- JIMENA (2/5): Es la casa fantasma - Todo muy limpio Quedamos en hacer el check in al llegar y me mintieron, cuando llegué no había nadie, no me querían abrir la puerta hasta que hiciera el check in por internet de todas las personas que se alojaban, y en ese momento no estábamos todas. Ha sido una experiencia horrible. No hay nadie, todo online

- de la Torre Muñoz (8/5): Mejorable - La ubicación y limpieza. Los colchones de las camas individuales. Falta de mantenimiento (cajones, despensa, falta de escoba u recogedor) Poca calidad mobiliario.
- Sara (7/5): Casi casi consigue el 10/10… - Genial para un fin de semana. Buenas instalaciones y ubicación, todo a unos 15-30 minutos andando. Está cerca el parking Alhondiga con buen precio desde la app telpark (recomendado!) No hay cubos de basura ni en el baño ni en la cocina. Pero lo peor es la calidad de las almohadas, que son muy blandas, sin forma e incómodo al dormir. (Sofá sin cojines, no hay opción a sustituto para la almohada de la cama)

Camas pequeñas No avisan en booking que al finalizar la reserva la estancia bloquea o retiene una fianza en tu cuenta.

- Zekeriya (6/5): Pleasant - Nice, clean and large apartment: location is perfect. All of the windows are not functional. With a little push, they are open. I did not feel safe and I carried all my valuable stuff with me.

- Kozera (8/5): Comfortable, clean apartment in an excellent location for exploring Bilbao - Location was excellent - easy walk to everywhere and lots of bars and restaurants around. The host provided a city map and showed us where things were on it, and also gave us recommendations for places to eat and drink. Decent Eroski shop just next door for groceries. Host recommended the Indautxu Plaza car park which was about an 8 minute walk away. We paid a lot as it was Europa League final week, I'm sure the normal price point is great value for a clean, comfortable, well located apartment.
- Wendy (9/5): Reasonable Location, Nice secure & well supplied property - Had to have access to WhatsApp to gain initial access but once in lovely & secure accommodation. Shame it was the hottest weekend of the year and no aircon but that was exception issue. The apartment had everything you could need for a long weekend. Bathroom had shower gel & shampoo, plenty of towels. Wifi available. Good Kitchen. We couldn't work out TV easily but that was only a small thing as not in property long enough. Already mentioned Air con, although there were Fans which would probably be enough normally. Ideally would have liked to have had access to property earlier and leave later but understand cleaning requirement times especially as private property.
