Guest Reviews
- Louise (10/5): - Comfortable bed.
Good facilities
Fresh smell
- Peter (9/5): Very good. - Great apartment for two people. Clean and comfortable and well equiped. Being pet friendly was also a plus when travelling with our fur baby.
- Cindy (9/5): The perfect location and accommodation for a weekend getaway! - Great studio, close to the center of Kiama and the beautiful beaches. It was clean, comfortable and modern. We will definitely return!
- Guest (7/5): -
- Robert (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay, including a period of very challenging weather - Location, spacious ness Problems locking the main door. Fly wire door was totally inoperative. Usability of the cooktop was marginal, as were the cooking utensils provided
- Jessica (10/5): -
- Jessica (10/5): - Great location, close to shops, restaurants and freeway
- leanne (10/5): A quiet, restful few days. Exactly what we needed, and the dog loved it too - It is beautifully decorated, very clean & restful. The studio had everything we needed and was pet friendly. We appreciated being able to bring our old dog. It was private and the hosts checked in with us to see if we needed anything…The breakfast goodies and the welcome wine were a really nice touch.
- Lisa (10/5): - Very welcoming and very clean
- Rachel (9/5): Delightful place - The studio had been decorated really tastefully & felt very homely. The shower room was well equipped & had lovely chunky towels. The host had included a ‘breakfast’ contribution of cereals, bread, spreads, tea & coffee - as well as a coffee machine. The complimentary wine was also gratefully received!! Thank you for going just that little bit further to make us feel at home. It was a bit further from the beaches than we’d realised so it was good we had a car! The road to the house & the drive were steep but manageable. The apartment was a bit too close to the highway too.

- John (4/5): Terrible Bed & Breakfast for price - Studio was nice and clean, with modern facilities Poorly advertised as Bed & Breakfast. Would have expected more than Sandwich Cut bread for toast and small jars of previously opened Vegemite and peanut butter, no butter or margarine. Fruit consisted of 2 small very ripe bananas and cereal portion packs of Coco pops, Cornflakes, Sustain and Special K. We stayed 2 nights. So very disappointed with Breakfast. Should advertise as Continental Breakfast
- Marcia (5/5): Unit was nice & well appointed…traffic noise horrendous - The actual unit was very nice. Clean & well equipped I did not like the persistent noice from the traffic. 2 main highways are in the hillsides and the traffic goods 24/7.
I also did not like that the owners made zero connection. It would have been nice to get some local knowledge
- Hela (10/5): Perfectly described and the right touches to make the stay wonderful - A perfect little getaway
- Neryl (9/5): -
- David (10/5): Highly recommended - Clean and comfortable, great location.
Peaceful. I also liked being provided with bread and some fruit. I liked everything.
- Katlyn (10/5): - Within minutes drive to ammenities. Hosts were amazing and provided everything we needed, especially last minute arrangements. Such a cozy studio and the scenery was so so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave! Thank you again to our amazing hosts for having us! Nothing :)
- David (10/5): Just Stunning - We loved everything about our stay,
.. from time we arrived to time we left it was awesome as you can see the wildlife was just out our room 👌the host had everything and anything you could need or want like bottle of wine waiting for us 1down to toothbrush and ect If we forgot ours.
Highly recommended 👌 thank you to our host for making our stay so so enj oyable
Regards David & Anne-Marie Mepham Having to leave 😕 😆

- Leisa (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Views are amazing. Nice and quiet. Facilities were great and the breakfast was so nice. Bottle of wine on arrival, cereal, fruit and bread with spreads. This little gem has everything. Highly recommend. Very quick reply if need to contact the owners
- Geralyn (9/5): -
- Therese (9/5): - Newly renovated. Bread fruit for us a nice touch. Small fridge and no stove top / oven. They did provide 2 electric portable cooking elements.
- Rawand (8/5): - Room size was good, bed was surprisingly comfy, kitchen was very useable, I like that they provided simple things like bin bags and cooking utensils. location is nice and quite. The a/c was confusing at first but worked well. I think one big black out curtain one the front entrance that actually blocked out light in case we wanted to sleep in. along with a blind or small curtain to block light for the small window for the same reason.
The plants on the driveway needed a trim as they made it a little hard to get pasted without being worried about scratching my car.
- Khai (9/5): Superb -
- Sonam (9/5): Superb -
- Rachel (7/5): Clean and comfortable stay - The property was clean and had a good layout. The bed was also comfortable. The inside of the property had a strong smell of cigarettes at different times which was not ideal for someone with asthma. I'm not sure if the owners or neighbours smoke? But the airflow was not ideal. Also the road traffic was much louder than expected.
- Darren (10/5): Kiama secret gem - Great location close to shops and beach. comfortable bed great pillowes awesome shower with good water pressure. Great hosts that didn't annoy you. even left us a bottle of wine. would use this place again. nothing.
- Guy (9/5): Great location. Very comfortable. Everything we needed. A bottle of wine awaited us. NO COMPLAINTS. - N/a for breakfast.
Location was very handy Nothing.
