• Janet (8/5): Despite the comments above we enjoyed our stay - It was in a lovely position and very clean No information book for instructions or local amenities. Poor kitchen equipment, no chopping board or binliners, dishcloth etc. The towels were obviously brand new and hadn’t been washed so they were poor driers. No smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detectors! Surprisingly!

Kontaktaufnahme zu Marco war sehr gut. Hat schnell geantwortet. Einfacher Check-In. Frische Wäsche wurde nach einer Woche zur Verfügung gestellt- super.. Vielen Dank! /
• Courtanay (1/5): Absolutely Dreadful - I don’t think there was anything I liked about the property. It was an awful stay and I certainly wouldn’t return. The apartment was absolutely revolting it stunk it seems there is definitely a drain problem. The apartment was so hot it was unbearable and this made the smell worse. The fan that was provided wasn’t working, I messaged the owner to see if there was any chance of getting a new fan but had no reply. There was at least 1 cockroach to deal with every night inside of the property. The smell was so bad we couldn’t eat food inside of the property we had to eat out every day causing more expense. There was a bag of bedding in the main living area which was all stained.
• Harrad (8/5): Nice location, clean and tidy apartment - enjoyable stay - The property was self catering and fairly well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The private pool was good and was cleaned regularly. The complex was kept clean and tidy and there not any groups of youngsters so reasonably quiet, although to be honest we were out all day exploring the area. The communication could have been a bit better as I didn't receive the instructions on how to enter the complex until after we had landed and were on our way to the complex. I would like to suggest to the host that perhaps a printed card with details of WIFI code, how to work the T.V. where the nearest shop is and where to take the rubbish would have been handy, however we did work these things out but just took us a bit longer.

• Colin (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Marco's Senator Suite – A Hidden Gem! My stay at Marco's Senator Suite was absolutely fant - There was nothing to dislike. It was a great apartment. In a beautiful area. The host was always available to answer questions

• Nigel (9/5): Superb - Really well equipped apartment. Clean but does have a drain smell as do a lot of places in the area. Communication was good. No issues finding the place or gaining access. It's a little way out but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants etc so no issue unless you're a little less mobile. Didn't actually use the pool but it looked really nice, was cleaned every day without fail and was always quiet if you just want to relax. Bit of a sun trap though, even in February. Would definitely recommend and should we ever return to Costa Teguise would stay here again without any hesitation. One piece of advice for the owner would be to provide information on where bins are located for recycling etc Also we couldn't work out how to get the TV to work. When switched on it was very loud. The remote didn't appear to adjust the volume so we just switched it off again. A few instructions wouldn't go amiss.
• Jennyl (9/5): Nice break would visit again - Clean, everything you needed good location Noise from neighbours upstairs talked very loudly from 7am each Morning and it echoed down the yard, but ear plugs sorted this / pool freezing
• Jane (7/5): Could be better - The apartment is in a quiet location on a small and lovely complex with a fantastic and very quiet pool. The bed was very comfortable, good storage, lovely patio at the front. Communication was poor. We were still chasing information about where we go and how to get into the apartment when we arrived. There was a problem with the outside light and we had to message more than once to get a response - it was then mended. There was no information about anything, we had problems working out how to use the electrical appliances, the code for the outside gate got got changed and we were not notified. The photos of the apartment are old. It now looks a little tired, cushions and outside sofa were missing. The bin had no lid and consequently smelt as did the bathroom.

• Mairead (7/5): Nice apartment, good value for money, host responsive and did try to resolve issues as well as possible. - Nice location, bright, smart tv. Quiet complex. Good value for money. Host responsive and does try his best to resolve issues timely. No aircon, only one fan and it gets stuffy at night. No shower ventilation. Washing machine was not working and found two cockroaches. Curtain and couch cover are stained and need replacing. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Pool is very deep and not that suitable for kids.
• Lesley (9/5): Great apartment in great location - Location was fantastic. The property was clean and comfortable and well equipped for self catering. The complex was lovely, very peaceful and quiet. Nice pool area. We had an issue with the sink as others have mentioned but this was dealt with quickly and we had a new one installed. Someone came to look at the washing machine and a part is on order. It didn't really bother us as we only had a short stay. Communication with the host was good. Nothing
• Brendan (8/5): Lovely complex - Location was ideal. Complex is very clean and quiet. Apartment was comfortable but little things need to be addressed. Leak in the sink in the bathroom which apparently other guests had reported previously but was not fixed. All locks on doors need to be updated... very flimsy. Washing machine was broken however this had not been reported before our arrival and once we notified the owner he promised to have it repaired. One toilet roll. I would definitely stay at this complex again but not sure about the apartment.

There was washing up liquid, washing machine pods, iron, hairdryer. The pool is clean and maintained daily. Nice and chilled pool area with loungers. Short walk to nearby bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Nothing 😊

On top of that the swimming pool is extra clean. We’ll come back for sure and recommend this to all our friends coming to Lanzarote. Thank you very much
• Malcolm (9/5): Really lovely apartment slightly let down by the lack of air conditioning or fan for the bedroom. If it had either of th - Really well laid out apartment, very comfortable, close to pool area, lovely patio area and within walking distance of all resort main facilities (15-20 minutes) We did find it quite warm in the bedroom at night even with the windows open ( no a/c ). Would have benefited from an oscillating fan in the bedroom.
• Mark (10/5): Outstanding accommodation in a fantastic resort, couldn't ask for more. - The accommodation was superb, set In an excellent location with a fantastic, pristine community pool area. The apartment was everything the photos showed it to be and more, all needs were catered for. Very close to nearby supermarket and shopping areas, and only a short walk to the beach and resort centre. All in all excellent value for what you get, will definitely be staying here again, and Costa Teguise is an absolute gem of a place. Amazing!! No negatives from us, such a relaxing stay.
