• Federico (7/5): Una buona soluzione per chi non ha troppe pretese e cerca la comodità logistica. - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per tre notti. La posizione è eccellente: a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e situato in una via vivace, ricca di locali e vinerie. Sebbene l'esterno dell'edificio non faccia un'ottima impressione, l'interno è funzionale, dotato di ascensore e accesso con chiave elettronica. L'appartamento al settimo piano è spazioso e ben attrezzato, anche se un po' datato. Il bagno, pur essendo piccolo, ha una doccia ampia e comoda. Nota di merito assoluta per l'host, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: ci ha persino permesso di lasciare i bagagli in un'altra sua proprietà durante l'ultimo giorno.. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato alcune criticità: la pulizia non era impeccabile e i letti sono risultati scomodi; in particolare, il divano letto ha un materasso molto sottile, adatto solo per brevi soste. Abbiamo notato anche alcune macchie sulla biancheria (lenzuola corte rispetto al materasso) e la mancanza di bagnoschiuma. Anche l'organizzazione degli spazi potrebbe migliorare: nel salotto mancano armadi e quello in camera è difficilmente accessibile perché le ante urtano contro il letto

Check in doveva essere alle 13, poi 14, nel mentre abbiamo cambiato i nostri piani e alle 15.30 ci ha chiesto se avessimo prenotato un appartamento. Pulizia scarsa, soprattutto degli asciugamani che non erano puliti. Non ci sono sedie.

The seamless check-in and check-out process added to the overall pleasant experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit.
