O responsável pedro é muito prestativo - A casa é muito bonita, confortável, bem localizado, vista maravilhosa e com todos os utensílios Não possui divisória entre o quarto do térreo e o restante, pode ser resolvido facilmente colocando um biombo. Possui apenas 1 banheiro e o mesmo possui cheiro desagradável. Provável que esteja faltando o tubo de ventilação entre o vaso sanitário e a pia.
