• Ahmad (1/5): Unfortunately, I do not recommend it… - The ONLy good thing was the polite staff member at the reception of this old building. It’s not a suite, it’s just a room in an old building used as student dorms. If you really want to rent it out, you need to take care of it, start by cleaning the room, removing any unnecessary stuff, providing some basic utilities, adding bottled water, and even some toiletries. Paying 513 euro for this for one night is overrated but we had to as it was the only option. (You should add clean towels, not ones with spots or and stains)

• Simone (1/5): Disorganized and frustrating experience. - The position, quite central. My stay was far from smooth. Upon arrival, they gave me the keys of two different apartments, both already occupied. Then, they sent me to a nearby hotel, which also had no available rooms. It took three attempts before I finally got a place to stay for the night. The next day, when I moved to the apartment I had booked, they gave me the wrong one—despite requesting two single beds, I was given a double. Poor organization and communication made for a frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
• Michele (3/5): Unfair - The location was very comfortable. Next to a metro station but we didn't need it as it was at fair walking distance from the city centre. The hotel amenities were pretty good. Reception open 24hrs. Very good We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids asking for extra bed and extra cot. Once we checked in there was only a double size bed and little couch. So my son had to sleep on the little couch. Unfortunately the people at hotel couldn't help much as the room was managed by a private and not by the hotel. Private that never answered to any messages whether by booking or by WhatsApp. I feel it's a rip-off for the money that we paid to him. No chance that an extra bed could fit in that room. He should be fair and do not accept bookings with more than 2 people and get more money for it.