- Tina (9/5): This property is well located, peaceful and neat for a short stay in Kiama. - It was clean, neat, new. Had all we needed for 2 nights. I had to kill about 3 spiders, which made me keep the door of the bathroom ajar with the light on so I didn’t feel scared if there were more spiders around.
- Kaberi (9/5): Very nice gesture from owner breakfast items and a complimentary bottle of wine -
- Sonia (9/5): Great location had a lovely few days - The property had everything we needed. You do need a car to get around and it was great that we could take our pet dog
- Ken (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (8/5): Great for what we were looking for. - Very clean & nice Traffic noise
- Austin (10/5): It was a wonderful place and I enjoyed every minute - The view was amazing and the space itself was very cozy and felt warm and inviting and was perfect for a nice getaway.
- Mark (9/5): Fantastic and affordable accomodation - Fantastic unit with everything to make you comfortable.. decorated beautifully. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- Owen (9/5): Perfect place to stay for a getaway weekend. - Clean and comfy
Self contained, private. N/A
- Arian (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great! Studio had everything we needed and host, David, was so gracious in preparing some snacks and breakfast items for us. Drive way was a bit steep but worth the views.
- Yan (10/5): Exceptional - The host was wonderful—super welcoming and thoughtful. We brought our pet, little Chestnut, and he had an absolute blast exploring and enjoying the space. The view was stunning, making our stay even more special. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sabin (8/5): Very good -
- Johanna (8/5): Lovely room. Everything one would need for a comfortable stay. - Comfortable bed, lovely decor and plentiful amenities. No storage, only one bedside lamp, and some traffic noise. Also location little far out of town by foot.
- Wayne (8/5): Great neat comfortable studio. Highly recommend if you are looking in the area for a place to stay. - The studio was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, modern bathroom and there was even breakfast cereals and bottle of wine to enjoy. There was a little traffic noise and no real outdoor area to sit down.
- Pia (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location, very clean and nicely furnished. Little snacks and wine provided which was great! The only thing missing for us would be a little table and chairs outside.
- Eileen (8/5): Short stay - Nicely furnished. Have everything you need for a short stay. Bed was comfortable. Appreciate the bottle of wine and breakfast ingredients. Feels private and great view. I’m sensitive to fragrance. Perfume from the plug in air freshener in the toilet has permeated the whole studio. Had to leave door and window open to air out the room. Smell was too strong otherwise.
- Nel (10/5): Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The place was well taken care of - Location N/A
- Joanne (10/5): lovely studio - location
- Georgia (8/5): Wonderful short stay accomodation - A wonderfully appointed studio with everything you need for a short stay. Was thrilled to find reasonably priced pet friendly accomodation in Kiama. David was a responsive and friendly host. Despite being located underneath a main house, the studio was quiet and private.
- Fiona (8/5): Very good - Dog friendly, comfortable little studio in a convenient location. Lovely touch with the wine and breaky supplies!
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good - It was easy driving to Kiama and other tourist areas.
It was well appointed. Everything we wanted was there. Lovely to have a bottle of wine when we arrived.
The room and bed very comfortable. Traffic noise.
Nowhere to hang Clothes.
- Camilleri (8/5): Very good - Enjoyed the location, also the extras I received when staying was a nice surprise. I come to find a bottle of wine and also there was a machine to make hot chocolate and bread so I could make toast, made my stay that little more special Only thing was maybe there could be a curtain on the small window in room as I found it had to sleep once the morning light started coming up
- Jennifer (8/5): Great location for local touring. Very clean with some nice personal touches. - The view and the location in relation to places around, including Kiama Village. Property is on a hill and there is a lovely view. Take note that you need a car to drive to Kiama Village, but I could park right outside the accommodation and there were no stairs to the entry. I was a young woman travelling alone with a small dog. It was wonderful to find accommodation that accepted her and it was the most reasonably priced accommodation I found for that purpose around Kiama. I would definitely stay here again. Not really a criticism, but be aware that this is a granny flat at the front of a large home. I did feel quite private and away from the home and there was a lovely view down the hill.
- Amelia (9/5): Superb -
- Achim (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. Some cloths hanging space or rack.
- Ian (6/5): A pleasant short stay but lacked a suitable seating and area - Thank you for breakfast supplies and wine.
Clean stylish room comfortable bed Freeway noise not expected!!!
Distance from town
No hairdryer or ice trays
No where to sit comfortably for two people inside or outside
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Ella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jo (9/5): We had a very enjoyable stay and the breakfast provisions were adequate. - It was cosy and comfortable A little roof over the pergola would have prevented the wetness from the rain being walked in. A hair dryer and a dish drainer would have been useful.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was fantastic. The special touches as far as a bottle of wine and breakfast items was a lovely surprise. I did need an iron and ironing board and that was delivered straight away. Just another chair to sit on instead of sitting on the bed.
- Carol (10/5): It was a lovely room nice and clean everything we needed and great to have our dog stay with us - It was well presented and easy to find had everything we needed The only thing would be the mattress was to firm
