Very central with cafes and restaurants all close by, a perfect base for sightseeing and exploring the city. Communication was professional and attentive throughout our stay, thank you!

Die Lage ist hervorragend – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Besonders positiv war der Service: Wenn es eine Frage oder ein kleines Anliegen gab, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Man hat gemerkt, dass den Gastgebern wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Wenn man überhaupt etwas bemängeln möchte, dann höchstens die Lautstärke von der Straße nachts. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit und nur für sehr sensible Menschen.

Would definitely return to this apar - Spotlessly clean and modern apartment in a fantastic location. We had some trouble with hot water on arrival but this was quickly resolved the following day. Very helpful service provided with quick responses. Felt very safe and the location was within easy walking distance of many of the great attractions. It was great having the hot tub to relax in and the robes and slippers were an added bonus.

The whole space was enormous - much bigger than we expected from the photos. Spa was a great addition - just enough to cool off and relax after a day of sight seeing. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to for this place as it genuinely exceeded our expectations and I'd stay here again. Highly recommended. Nothing!

Er was een klein probleempje met de hottub, werd ons verteld bij aankomst, maar dat werd gelijk opgelost zonder dat we er iets van gemerkt hebben. Dus echt perfect!

• Clement (10/5): A very comfortable space for respite between tourist activities - not just a place to sleep. - The apartment was very clean and modern and had all the amenities required for a family stay. Plenty of space with 2 kids and aircon in each space. Balcony Jacuzzi was great to cool down in the afternoons. Great location, easy to get around on foot or via taxi. It's a hive of activitiy at night for those that desire this and the sound proof windows/doors do the job well, if the nightlife is not for you. Perhaps a little more info on jacuzzi maintenance e.g we probably needed to add some chlorine by our last day. The description seems to suggest there is a pool (not just jacuzzi) but there isn't.

• Annabelle (10/5): Great place for a stay in Athens. - The apartment is centrally located and easy to access. The outside does not represent the stylish and clean apartment that can be found inside. The apartment is quiet, two bathrooms, comfortable beds and I would stay again. Nothing.
• Celina (10/5): Family trip 20th-27th August from Ireland - Situated 10 minutes walk from the center amazing location. It had 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, shower was so spacious! The beds were huge. Apartment had everything you need, air con in each room, washing machine, cooker, ability to dry clothes on balcony on chairs, you had the jacuzzi the lounge chairs in the evenings. You had the option of going across the road to have a drink and some food if you wanted to it was just a brilliant location. The bedroom lighting were amazing. Kids loved the jacuzzi and the huge bed but didn't like that there was no swimming pool. Apart from that, the apartment was amazing. There was nothing we didn't like about the accommodation it met what we were looking for.

Missing a few things. Scissors, Cheese grinder. It would be great if there were some basic cooking things such as oil. However this is as we were travelling with kids and didn't always eat out.

• Loraine (10/5): Loved it and would stay at this property again. - Staff were excellent. They arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment. They were on hand to answer any questions we had (we had loads)! The WiFi dropped out for our last three days. As they could not fix it in time, the owner brought us a SIM card with unlimited data to use while in Greece. The apartment was very modern and like new. Very clean too. Location was excellent. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Athens. We used the hot tub which we loved and often laid out on the balcony after a long day out. Everything was just great. Nothing to dislike really. If I had to say something it would be that the fridge is a little small so couldn’t store much and very little counter space when preparing a meal which would have been nice as we were a family of four. It didn’t cause us much of a problem as we did eat out most of the time.

It’s in a great location in a cool area of Athens and walking distance to the Acropolis. The apartment is new with high quality fixtures and finishes, air conditioning, washing machine and all the items a family needs for a few days away. The plunge pool/spa is a great way to relax after walking the streets of Athens. Nothing, it’s great.

• Ingvild (10/5): Thank you so much for letting us stay in this comfortable apartment. We would love to come back! - Modern and comfortable apartment on the 5th floor in a very nice area of Athens. The neighborhood is a combination of shopping (fabric shops, shoes, nail salon, bakery, cafés, restaurants etc. and a 5-10 minutes walk to old town (Plaka). 14 minutes walk to the metro station Akropolis, where our guided tour of Akropolis started. Very convenient! Also easy to get a taxi on the street. The apartment seems brand new. Very effective aircondition in the living room and both bedrooms. The bathrooms are very nice. Nice, thick and soft towels, bath robes and slippers for everyone. Bubble bath, sun beds and sitting area outside. Small but well equipped kitchen (which we only used for breakfast). The door is locked with a code, no use for keys. Both double beds are large and comfortable. The apartment is silent inside. Due to some traffic in the street below, there is some (distant) noise outside. The host is very service minded. Internet fell out on one occasion, he came a few hours later to fix it (we agreed a time when we had dinner). He also fixed an iron board to us, when we discovered there wasn't any in the apartment yet.

• Mel (10/5): I would 100% stay here again! - The property is absolutely gorgeous We had everything we needed. kitchen was fully stocked with coffee machine with pods, microwave, cooker, toaster etc Beds and pillows incredibly comfortable Jacuzzi was perfect after a hard day sightseeing and there’s so many cafes restaurants shops and acropolis is walking distance. Entrance code was texted over in time and no problem using it, everything seemed safe and secure. I can’t fault the apartment it’s beautiful ….however …..was a little difficult to find, and you need to ignore the street entrance as it’s just a glass door with a scruffy hallway however as soon as your out of the elevator everything is perfection. There are a few bars opposite that play music till 3am on a sat night (probably not as late on other nights) however the apartment is soundproofed fairly well and it’s good music that most would enjoy.
