Marie (8/5): Very good - The location, PRATI in Rome, the best The entrance to the building, we had to ring to get the door open everytime. One day my son at lunch time had to wait 20 minutes, the same day I Arrive at 4pm and nobody was opening, thanks to someone who was leaving I was able to get in, but the woman complaint. We stay in another building previously in Prati and they gave us all the keys. Much better.

Louise (10/5): Spacious, comfortable safe, excellent shopping, walkable to everything. Lots of amenities such as. - We cooked our own breakfast using the kitchen Restock the tea and condiments. Have pepper packets available not just salt.
Ardiman (10/5): Exceptional - Veey spacious 2 bdrooms, 3 baths. The staff are great. Princess and Alessandro are veey friendly, welcoming, professional and very helpful. Elevator to our unit on the 6th fl was super helpful. Have everything we need in the unit, fully equipped and stocked...coffee pods, washing detergent, bottled water. They even provide daily housekeeping service. We need to buzz the reception to ooen the main entry door from the street. Small inconvenience. Living room/kitchen is small. We wish we had more space where we can hang out together in the evening. Sometimes there was sewer smell in the hallway in our unit. Not sure where that came from. We me tioned that to the staff when we checked out. Owner should follow up on that so futire guests wont experience that smell anymore. It is a very nice property.
