Хозяин очень быстро отвечал и помог разобраться с проблемой, был супер вежлив. Расположение удобное чтобы добраться до вокзала и до центра. Было очень тихо и вид из окна кухни потрясающий. Если буду в Милане еще раз, то обязательно вернусь именно сюда!

• Mohammed Amine (8/5): Séjour très sympa. - Le loft est super bien décoré et très pratique. Notre hôte Jacopo était très attentif à nos requêtes et je l'en remercie. L'appartement est bien situé, un carrefour est à proximité, la station "RER" est juste à coté, l'environnement est sympa. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le loft bénéficiant de deux façades opposées est bien aéré et éclairé. la cuisine encastrée fut une belle surprise. A mon avis il y a moyen d'améliorer le loft: pour la porte coulissante de la SDB, il faut rajouter de bandes de caoutchouc ou mousse pour amortir le contact bois/bois et réduire donc le bruit surtout quand les enfants dormaient dans le séjour. Autre amélioration possible: rajouter une porte coulissante ou pas pour rendre la chambre principale fermée pour préserver l'intimité surtout dans le cas d'un nombre d'hôtes supérieur à deux et pour rendre la chambre plus sombre surtout le matin pour mieux dormir.

• Mammoliti (8/5): Great location, excellent place to stay for a few nights. - Code for keys etc was supposed to be sent to email. An email was sent but the link didnt work. We calledc 2 of the three contacts, one called back to assist but seemed put out that we called and questioned this. Place was a little tired. Great property - but water pressure for shower was terrible.

• oktavya (6/5): It is a spacious, safe, pleasant, high potential apartment but it needs attention. - The apartment is in a quiet and safe apartment building in a very decent neighborhood. The neighbors are quiet and very kind. It is a large, spacious apartment with high ceilings, the bathroom, living room and bedroom are spacious and large and useful. It is a house where I feel safe and happy. I have stayed in this house many times and always felt safe and “at home”. There is a large Esselunga and Carrefour very close by. There are cafes and restaurants on the street of the house. You can easily reach the Duomo on foot or by tarmway 24. The Dateo Metro stop is close by and you can easily reach many centers. The apartment is exactly the same as the pictures. The pillows definitely need to be changed, (if they haven't been changed) there are very good pillows for 5 EUR each in the household goods store. If not fixed, the bed linen should come from the laundry, washed and ironed as it used to be, it was not clean when I stayed. There are a lot of mosquitoes in Milan, mosquito nets on 1-2 windows would be great. Kitchen utensils and kitchen cabinets should be organized (if not already)

• Ted (4/5): Needs Maintenance and CLEANING! - The location was great for us. Close to metro but also, as we enjoy exploring, a 35 minute walk to Piazza Duomo. There is a small grocery market close by. Coffee bars are near but we opted to make our own each morning. The photos are accurate and it looks lovely online. It’s airy and full of light. Spaciously comfortable. An OK residential neighborhood and not overly noisy or busy. There are previous comments for this property highlighting poor maintenance and cleanliness issues. We found this to be still true and alerted the rental company. Hopefully these issues will be addressed. If so, the property could be a gem!
• Oktavya (5/5): Bright, spacious apartment but in need of maintenance - The apartment is in a lovely and safe location, situated in a nice neighborhood. I have stayed at this property many times over the past three years. I really enjoyed this apartment for its calm atmosphere, safety, and the sense of family life within the building. I used to love having coffee in the café right across from the apartment in the mornings, and appreciated having many supermarkets nearby. The overall appearance of the apartment matches the photos. It has high ceilings, is bright and spacious. The bathroom, bedroom, and living room are all large and airy. The general cleanliness of the apartment is sufficient. Entry to the building is done via a link, and it's easy as long as you have an internet connection. Just be careful not to pinch your hand when opening the inner apartment door handle I have stayed in this apartment 7–8 times over the past 3 years, most recently in August 2024. There are recurring issues that could easily be resolved, but I believe the apartment is not being checked or maintained regularly, which is why these problems persist. I hope that my feedback will be taken into account so that this lovely property can receive the attention it truly deserves. Until August 2024, the bed linens were always perfectly white, clean, and ironed. However, during my last stay, they arrived wrinkled, stained, and with hair on them. They were definitely not clean or ironed. When I reported this to the management, they asked for photos. Because I didn’t send any, they did not take my word seriously and didn’t provide clean sheets. The duvet and blanket had a bad smell and didn’t seem clean. The pillows were in very poor condition. In shared rentals, the hygiene of bedding is one of the most important aspects. It should always be washed at high temperatures and ironed. Several maintenance issues also remain unresolved: the kitchen cabinet shelves were loose and never repaired; the screw on the coffee table was missing and wasn’t fixed; there are two vacuum cleaners, but neither works because they are clogged and useless – you really should replace them with a new one. Broken or non-functional items are just shoved into cabinets. There aren’t enough water glasses; some have broken and not been replaced. The console where the kitchen utensils are stored is disorganized and chaotic – it needs proper arrangement. It’s disappointing to see that issues which could be fixed in just a few hours have been left unresolved for years, casting a shadow over an otherwise great place to stay.

The shower needs maintenance, it’s full of limestone and splashes water everywhere. The lights in the main room flickers all the time, clearly bulbs are to change.

Since my son started living in Milan, I have been staying in this apartment during my visits and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. I gifted a stay in this delightful apartment to my friends on April 1-4 and they experienced a pleasant trip to Milan. I wouldn't call it a problem, but I always have trouble opening the door.

• Arzu (9/5): Very pleasant stay! - I stayed here not once but twice and coming November gonna be thrice. My first stay was for 19 days and didn't regret it. I definitely love the place. Cozy and enough space for everything. Small (but enough) kitchen with kitchenware, big bathroom with a washing machine, very silent apartment and surrounding. There are lots of markets and supermarkets in a walking distance. Cafes and restaurants as well. Inside the loft bed area is seperated and there is a small sofa with a TV and a comfy couch. And now it has an AC which is very good for the area in the summer as it is mosquito season in Milan and you hardly open the windows in the evening. We felt very safe staying there and as I often go to Milan, never going to change my place of stay.

Highly recommend. the only negative were the lack of curtains. the windows were blurred but they still let in a lot of light in the mornings.
