Kovačević (10/5): Cozy and pleasant stay in Graz - Everything was clean and comfy, it's spacious and warm. There's a lot of windows and the bedroom is well-equipped. The parking was free and easy to look at from the balcony. The kitchen was decently equipped, while the bathroom was spacious and warm. The kitchen lacked some minor tools like a microwave. The location is further from the center but it's not too bad. There was a broken night lamp that was hazardous to use.

Reinhard (7/5): Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis; muss noch fertig eingerichtet werden. - Das Appartement war offensichtlich ganz neu - blitzsauber, ein phantastisches Bett (durchgehende Maztratze, perfekt gefedert). Es gab keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung und Handtüchern, nicht einmal einen Klopapierhalter. Eine große Zimmerpflanze dorthin zu stellen, wo einer zum Bett gehen muss, ist keine gute Idee!

nikolaos (8/5): Unser Gastgeber Dipl.Ing. war ein ehemaliger Kommilitone von uns ! Die Ueberraschung war gross . - kein Fruestueck die Lage war ausgezeichnet ! Leider, ist aus technischen Gruenden fuer zwei Tage die Heizung ausgefallen . Wurde aber so rasch es ging ,behoben.

Viktória (5/5): Nem voltak nagy elvárásaink - Könnyű volt átvenni a kulcsot, önálló a bejutás. A szállásadó nem kommunikált velünk, sem írásban, sem telefonon, nem lehetett elérni. Gondunk akadt a parkolással, mivel tele volt a jelölt parkoló, de nem kaptunk segítséget. A szobában nagyon hideg volt, hiszen minden ablak nyitva volt december közepén, mikor kint 1-2 fok van, egy radiátor pedig két nap alatt sem melegítette be a teret. Tusfürdő nem volt a szálláson, ezt hiányoltuk, illetve az ágy közelében nem volt konnektor, 3-4 méterre az ágytól, egy a falból erősen kijáró konnektort tudtunk használni. Az idegenforgalmi adót, előre nem jelezve, ott kellett hagynunk az asztalon készpénzben, külön ezért kellett levennünk készpénzt.

Jedina zamjerka je što apartman nema rolete, a zastori su prekratki pa prostor nije moguće u potpunosti zamračiti, zbog čega smo se budili s izlaskom sunca. Nadam se da će vlasnik uvažiti ovu sugestiju i dodati zastore kako bi se soba mogla potpuno zatamniti. Unatoč tome, preporučujem.
Matea Gregov (6/5): - Lokacija je dobro povezana javnim prijevozom s centrom. Preuzimanje ključa pri dolasku je bilo jednostavno. Posteljina u apartmanu je bila čista te smo dobili čiste ručnike, ali ostatak apartmana nije bio čist, pogotovo kupaona. Kukice za ručnike u kupaoni padaju sa zida. Krevet je bio neudoban.

Futes is alig volt a lakasban a vizforralo es a kavefozo is minosithetetlen allapotban vol. A wc gusztustalan.

Milena (10/5): - Apartman je bio jako lep, topao i moderan, imao je sve potrebne sadrzaje za kraci ili duzi boravak. Lokacija je idealna, 20 min od centra grada, u mirnom, bajkovitom kraju. Vlasnik je bio ljubazan i korektan. Rado cemo doci opet Sve je bili kako treba.

Ilona (9/5): Szőnyegbolt felett - 12 és 15 évesekkel mentünk, kanapéágyat nem szeretjük, meglepetésként ért bennünket, hogy a kanapé mellé be volt téve egy ágy. Buszmegálló közel van. Október végén voltunk, kellemes meleg volt a lakásban. Hiányzott egy seprű, lapát és egy nagyobb vagy többrekeszes szemetes. A nappali ablakait nem lehet sötétíteni.

Rhönjule (8/5): - Die Lage/Entfernuntg vom Stadtzentrum entsprach der Beschreibung. Gut mit Pkw und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Trotz Nähe zur Haupstraße war die Fewo sehr ruhig. Der angekündigte Ausblick ins Gebirge erwies sich als Blick auf das Dach eines Nachbargebäudes.
Stefan (7/5): - Für zwei Nächte war die Größe des Appartements ausreichend für uns. Die Einrichtung und Deko sind sehr nett. Die Kopfkissen sind viel zu hoch und viel zu hart. Ich persönlich kann mit so einem Kissen nicht schlafen. Ein paar Dinge einer gewissen "Grundausstattung" sind uns auch abgegangen, wie zB. Salz/Pfefferstreuer, Pfannenwender oder ein Seifenspender im Bad.

Marek (5/5): nie polecamy - nic Apartament tylko z nazwy, brak nawet mydła. Brak podstawowych przyborów kuchennych nawet noża kuchennego czy zwykłych szklanek nie wspominając o kieliszkach. Czystość budząca wiele wątpliwości, np. pajęczyny w łazience, brudne okna w apartamencie.

Apartment new, clean, very nicely designed. When checking in we didn't have a code to get the key, I think that should be entered right away so you don't have to call the owner.
ELOCIN (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert, da unsaubere Unterkunft vermietet wurde. - Gut gelegen mit gratis Parkplatz. Preislich für Graz war ok. Nicht sauber; Dusche wurde NICHT gereinigt, Abflüsse im Waschbecken und in der Dusche extrem verdreckt mit Haare -siehe Fotos-. Spinnweben in der Küche, Trinkgläser nicht sauber. Teppiche mit Flecken. Entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen einer sauberen Unterkunft. Siehe Fotos. Als Geschäftsreisender erhält man keine Rechnung von der Unterkunft und dazu sollte man noch 10 € auf dem Tisch legen -auch ohne Rechnung- für Touristen Abgabe. Morgens 8:30 Uhr Lärm aus der Werkstatt unter unserem Zimmer. Treppenhaus zum Appartement total verstaubt!!!! Gemeinschaft Terrasse mit Auto zugeparkt.

Kristian (2/5): Horrible - - I travel frequently, and accommodation is usually not a major concern for me—I often opt for budget-friendly options on the outskirts of the city. Initially, everything seemed fine; communication with the host was as expected, and check-in went smoothly. However, upon entering the apartment, it was clear that it had been hastily put together just to serve as a place to sleep. That alone wouldn’t have been an issue, but it lacked any sense of comfort or homeliness. The cleanliness, or rather the lack of it, was concerning—dishes appeared to have been rinsed rather than properly washed, and there was a thick layer of dust under the bed. I could have overlooked all of that, but within 20 minutes, a horrible sewage-like smell filled the apartment. It was unbearable, making it impossible to stay, let alone sleep. Since it was already late at night, I chose not to contact the host immediately and instead booked another room in the city center, planning to address the issue in the morning. The next day, when I called the host, he claimed he couldn’t understand me and asked me to send a message instead. That turned out to be the last time I heard from him. I followed up with a message in German, but after several hours without a response, I attempted to call again—repeatedly, over the next two days—but he never picked up. This was by far my worst experience with a rental on Booking.com. The state of the apartment, the unbearable smell, and the complete lack of response from the host make it impossible for me to recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
