прекрасная, функциональная квартира. Все необходимое имеется. Несмотря на старый дом, никакой слышимости. За 10 дней вообще никого не слышали, тихие соседи. Легкое заселение по инструкции. Не было проблем с парковкой. Очень отзывчивая и приятная хозяйка, всегда быстро отвечала на любые вопросы. Все было хорошо!

• Squizz (9/5): Lühiajaline peatumine. - Hubane väike ja avar korter. Kõik on olemas... Kööginurk koos kõige vajalikuga, Puhas ja soe vannituba, wc. Hästi sisustatud korter. Hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on suurepärane. Sisse registreerimine oli paindlik ega sõltunud kellast. Julgen soovitada... Voodi oli keskelt kergelt lohkus, selg jäi natuke kangeks. Vannitoa lävepakk oli lahti. Sissepääsu võtmega oli korraks mure kuid see lahendati kiiresti.

• Ave (9/5): - Kontrastina maja välisilmele on see korter leidlikult sisustatud, puhas ja õdus. Köögist leidsime kõik vajalikud tarvikud eine valmistamiseks ja serveerimiseks. Parkisime tänavale, maja juures ruumi polnud. Naabrid olid öösel vaiksed, kuid korteri voodi ägiseb iga liigutuse peale. Meeldis kontaktivaba ligipääs.

• Luka (4/5): Disappointing stay, poor cleanliness and uncomfortable bed - Apartment itself is well renovated and has a kitchen and a washing machine. 5th floor with no elevator. Room was superficially cleaned: Carpet was dirty and had animal hair in it, limescale on everything, something spilled in the fridge. For a stay with a baby (Which I mentioned we're coming with) the level of cleanliness was not acceptable. Main bed is ruined, it squeaks and is uncomfortable. My garden shed has a better lock than the apartment. Old soviet era building with a horrible staircase that smells of piss. Someone even puked on the stairs. The place is priced fairly, but at the very least the apartment-related issues have to be resolved for it to be a satisfying stay. I'm budget oriented, but I'd rather spend 2 or even 3 times as much to stay at highly-rated hotel in the center than here.

• Sandra (10/5): - The apartment is comfortable and modern. Everything is clean and tidy. There was one problem, but the hostess solved it quickly. I felt safe in the neighborhood.
• Sandra (8/5): Prima uitgeruste studio op een interessante locatie. - Ideale ligging, vlak bij de autostrade naar Tallinn en toch rustig. (een appartementsblok in een woonwijk) De studio is voorzien van alle comfort met een goed uitgeruste keuken . Er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig die je mag gebruiken. Laat je zeker niet afschrikken door de buitenkant van het gebouw. Het is wat aftands maar verder helemaal ok. De binnenkant staat in positieve zin helemaal in contrast met de buitenkant. De auto kan je veilig parkeren aan de ingang van het gebouw (ook al lijkt het misschien niet zo op het eerste zicht). Hou er rekening mee dat de studio op de 5e verdieping ligt en dat er geen lift is in het gebouw. De trap is breed en stevig. We hadden het geluk dat het een zonnige dag was. Dit betekende ook dat de studio vrij warm was. Een tip kan zijn om op deze dagen een ventilator te voorzien.

• Markéta (9/5): - Velmi milá a ochotná paní hostitelka. Okolí bytu je poměrně strašidelné, o to víc jsme byli nadšeni bytem samotným. Určitě doporučujeme i ostatním a rádi se sem vrátíme vše bylo OK

• Argo (8/5): Next time I hope place is vacant, when I´m taking trip to Maardu. - Apartment was great. Clean and everything seemed to be taken care of before arrival. Whole building is in horrible state. Apartment door lock also needs to be changed. Struggeled alot sometimes to get door open. Otherways very good for the value.

• Jiří (9/5): Superb - Perfect communication with the owner. Beautiful apartment, quietness in the location and inside the building. Plenty of parking spaces on the street and in the vicinity. Just the entrance to the building and access to the apartment was a little scary ... at least for my family! However, that was just the first feeling. I would come back here anytime :)

• Yuka (10/5): Modern and clean room with equipped kitchen - Friendly and communicative host. The room was modern, clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. A bus stop and supermarkets are close to the place. Check in and out was easy! note : city bus card does not work (24h ticket) to go to this accomodation as it is a different area.

• Max (9/5): Good, clean and safe place to stay at for a few nights. - The interior was renovated to good standard, and equipped with all needed equipment. The apartment was calm and safe with a view. The exterior was a bit rough, and the apartment was on the third floor without lift.
• Sandra (10/5): It was very relaxing and comfortable. - Nice open space, had kitchen tools so I could cook. Bed was too squeky.
• Justinstane (10/5): Great stay for amazing price - Great room for excellent value. It is freshly renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - toiletries, pots, towels, iron and a hairdryer. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Tallinn is just 20 minutes away, neighbourhood is peaceful and quite. I would highly recommend it. 5th floor and no elevator could be a challenge for some, but it didn't bother us. Floor neighbours were smoking heavily on the general floor's balcony, so be aware if it bothers you. Other than that we really have no negative comments, the flat is great for the price.

Cheap price The building looks bad, the staircase and hall next to the apartment door are untidy, always can smell alcohol and cigarettes. Even in the apartment there was a smell of cigarettes all the time. Neighbourhood and parking didn’t seem safe. Many drunk people wondering around..

Incredibly quiet surroundings, a grocery store in near vicinity. The bed is very squeaky. Light sleepers should choose the couch - it is big enough for two persons and really comfy.

In the kitchen almost everything you need for cooking (plates, pots, pans, oil, sugar, coffee, bowls, glasses, fridge etc). Also loved the kitchen island. Main bed super soft and comfy (but squeaking). Quite pretty view. Stores close enough. Outside door locked. Helpful neighbours 🥰. Apartment quite quiet. And again, very pretty interior. It was perfect for two of us. Room separable by curtain. Felt like home 🏡. Quite bad roads around the house. Parking could be a little bit tricky, if you arrive late. 5th floor hard to reach with heavy suitcases. Squeaky bed. Lock of the door is very tricky to open.
